They ripped me offI paid $99 for a upgrade and added a line. I was supposed to get a second phone for free. They said there wasnt a special going.The corporate Customer Care number asked them to give me the phone when I went back the next day, (after a few long convos w corporate), and they would pay the owner for the phone if they had to.They were false advertisng to get the $99 upgrade for half off when you add a line and upgrade, then said that special was over when they still had the advertisements for the special by the phones.I was told it changed to buy one at $99 and get one free w upgrade and added line the next day.Rip off scam artists whose employee probably sold my, free, phone online.I even paid the $25 fee to add the line as well as activation for the phone I NEVER RECEIVED.Switching carries A.S.A.P. after being a customer for 5+ yrs due to this.The same man owns the Homewood store, so be wary of rip offs there as well!

I was in need of a new phone and I saw that metro pcs has a deal if you switch carriers you can get a phone for $49. I called the store to find out how much would it cost for phone plus activation and was told $170.when I went to the store later that same day the guy at the counter that waited on me told me the price was $180.after explaining I got an earlier quote for $170 he obliged. I received a case with the phone thinking it was complimentary. I looked at my receipt a few days later and discovered not only did they charge me for a case I didn’t ask for they also charged me for antivirus software I didn’t ask for. I could not get the guy who waited on me to give me a refund on the case because I already had a case for the phone I contacted the manager and he would not refund me either he then told me I got a good deal on the phone and should be satisfied and suggested I could bring the phone back and get a refund. I will be contact corporate office to get resolution.it is not a lot of money but it’s my money and I have the right to spend my money the way I choose and not have someone to cheat me out of it.Bad Business Practices

These people are great with customer service the black guy knows exactly what he’s talking about and is 100% honest about any phone you ask him about I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a employee

The two photos I just added are false addvertisment... they told me I didnt win anything it was for new customers to get a 59.99 or less phone free to sign up.... the front says I won a prize from them she tells me all the dealers are different... but it has your name and address to present it to you... again with out reading the card she says its for new customers... i said it doesnt say that on this card the guy sitting there in the back tells me to stop sticking it in her face.. I told him she was sitting down behind the counter and Im standing up behind the counter how you see Im sticking it in her face he says let me see it and wads it up and heads for the trash can,,, when I asked what was he doing he says Im throwing it away like I did 9 or 10 others today... I told him that was mine and I wanted it back he says of but you need to leave this store you didnt WIN anything.... the card plainly states the address of the store... and it plainly states to give it to them to get your prize... I was denied the prize and was told I read the card wrong and that not all dealers are the same... they tell me that every time i ask them a question... I WILL get that charger and I will see a lawyer about this A.S.A.P. I am A PCS CUSTOMER!!! CARD DOES NOT STATE CUSTOMER OR NOT... SO BEING THAT I AM A PCS USER IM AUTOMATICALLY NOT A WINNER OF ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WASNT THERE MOUTHED RULES THAT ARE NOT STATED ON THIS CARD THAT SAYS I WON A CHARGER OR A SELFIE STICK... I WANT MY CHARGER !!!
