I really appreciated the loaner car, even though it was only for a couple of hours, as it kept me from losing an afternoons productivity.Frankie is super professional and knew exactly what to do to get me in and out quickly. Starter and battery went out. They performed the repairs timely and in a professional manner.
Annual maintenance also required new pads and rotors after 48000 miles for my 2014 Cayman. Expensive but nothing out of the ordinary for these cars. Requested that tire pressure be set to factory specs — 33psi. Got 38psi instead. Took 6 hours while I waited to do the work. The pace of work on the car which I could observe though a plate glass window was disappointing but probably competent. Adding to my disappointment was that I drove 530 miles round trip for this. Perhaps this shop does not have much work and the jobs have to be stretched so that the techs get a full day’s worth of hours. Also made an inquiry about acquiring a new Boxster GTS with the sales department — 3 to 6 months due to some allotment problem with Porsche USA. Disapponted! Love the cars but these people have a problem with delivering the goods.

I was waiting for the vehicle and they expedited the service I needed. Everyone was very friendly.
Caesar the service underwriter was rude and condesending 3 different times, to my wife. Once while setting the appointment for service, then again when she dropped off the car for service. After the second time, I spoke with Rodney the Service Manager, who stated he had never seen that side of Caesar. So once the vehicle was turned back over to my wife, there was a loose trim piece that she had shown him initially, he rudely stated she would need another appointment, as if this would punish her for my bringing the rudeness to the Managers attention. In the mean time he had initially tried to convince her she needed the annual service, when she always has that done in June. Then he had the nerve to call me and say her front brakes were in critical condtion and for $1100 he could take care of it. We said no and contacted another Porsche dealer who had done the most recent annual service, he said there is no way it was 3mm as it was 5mm in June and she hadnt driven more than 5 to 6000 miles. He said when the brake service light came on it would be time. When a dealer group puts making money today above treating customer properly, they lose all credit with the customer and the customer finds another company to handle their business. We have 2 cars that have been serviced by this group for years. Multiple times we have used their body shop and have recommended them for years. No more, nor will we be shopping for another vehicle from this group in the future. I estimate we have used this group for well over $20,000 of service over the last 14 years. They will never get another dime from us. There are dealers out there that understand how to treat customers. Its a shame this one is putting todays profit in place of keeping paying customers satisfied. Would have rate a zero if that was an option. My wife probably knows as much about her car as this underwriter, but he treated her like she knew nothing and refused to listen to her all because she was a female. Pathetic.
