The woman had me standing there right at 2 hours and I felt racially profiled at that cricket wireless.but my main Cricket I couldnt get there so I thought maybe I can get to this one closer. She didnt speak to me as she did others and she was cold. And with me asking her a question as to how long before I could ask her for what I needed. She said I dont know really coldly. Even though she had in between time and 1 person at desk even though there was others there. I left so baffled by my experience in that particular cricket wireless

I went here to get a micro SIM card turned into a nano SIM card. The process took less than a minute which was fantastic! My only gripe is the fees associated with that, but thats pretty much all cell phone carriers. The attendant at the desk was very nice though! She was very patient and helped two patrons at once.

Service was awesome. I was lucky to be helped by a very kind service representative. She helped me upgrade my sim card even though I showed up right at closing time. It was a quick process and she was very knowledgeable. I cant recommend this place enough. Thank you!

My experience was the best I have ever had!! The yung lady that helped me out was very helpful and one of the nicest people that I have ever met! Because of how knowledgeable she has been every time ii have been in to that location ( Irondale, Alabama) I constantly refer people to Cricket Wireless. Thank yall for having her in your customer service, it truly always brings some pleasure to something that shouldnt be pleasurable at all. ( It was the pregnant woman at the Irondale location!! GREAT JOB!!!!!)
