Guy for Smog has terrible attitude, sound angry for something. I was not expect this type of people for smile, but he is one of scum of earth should not engaged in service industry. If you expect NORMAL smog service, stay away from this shop.

Shaaaaaady. Its close to my house so Ive been there quite a few times. Once when my battery died I called AAA, and the guy said their test showed the battery was fine but the terminal connectors were corroded and needed to be replaced. He said make sure the repair shop doesnt tell you to replace the battery. Of course this place tells me the battery needs to be replaced. The connectors were clearly badly corroded and I argue with them. But they insist its the battery, probably because it costs more, they have it in stock, and they dont have the connectors in stock.Just now I go there to get brake pads replaced and they tell me my wheel lock key is missing. This has happened before, I had to go to the dealer and buy another one, $100 at least. Im pretty sure this place stole it both times. I havent been to very many mechanics. The last time I looked, the wheel lock key was sitting in the glove compartment.

I was able to get in without an appointment for my smog check. Friendly service technician that did an excellent job.

I got my smog test only for total $40 and it is take me 15 min. Great and fast service, very friendly mechanic! Definitely recommend this place!

Went to get a smog test. The owner was inside, busy, told me to drive my car in- there were chairs and fans in the lane so I couldn’t. The mechanic was on the phone, smoking and laughing. The owner told him something, they started arguing, so I backed out and left.

Brought my Rav4 here for a smog check. They were able to take the car in immediately, and it only took 10-15 minutes. Technician was very friendly and prices were clearly posted and reasonable.

Took my car there for some engine problems, they told me they would call me with anything costs. They called that it would be $200 for a diagnostic which they already performed. And the cost of repairs would be $1000 for engine mount replacement.I took it to another mechanic, who found the issue (not the one these guys said it was), and repaired the spark plugs and coil for $250.Dishonest, rip off, ....DO NOT GO THERE !!!

When the ad says 30?Mechanic Chin was very nice, but the cashier and store were disgusting and a mess. Could not explain why I was being charged differently from the advert, and reply was: “People don’t read the fine print”Bad and shady business going on here, and I’m sure the owner doesn’t even care, or actually promotes it!Will not be returning.

The service was terrible and very rude

Went in for a smog check, test results showed Catalyst is not ready. They told me itll cost me $450 to repair it. I just drove my car about 150 ML and re tested. That passed. Why they wanted to charge me $450 IDK but this store is a total ripoff. Bwt re-test is $10 they were about to charge me $20 bucks. I cought them right there too. Do not go to this fraud store.

Best price and service in town for smog check. This has been my go to place for smog check for years now. And today they exceeded my expectation... I called in 5 mins before closing asking if it’s too late to do a smog check today... they said “come in” and did it quick!

Took my car to this place for a smog test. They charged me 30$ just to let me know the car failed the test. When I asked why it failed and what should I do to pass, they ask for 125$ more. Don’t go there! They will just try to rip you of your money

Good smog prices

The people are nice enough but the place is very poorly run. Everyone depends on one person to make decisions, but hes often busy and if hes not there then the others are unable to make decisions or communicate basic information like when your car will be ready.

Wife had good results coming here for a smog inspection so I gave it a try. Fast service, Carlos was clear, concise, and polite. Took 30-40 minutes and if you go at lunch, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to have a meal to pass the time.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!I was stranded on the freeway about 8 am..Called local shops in Irvine everyone asking about 120 dollars for a diagnostic..When I called m&k David the manager stated I can do that for free and you can use the money to fix your car..So, I had one tow left on AAA I towed my car there. Chen an oil change guy was helpful..everyone else at that point was rude and unaccommodating.The following day I had to call David because HE FAILED TO CALL as I was told..DAVID NEVER TOUCHED THE CAR because it had a dead battery and it would be 94 dollars an HR for 2hrs to charge it before he could check the car and I needed to drive the 100 miles round trip to L.A. before he could start..RUDE AND UNACCOMMODATING..Its no wonder why 5 guys are working on 1 car..together they still cant put air in anyones tires..

Totally unprofessional, overcharging, these guys have no idea what are they doing. They changed my oil did not check coolant level or windshield washer liquid. They charged me 20$ for adding air in the tires and little bit of the coolant which they should’ve done when changed the oil and overcharged me. I had to help them put the coolant?! And didn’t have the funnel so they spilled the coolant all over my engine. Total amateurs!

The guy who runs the place is so kind and understanding. Adjusted the price for my car.. DEFINITELY recommend this shop.

Attitude is very bad

$ 850+700 for breaks change is just ridiculous. Do not do it here, all the prices are out of blue and will vary depending on the weather or stars or whatever. The job is done badly - some knocking noise appeared in the car right after service in this place. Go somewhere else, dont lose your time and money.

Be careful. Dishonest, and they will gouge you. You can pretty much see this when you pull in and they are charging $4.80 for gas when others are charging $3.60.

Mechanic was honest and friendly when I failed my smog check, they do free retests and he let me know that if I failed a second time I would probably be better off going to the dealer for repairs because they would be cheaper in the long run. They stop doing checks around 4:30 so get there earlier than that just in case they have a line. Love these guys :)

Here is the catch. $29.95 + $20 for large vehicle. Guess what? Toyota RAV4 is a large vehicle. And he is going to ask you want to do it or not when you find out. How many stars would you give?

Im not shaming this place but heres my experience.Came here because it was about $30 for the smog test and $8 for the dmv certificate.Got there around 3:40pm there was one car that needed a smog before mine so I did the paperwork, signed and went on a walk. I was told it would be finished in 20-25minutes. Came back around 4:20 car wasnt moved or touched. The other car was gone at this time. Im pretty patient so I waited, apparently their software needed to be updated which was another 10 minutes ( not sure if they realized this as I came back from my walk which prompted them to actually start working on my car or it was updating since the other car left). Ended up walking to the nearby stores, came and waited another 10 mins or so and left with the smog completed and a certificate around 4:50pm.

Called in for an oil change and they quoted $20 if I bring in my own oil and filter. Went there, when they see my car (bmw 3 series), they suddenly raised price to $35 and lying to me that oil pan also need to be replaced (which is completely bullshit, bmw oil changes are exactly same as any other oil change). AVOID THIS PLACE!! THEY ARE SUCH DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!

Went in for a smog check, used the coupon and it came out to $38 with certificate. It was somewhat busy so they told me itd take 40 mins. They didnt notify me or anything when it was done, so I just came back to check after 40 mins and it was finished. There was a slight mixup with the paper work but was easily resolved. Overall, pretty painless and probably the cheapest smog check in the area.

I had a flat tire. I temporarily used my spare to drive into their place, They were very quick & tell me a quote that was decent & did the repairs in an hours time.

Was absolutely the best service I have ever received on my car Not only was Frank considerate of my time, he explained everything to me and gave me options. I will be back for all my mechanical needs. Thanks Frank!!

Went in to patch a tire. Frank, mechanic who repaired my tire, was very courteous, quick, and knowledgeable.

Was told $38 plus fee for my diesel VW on phone, when I got there the sketchy guy said it was $68 for diesels. I told him I was quoted differently, and Im leaving to go somewhere else. He then offered to do it for $38.
