I used this repair shop since 2018. I use old cars for my business. I rely on them 100% because I do not have knowlege of the maintenance of the cars. They checked A/C and also did multipoint inspection at this time. The charge is reasonable for the professional shop.

I took my car in for regular maintenance. After the service was performed I was advised by Danny the store manager that the wire and connector to my lower right light, driving light, had been severed and removed. That caused, of course, the light to be in operative. My car had recently been in to Hyundai for emissions testing and they had my car for six weeks, during which time the car was damaged during testing at the lower right front area where the light is located. It’s evident that during repair to the damage is when this current damage involving the wire and connector occurred. Thanks to Danny’s observance and his mechanic in the shop, I am filing a claim with Hyundai to have them repair the light damage with no cost to me. Regardless of the outcome, many kudos to Danny and Car Tech for their observance and professionalism. I highly recommend Car Tech for your auto needs.

STAY AWAY!!This place is absolutely awful. I took my car in for an electrical issue and Danny from the start took advantage of me by charging for a diagnostic when I already told him what the problem was, he then put no effort in and said he couldnt find the issue and wouldnt even attempt to see why the airbag light was on saying we dont do that. Then when I wanted him to move my car literally across the parking lot to have it looked on by another mechanic, he wouldnt do it. Danny isnt a real mechanic and I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

It has been only 1 visit so far, but I’m very impressed with the friendly service, and fair treatment. I have an intermittent electrical problem. They quoted a price and I accepted the quote. They tried their best but could not fix the problem. They noted a situation that I am tracking down, and after a week, I think they are on the right track. They only charged me half of what they quoted to diagnose the problem. Fair and honest. I’ll be back.

I had originally gone to Car Tech for a smog check a month or so prior to this last visit. I was impressed then with the professionalism of the staff.This time I went in because I wanted Car Tech to provide me with a second opinion regarding amajor service that was recommended by the repair shop that usually services my vehicle. The service would have involved quite costly parts.Car Tech was very willing to provide the second opinion, and to my surprise, they did not charge me for the inspection...at all. For now on, Car Tech will be considered to be my secondary shop for car service. I really appreciated doing business with them.

Charged me $50.00 bucks for smog test and said their system couldnt communicate with my car, and asked me to go to a Ford dealership to get it fixed, I had to spend 2 hours of my time and another $150 bucks at Ford to hear that everything is working fine, there wasnt any issue.After all of this, I took my car to a different place for the smog check and guess what, my car passed the test.I believe these guys are just running some scam to fool around customers

The customer care here is the absolute best Ive ever had when getting maintenance done on my car. Mr. Nguyen is seriously amazing! I went in originally to get an oil change for my car, but the mechanics ran diagnostics and I was informed that the struts went out on my car and damaged the tires. Mr. Nguyen went and showed me all the damage and explained all the signs to look out for. For someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars like me, that was really helpful. Im terrified of getting scammed by mechanics so it alleviates a lot of fears too. They gave me a rental car to use in the meantime and were very communicative about the time it would take to fix. I really appreciate how transparent Mr. Nguyen is on discussing products for my car (price, quality, etc.) and the services needed. Honestly after dealing with corporate mechanics like Jiffy Lube and Oilstop who try to upsell you every single service and product they can, its such a breath of fresh air. I originally went here because it was close to my new job, but now I really dont want to get my car looked at anywhere else.

An hour after the purchase, the truck died. getting it towed was an arduous process, but in the end I dropped it off at 2 am, at Car Tech Auto, per AAAs recommendation.When I returned the next day I was greeted by the owner, Tim. From the start he listened to me. He actually LISTENED. He listened to my dire situation, of being stranded with a broken down vehicle, 2.5 hours from home, and immediately began to help. Car Tech Auto is not set up to work on large diesel commercial trucks, but Tim allowed me to keep the truck at his shop while I worked to get the truck up and running again.Tim truly cares about his customers. He is fair, and has very knowledgeable staff. I wish I lived closer, because I would be a customer for life.

I went in for brakes and David told me I needed to also buy rotors for double the price. My car is relatively new and Im certain the rotors were no where near failing. Im kicking myself for not having stood up to him. I feel cheated.There are honest mechanics out there, Car tech Auto Service is not one of them.

Will not go there never and ever again. They use the cheapest and fake brands but telling you that they use the premium equipment. You may think the price is fair because they use the worst equipment.You better search for other auto services.
