ZERO stars. I went because I wasnt able to email a woman back about a job. Bay was really nice. The male, I can only assume is Joe was awful. He tried to sell me a new phone before Bay was finished fixing mine. I told him I really needed my email for a job. He said, Theres other jobs out there. Seriously. I was trying to talk to Bay and he kept interjecting himself into our conversation. He was rude, unprofessional, and hateful. I ended up canceling my service with them and going to Costco, where my husband and I got new phones. I was really shocked. I would stay away from this shoddy business! I wrote a review a couple days ago but its disappeared. SHADY!!
