This is the best place for you to maintain and service all your Toyota and Honda cars in orange county. The store managers, Jimmy and Jeff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. Their chargers are very reasonable. I have all my cars serviced over there for the last 20 years. Great shop and great people.

I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. It took around 30 minutes but it appears that they check other important aspects of the car such as brakes remaining, fluids, etc. They are really affordable too. I brought in my oil and they charged me 20 dollars for the labor and filter plus another 10 for the tire rotation. Pennzoil and Mobil 1 of ten runs promotion for their synthetic oil which runs me between 10-15 dollars for 5 quarts and is well worth it. Vtec is thorough and reasonably priced. I would recommend coming here and would come back.

Great service at a fair price.

I love this place.... as much as you could love an auto shop... but Ive been coming here for over 10 years and dont trust anyone else to touch my car. They used to only work on asian import cars which was great with my civic back in the day, but now theyve expanded to working on European cars as well. All you have to do is call ahead so they can order your parts or leave it for a day and the work will get done. This is NOT the kind of place that will try to scare you into repairing and replacing parts of your car that are not broken. They educate you on process of repair that may be needed in the future so you can follow up and have them look at the item or take it elsewhere if you please. Jimmy and Jeff run a well oiled machine of a business and most of their clientele has been with them for many years - for a reason!

Excellent service. They gave me a very reasonable quote for an oil change ($20) and 20K maintenance service ($10). Although there was a bit of a wait since there were a couple people ahead of me, the waiting room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Fast service, helpful AND honest. My dealer told me my car had a leak that needed to be fixed. Vtec told me if there was a leak, it wasnt urgent although they could fix it if I wanted. And they even showed me where it was -- the opposite side from what my dealer had told me. Will be coming here from now on.

Took car here because wasnt sure brakes were good. They checked it out and said brakes were fine and didnt charge me.Very speedy response.Update: took car in 6 months later for service dealer wanted $1000 for. Vtec charged $250.

Came in for a brake job. They gave me a reasonable estimate and they told me they only use OEM parts. Took one and a half hour like they promised. I will come back for more services and repair.In the summer you might want to go somewhere else instead of waiting in the customer lounge, there is no AC! Only a fan to keep you cool and thats not sufficient for 5-7 customers.

Great auto mechanics, always busy so call ahead for an appointment! A busy auto store means good service.Also, cheap oil change, only $20. Bring cash so they dont get charged credit card fees.
