I want say thank you to Audi Birmingham for awesome follow through in fixing the issue that I had with my Q7 and then providing me with a deal I couldnt refuse on a new 2021 A6. Do not order parts or accessories from them. Ordered and never heard any update on the order. After 12 days I tried to cancel. Still heard from no one. Tried to call. Looped and looped to voice mail. Disputed with bank. Now they got time to contact me. I still havent got my refund processed I’m sure I’ll have to wait for the bank to take it back from them. 0/10
My family evacuated from New Orleans to escape Hurricane Ida’s wrath. While driving we heard a strange noise. Long story short, our front tires were completely shot. We called every tire shop in Birmingham with no success. Made one call to Audi of Birmingham, spoke with Dylan (parts),Valerie (Service) and they were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday. We were able to have our tires removed and new tires installed. The customer service was through the roof. The care and compassionate surpassed our expectations. God Bless to Audi of Birmingham!

Service Advisor, Jarrell Gary always shows great customer service. Hes willing to go the extra step to satisfy his customers. That includes even if the courtesy washers are leaving right at 4:59, hes always willing to go and wash your car himself with a nice pleasant smile on his face. I had the best experience with this Audi dealership yesterday, between the service department and the sales associate Tom Fleming. I had to leave town unexpectedly and needed my car serviced, I stopped in and the service department helped me and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Hmm where to start...... welp I’m a fickle fellow so when my wife and I went looking for her next car I had no intention of getting one myself. After all decisions decisions. Welp - a friendly gentleman by the name of Steve approached my wife and I and introduced himself. This was the start of a great friendship lol. Seriously I can’t give Steve (salesman) enough praise, he answered all my wife’s questions and then some. We chose to buy her car on his reassurances especially when he got her an extended warranty. It was at that moment fear of missing out set in for me. I must have gone to that dealership at least five times the next week looking for the right car and every time I thought I found the right one something else would catch my eye. Steve reassured me “there’s no rush and he didn’t want to sell a car just to sell a car” he said “it needs to be a good fit for you and no one else” welp took it to heart and found an awesome Audi Q7 about a week later. I couldn’t be happier. The staff at Audi is beyond friendly I hope this reviews helps someone find the right car for them.

I purchased a used Audi Q5 in February 2021 and my salesman Esau Carter went above and beyond to make me happy with some issues we encountered due to maintenance and inspection. I ended up having to have some major things replaced on the vehicle such as fuel pump and timing chain. The dealership went above and beyond to fix those issues. Esau was willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy! I really appreciate his professionalism.

This was a wonderful car buying experience! I began the process with an email on a Sunday evening to inquire about a car I wanted. The online sales representative, Kaytlyn Green, called me the next morning. I was at work, but she was able to answer all of my questions and communicate through text and email for my convivence. She sat up an appt for me the next day. When I arrived at Audi Birmingham, I was greeted by Chase Merck. He showed me the car I was interested in and accompanied me for a test drive since I was unfamiliar with the area. He was very gracious and worked on my schedule even though there was a down pour at the time of my test drive. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, its features and even its history. There is a new service manager who seems to bringing in some necessary changes to this service department. After initially being told it would take over a month to service my A5 for a defective AC, she stepped in to correct the situation. As it turns out, my AC was damaged while driving on the highway, and it was not a warranty issue. I am still waiting on parts to arrive from Germany (not sure why German manufacturers cant keep stock in the U.S.), but at least progress is being made.

In my life I have had horrible experiences with purchasing vehicles at two different dealerships. With my purchase at Audi, I had to me what was a big issue with the vehicle. To make this short I will say,James Hardy, Daniel Poage and any others involved that I did not get the names of, went so far beyond my expectations and their obligations to fix something they absolutely did not have to do, nor did I expect them to do. This day and age service like this is nearly impossible to find. It is the type of business and customer service that is so rapidly disappearing. The way they handled this really took me back and have taken a lot of time reflecting on the situation and how it was handled. Honestly, I really do not have the words to fully express how I feel about how perfect they handled this issue of mine. I would start my search for a vehicle at Audi of Birmingham before going anywhere else. 🙏

I work with the elderly and upgraded my vehicle so they may be more comfortable. I bought a 2018 used Audi Q3 in May. The dealer said he was selling as is. I requested Audi tires. He said the car had another brand of tires. Otherwise the car is fine. I was also told I could not test drive it until the inspection was done since it had just arrived from another place. I was told I had to pay an additional $1000 to have the certified pre-owned inspection done. I did.After a couple of weeks, the AC went out, the steering wheel started scrubbing and the brakes squealing. I called to make an appointment which took a few weeks to get. I was also told I would have a loaner car. Never got it just lots of excuses.After getting the car there, they kept it for a week. Still no loaner car.I got the car back, the AC was working but the brakes still squeaked and the scrubbing in steering column was worse. I was told by the service tech that the steering issue was resolved and that the brakes could only decrease in squealing if I bought some part. No upselling.I called and texted the service tech and provided a video of the scrubbing in steering column. He said it sounds worse and I can bring it in but they would have to keep it for a while and he wouldn’t know when I could get a loaner car.☹️.I waited a week called back and spoke with a female service tech and asked to speak with service manager. She said he’s unavailable. She also said the brakes are squealing do to rust on rotors. She also said I could bring the car back and have a tech ride with me to see what was wrong. Well, the same issues are there that you said you repaired.My question is, how does a car pass an inspection $1000, I paid for, yet have these issues.I like my car. I have owned my own business for thirty year and do okay for myself, too.And now that were empty nesters and the kids are off the payroll, we decided to shop for an Audi. Because, hey, its time to reward ourselves, right? So we decided to look at Audis because weve always wanted one.Pull into the lot in my five-year-old CRV. The car I drove while we put our three kids through college. My wife and I start looking at sedans. Sit in the seats, get a feel for them. All that.The salesman who greeted us at the door looked as if he might help us. I asked a couple of questions about availability in the post Covid world. Seriously nothing bad. Didnt spit on the flag. Didnt dispute parentage. Nothing. Innocuous stuff.His reply? Is that your CRV you pulled up in? Yes. Well those are nice cars, too. And then strolled off.Wait, what? I might be wearing shorts and sandals, but we sit squarely astride Audis demographic. No financing, no nothing. Just a nice, easy sale.We might buy an Audi in the next few months. But if thats what we settle on, Im not sure this is where well buy it.

I went there to have my car service and the guy gave me a diagnostic fee of $380 dollars and when I picked my car up it was $544.00 and they did not fix what I told them to fix a tried to charge me $13,000 for. A motor.... When I took it to another shop they put the part on the car runs fine.
Our A4 convertible might be a few years old but we like to keep it in good condition, after all it is a Audi. Marc and his guys have done a great job both times we brought it in for work. First let me say I very rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel I must comment on my experience with Audi Birmingham. I am helping my Son, Daughter-in-law and grandson look for a vehicle while my Son is away at training and have been for for several weeks. I came across a nice used vehicle that AOB had publicly listed on a major website, I called about it and had a conversation with a salesman named Matt (he seems to be a good person), as I was still searching, I was undecided at the moment. This past week, I began to talk with him about pricing and explained our situation, to which he seemed very understanding and encouraged me to come by and see the car and we could talk. As I am 1 hour and 45 minutes from this particular dealership, I asked him to inquire with the powers that be about our needs and he said they would get back to me, well, they did not and as I call just a short time ago, I was told that the vehicle was sold, I am SO GLAD I that I did not waste my time and energies. I am not saying that they use the old bait and switch tactic, but....
