I went there to make a claim for my phone insurance due to a cracked screen and some water damage. On a Sunday it closes at 6 pm, I got there at 3 pm all I saw was a guy in the back with the door cracked on his phone. I asked can I get some help and then a few seconds later I have a question clearly able to see this guy still on his phone.After no assistance, or response and lack of people working there I shortly left knowing I wouldnt get any help. Sunday or not, if youre working you shouldnt be in the back on your phone and ignoring customers.

The manager is very knowledgeable and helps you find the perfect device for you. Its not about money, they really help you find something in your price range and have great deals especially on trades and transferring numbers. Phone, case, activation, screw protection 90$ out the door.

All these Boost stores are owned by different owners, so you have to know which store the reps know what they are talking account. Any time I have an issue with my phone I go to one of their family owned business depending on what side of town I’m on. They take care of me anytime I need help. I bought the galaxy emerge by Samsung and I switched over from metros (scammers) and the selection of free phone are amazing they are free, I don’t how they profit. I left out of there with a free($250) on eBay.and with unlimited talk text, unlimited internet that actually slows down, and fre hot spot. it came with the free phone so I paid $75 out the door for all that!!!! And the coverage blowwws metro away. There is the one by Publix in homewood or on Crestwood Blvd and Pelham. It’s the first time I’ve I had a good prepaid company that did what they offered. They’ve helped me out so many times I told them I would give them a good review!
