Mark Sternberg was by far the best and most knowledgeable car sales representative I have ever encountered. He was not pushy, he gave a fair assessment of the options that would be most important to me and genuinely a great guy who loves well designed cars and appreciates the value of the overall driving experience. I had visited him 2 years ago before the pandemic hit and decided to go a different direction at the time, but remembered and swore I would work with him at some point to buy a Porsche and that time came this past weekend.
This was my first visit to this dealership as I purchased my 911 far away form my residence. I was referred to the Irvine dealership by a lot of my local friends that are also owners. The minute I pulled in, I was greeted by a very warm and welcoming staff. They took my keys, offered me Coffee, water or sparkling and took it from there. I was introduced to my service advisor, Natasha who was an amazing help and explained my first service to me as Im a newbie. Natasha kept me up-to-date on everything happening with my 911 as it happened. The dealership is spotless and actually very enjoyable to walk the interior; a lot of VERY nice cars in there. When I went to pick up my car, she was sitting right up front, spotless and ready to go. I was in and out in 5 minuities as well. Happy to say, I found my dealership!
Porsche Irvine dealership is amazing! I have had such an amazing experience working with them! They are always so attentive, kind and do their best to get you the best deal they can. I personally worked with Mario and he’s my favorite car salesman I’ve ever had. If I ever have any questions he’s happy to help. I love my new Porsche Cayenne hybrid and we’re ready to buy another Porsche from them as well. Service and parts is also great! They are always on time, professional and kind. I recently visited Porsche of Irvine to get my vehicle serviced. The few times i have been there ... i was always greeted kindly to their clean and spacious facility - where they have been always ready to receive me. Natasha - my service advisor - sets the bar high. Attention to detail - level of communication - and is 100% from beginning till end. The loaner car process takes almost no time - and ive always been in and out. Overall always a great experience with no issues from the service department. Whether sales or future services ... they certainly have my attention and vote.

The service advisor James was very attentive to all my needs and professional. I did not have to wait, loaner was ready to go and James made sure I was totally satisfied before driving home with my 964. Their mechanic, Sam, is very qualified and fixed my tiptronic in no time!
Had my 911 Turbo in for recalls and other repairs such as non-functional spoilers; they dont work automatically at high speed, conversely, when activated manually, they retract at high speed with a Failure Warning on the dash. Was assigned James as Service Advisor. Nice guy, but had tendency to not return phone calls, said repaired spoilers only to discover they hadnt while driving home. Got same failure notice. Call James twice, and guess what; no returned calls. Very disappointed
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I brought my car for an oil change and as Im driving to LA an indicator on my car illuminates saying I need oil. The only reason I took my car for service was for the oil change and it wasnt even done. Then Im promised someone will come refill my oil at my residence the next day, literally 5 min away from the dealership and 30 min before I have to leave for work I get a phone call saying my adviser was busy and basically forgot to send someone. My adviser said someone was on the way. Im waiting 30 min at my car before someone arrives. am Hi, I am definitely not satisfied with the service I received. I bring my car for an oil change and Im driving to work after 25 miles my car tells me theres no oil in it. The only reason I took my car for service was for the oil change and it wasnt even done. Its a brand new car and I drove 50 miles on it yesterday with an indicator light showing 1.0 quart refill line which then changed to 0.0. Lets hope the engine didnt get ruined in any way because of this. Then Im promised someone will come refill my oil at my residence, literally 5 min away from the dealership and 30 min before I have to leave for work I get a phone call saying my adviser was busy and basically forgot to send someone. My adviser said someone is on the way. lol Im waited 30 min at my car before someone arrived. At that time I ran upstairs to attempt to get ready for work . Now I am late for work today. I dont believe this is acceptable Service. I expected better.
Such an amazing experience with my car buying experience at Porsche Irvine. From the first test drive, all the way through my final purchase, the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Jon was a great help and overall I had a superb experience. Loan car was ready, and my car was serviced without incident. I was alerted when to retrieve the car and pick up was also smooth. A much better experience than where I purchased the car from another dealer back in March 2021.
I’m having a lot of fun in this car. Driving is fun again. We took a trip from Huntington Beach to Malibu along the coast. I loved it every mile I loved driving more with this car, 2022 Boxter 6 cylinder, 6 speed manual transmission.I never give out perfect scores, but with this car I am. It’s really not that costly. Not what I expected to pay. Worth every cent of it. Ooh! I gotta go. My car is calling me.
Its been a while since Ive bought a new car (Well new to me, a 2020) I remember the hassle it use to be to have to negotiate a good price for your vehicle but it wasnt like that at Porsche Irvine. Everything was straight forward including the vehicle price and the process was quick and easy! I would definitely purchase through them again.

The guys here are awesome, first met Geoff and Claudio who were easy going and very helpful. I was in for a test drive and left with all the information I needed. The next day they followed up with me and completed everything online and through email. Went in the next day and met with Jason in finance, he was great at elaborating on the extended warranties. I took my son with me and he said “they have the nicest people here and the best hot chocolate machine!” and I agree. Thank you guys for making this a wonderful experience in purchasing a car. I absolutely love driving my Porsche Cayenne! I have taken it in for service and computer updates a few times and my service advisor, Oscar is just the best! He is communicative and excellent with follow up. He delivers when promised and shows me the related information about my car that comes directly from Porsche. The facility is new and beautiful, I have waited for my car in the past and there is a very nice relaxing area to wait with snacks and drinks available to customers. All in all a nice place to take your Porsche in when needed. I recommend calling ahead to schedule appointments as they are a very busy service center.

Drove 1 hour 30 minutes to buy the car of my dreams. 100% worth it and then some. Saw the car listing at 12am called that morning to see if it was available went in within the next few days to test drive and pick it up. They tried to make the process as fast as they could (printing and signing documents is one thing that sucks about the car buying process) the car was one set price (still 600 dollars cheaper than a car that was same year near me and had 10k more miles) the staff was nice and awesome. Didn’t try to get any more money out of me with packages or anything. Would buy a car from them again definitely if the opportunity comes.
This was my first visit to this dealership. I did have 2 problems with my 911. I had been to another dealer aprond they never solved the problems. This dealership solved the problem by resetting my car computer software. I was very impressed with the service. James was fantastic and of great help. I commend the technician who worked on my 911. My car runs great and all the small problems were solved. I will continue to use this dealership for all my 911 needs. Thank you. William
I bought my car on 10/1 from Porsche Irvine. 3 weeks later I couldn’t get it started. I was stuck at work for 6 hours that Friday night in the cold, had to tow it to them. Paid $130 for towing and $460 for car rental. They did fix the car After a week!. They refused to reimburse me for car rental or towing, Even-though it was their fault tht they failed to properly inspect the car before they put on the lot for sale. They lost my business forever.
Poor customer service skills... I walked in as Im going to custom order a 911 within next 30 days. I had to approach the salesman as they didnt bother to get up from behind their desks. The first thing the salesman says is but you know there is a markup Enough said, Porsche Downtown LA is getting my business. Much more professional !! Ill have to wait 2 extra months, but they are not charging me any markup.

I was very disappointed that service I received withNatasha.I requested loaner car and got confirmation by email. But loaner car was not ready.I took lift from Porsche one way home(because Natasha told me only she could provide 10 miles one way, my house is about 15miles)During service, I got email my car need to change battery. I received by email no one called me. It’s nice if someone who can give me updates if my car needs extra service because I believe service department wants to know if I like to fix or not. Otherwise service will not complete.I called Natasha and told her, I like to change to new battery. I asked her when my car will be ready, then she said between 5-6pm should be done same day, she said she would call me but she never called me.I called back at 5:30pm on her direct phone, answering machine I left message. Then I called service department and asked if my car is ready, but operator said No, my car is not going to finish same day! What I did all day was waiting phone call from her, then she never called me and went home.I called next day around 1 pm because no one called me, I called Natasha’s direct line. She was not there I left voicemail. Then Called service department operator said my car is ready. I am so disappointed why never communicate with customers and I really felt I was ripped off the amount I paid, I never received service from Porsche Irvine.When I pick up my car the person who helped me his name was Jon. He told me Natasha was off on 7/15, no wonder she never called me. Jon listened my stories, he was wonderful personality I am glad I met him and he took care of me.I really disappointed with Natasha, this is not first time she did not call me for the update. She did not called me when it’s ready to be picked up on 2020.

It’s hard to be enthusiastic about a $750 oil change so start there. I brought my newly purchased old 996 (2000) in for a check up with some warning lights on. The diagnostics were vague...maybe the cat, maybe the oxygen sensors. The previous owner had modded the tailpipes. It was going to be $7,500 plus for the cats and sensors and I demurred since there was no performance issue and I wasn’t convinced yet that all that had to be done. So I called the previous owner who said one cat had been replaced and all four O2 sensors had been replaced. I ordered a used 996 low miles cat for the R side on eBay for $400 and that took care of it. Lights out. What’s the lesson? Well, it would have been good if the tech would have shared the detailed diagnostic codes from the engine plug in to start, rather than just a replace sensors proposal and a replace cats proposal. Yes that would have solved the problem but it was the big hammer and cost is not an issue approach that I was disappointed in. I’m not the new car cash in hand GT3 owner that can afford these prices and I guess I’ll be going to the off Broadway shops from now on for this kind of thing. Finishing on a positive note, the dealer was professional, courteous and polite and Tom, my tech was a gentleman. I guess I can’t afford the club prices is all.
I went to Porsche Irvine to get a four wheel alignment for my 2003 911. Everything went well. I was happy that I could be confident that the dealer would do the alignment correctly as I was getting new tires. The dealer does a good job communicating with you, setting up the appointment, and even offered a free loaner car.My only area to knock off a star is that the oversold follow up service a bit agressively such as replacing my rear tires which only have 7000 miles. I’m aware that 911 tires don’t last too long, but the tires seem to have plenty of life in them, and they recommended replacing them probably 5000 miles too early.They also recommended replacing the front brakes and rotors for $1,400. This seems a lot but I’ll withhold judgment until I check with my regular guy. I wish dealers had a “competitive price” policy instead of giving the impression that they are double the price. I know I paid $550 for Mercedes brakes/rotors at an Indy mechanic so is there that much of a Porsche tax?I really liked the safety checklist for the multi-point inspection.Thanks for a good service experience overall.

Natasha was wonderful. The entire experience was great until we came to pick up the car. The porters totally ignored us (there was a pretty blonde with a battery issue so they were gathered). I finally went inside to get our service writer who, once again came through for us.When we got home, both usb-c adapters were missing. We found one in the cup holder but the other is still MIA. There was a Auto Nation pen lodged in the passenger seat.

I have to say right up front, I am not a fan of car dealers. That being said, Irvine Porsche is by far the best car dealer I have ever had the experience to deal with. I look forward to seeing the people there. They really do care about you as a customer and try to exceed all expectations. My experience with them has completely turned my impression of car dealer around 180. Denise, who is the service Manager, is the best employee at AutoNation, that I have ever met. She has set the bar so high, good luck trying to reach it. Oscar, who was my service advisor, called me and kept me up-to-date on every aspect of the service. Exceptional service! They clean the car and it looks new when you pick it up. If you are looking for a new or used car, I would suggest strongly, based upon my experience, you stop by Porsche Irvine. You will be very surprised at how professional and just how nice they are. This is not your typical car dealer in any sense of ones imagination!
Great experience with the Service department. Extremely efficient process in scheduling the appointment and ultimately checking in. My service advisor was great and answered all my questions. They clearly communicated the wait time (as I decided to wait and work in the very comfortable facilities). It’s nice to see that Porsche Irvine really cares about the customer experience!
Got this Taycan end of 2020. Drove it for a couple months, and started experiencing charging issue in the past 2 to 3 months. Contacted Porsche Irvine service department at the beginning of July and was scheduled for a service appt at the end of July. The car was left in my garage during those weeks. Took the car to Porsche Irvine, and was told the technician fixed the charging issue together with the recall.Took the car back home, still cannot charge the car continuously. The charging would stop for a few miles or simply wont start. Contact the service department and was told I had to find a certified electrician to confirm the house is certified for the Taycan charger. The facts are,1. I having been driving a Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X, both charged using the same power outlet 220v, installed by a certified technician.2. This SAME charger is charging my Teslas daily without any issue at all.3. This SAME charger was charging Taycan for a few months since the beginning of 2021 without any issue.4. We started to having charging issue in the past 2 months.I have no problem to find and pay to a certified electrician to confirm the house is certified for the Taycan charger. My question is WHERE CAN I FIND A TECHNICIAN WHO IS QUALIFIED TO SAY THE CHARGER IS TAYCAN CERTIFIED? I believe Porsche needs to qualify this technician first so he or she can tell whether the house is certified for the Taycan charger.I contacted service department and asked if they could recommend a technician that can come for an inspection, and again, I have no problem to pay for it. I was told our service department has not been instructed on any electrician recommendation.. So the short version is:WE CANNOT FIX YOUR CAR BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A PORSCHE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. AND WE DONT KNOW ANY PORSCHE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN.???????????????????????????????????????????????It has been TEN days since the service. My time has been wasted and the issue still exists. I am STILL waiting to be contacted by Porsche.The car has been in VACATION MODE since late June 2021. I am paying over $2000 per month to have a car that I have to plug and unplug it every hour to get it fully charged in a few days and can drive it out once or twice per week.Dont get me wrong. I enjoy driving Porsche. I actually have another Porsche gasoline car. It is just my experience with this Taycan, it is BEYOND HORRIBLE.

Worked with Phillip as the salesman. Very kind and personable, easy going and helpful in all aspects of my car purchase. Also worked with Claudiu for financing and he was amazing, very professional and worked with me throughout the application process. Jason helped me with finalizing the purchase and was extremely knowledgeable about different products and services offered by Porsche of Irvine. He also didnt try and hard sell me on anything I didnt want or didnt think was necessary, he laid out the options and explained the differences and let me choose for myself.Overall Id give Porsche of Irvine sales 5 stars.After purchasing my car I was back into the service department to get my Interior and Exterior treated with a protective layer. Which I was told would be done before I would get out of the office, but I had concerns about something wrong with the front end of my car which I didnt notice when I purchased the car and I couldnt get in touch with the Service Writer after 3 calls and a voicemail. I wont mention his name because he was very kind and apologetic to the situation.Lastly after the Service Writer gave me my car back after treatment the General Manager for the Dealership Dan had called me before I left the parking lot to look over the front of my car and assured me he would look into the situation and get back with me in a few days. Which I thought was above and beyond what I had expected. Fantastic work by everyone at Porsche of Irvine! Hope to do business there again.
High-quality service, but pricey and my car is leaking oil after. The dealership has offered to reinspect the vehicle, but I had to scrub my driveway and garage to remove oil stains after service - bummer.If you look at the dealership response below it is generic and a passive attempt to make it right. I ended up back at the dealership and now theyve identified the leak as the right front control arm - a part that was not mentioned in the multi-point inspection that came with the original brake service and oil change / tune-up. It is just suspicious.To the social media person - you have all my contact info. I doubt there were many brake jobs that also led to an oil leak. Oscar was my service rep - hes solid - if you need more details.Lowered the rating because of the half-effort to actually make it right, but a full effort to have a response so you look attentive on social media.

Disappointed with the service at Irvine Porsche. They hardly keep in touch with car repairs and do not value basic customer satisfaction but expect you to pay thousands of dollars for a repair. Would not recommend doing service with Natasha. Go to a different Porsche location for repairs or purchases.
Took 2018 Panamera in due to occasional brake noise. They checked & verified that the brakes were in good working order & also indicated that there was no need for wheel alignment. It was nice to leave knowing the car was in great working condition, there was no attempt to upsell and there was no fee for checking.
Im not one to typically leave reviews but Porsche Irvine absolutely deserves their 5 stars. I purchased my EV in February from Mario Ranga who is a true professional and made the process simple and smooth. I remember my husband and I leaving the dealership pleased and completely satisfied. Just last month when I started having an extremely frustrating PORSCHE CONNECT and charging issue with my car, sales manager Eric Ancharoff, along with area trainer Paul Steinbruner and Mario went above and beyond to help me. Ultimately the glitches were solved by the service department and I am back in my beloved car again. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the entire team at Porsche Irvine and let them know again how much I appreciate their genuine care. I will not hesitate to shop with them again and certainly recommend to all.

James let me sit next to the technician for a test drive so I have the opportunity to explain the mechanical problem I encountered .When I picked up the car in the late afternoon, most of the technicians already left the shop, I found the right side marker was not working. James took care of the problem right away so I dont have to make a separate appointment just for replacing the bulb. I truly appreciate the extra service he performed for me.
1. You can never get build to order at msrp, this dealership marks up all 911s2. Services constantly over priced, you’ll have to call other dealerships to verify and challenge pricing/scope

I brought my porsche panemara for an emergency service to the this dealer where I bought the car originally and I hate to say this but the service manager or supervisor was very rude. They did not provide me any loaner or any satisfactory resolution the solve my issue. Service department needs to improve or more knowledgeable employees needs to be hired.

Service agent was not very friendly or welcoming and I felt he didn’t have interest in helping with my oil leak issue. Supposedly the mechanic couldn’t find leak so I had to bring it back again have to car lifted in front of me and immediately saw the dripping oil. Bottom line is they fixed the issue for free but I expected a better experience from Porsche
A beautiful Macan S but with minor maintenance and tech issues was sold by an inexperience sales at Lexus of Cerritos, but the Porsche Irvines service team did an effectively job along with gracious hospitality service, and resolved all the issues. A shout-out to Natasha and Denise, thank you.

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the guys at Porsche Irvine made my experience wonderful. I had contacted the dealership 5 minutes before they close and they responded the same day. They are fast and attentive. They put the customer first. My salesmen was Geoffrey Fish. He was nice, attentive and very knowledgeable. I felt that he wasn’t trying to talk the talk in order to make the sale but that he actually cared and made the process more enjoyable. There were customers in front of me but he constantly checked in on me while I waited. Great customer service. I will defiantly becoming back

My Service Advisor, Jon Lewis, was ready for me for my 10 AM appointment for an oil change on my 2019 GT3 RS with 2,013 miles on it. He completed the service invoice and Sadra, who worked on my 2015 GT3, drove the car into the shop. I could see through the window in the shop wall that Sadra was very careful with my car and included a 32 point inspection. The Service Order was opened at 10:02 and the work was completed by 11:47. Then Sadra spent some time with me to par my phone with the car and show me how the Navigation System on the car worked. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and it was what I would expect from a Porsche dealer.

We were greeted by Geoff, a professional sales associate, with a smile and well mannered. Geoff showed us the car we picked and together we inspected it. It was beautiful and in perfect condition. After that he let us take it for a test drive. Came back and was then walked through the beautiful showroom to his office. We sat down and went over the deal. No pressure and we came to an agreement. Then the finance manager, Jason, sat down with us and went through our loan. He was so nice and patient with us and explained everything so we could understand. He came back a few times till he showed us the lowest rate he could get and we were very pleased. We highly recommend Porche Irvine for your next car.

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha over in service who was more than kind dealing with my issues with my Cayman. She was courteous, professional and answered emails very quickly/thoroughly.I was greeted extremely quickly when I pulled up to the service area the area was extremely well organized. This is the level of efficiency you expect when you buy a German brand of this caliber. The car back clean and properly addressed and we are now waiting for a custom part from Germany. The loaner I received was a Macan, was clean and got me back home saving me an uber fare during rush hour traffic. Overall my experience was great.I had yet another delay but the dealership provided another loaner and the experience remained wonderful. Shout out to Natasha, and Carol who truly understand customer service!
BEWARE! Deceptive Practices! This dealership attempted to sell me a vehicle that had been used as a tow behind vehicle, knowing that the miles reflected on the odometer were understated. When this was brought to their attention they refused to acknowledge the obvious . I asked them to reduce the price appropriately and they would not budge on price. General Manager told me that the vehicle is just not the right one for me. Terrible Practices. Thought AutoNation had Ethics, apparently not. BEWARE!

We purchased a pre-owned car from here. We drove over 5 hours to come see the vehicle, and asked over the phone prior to coming if there were any issues with the car. We were assured everything was great with the car and there were no issues. Everything over the phone went well and the sales associate was friendly.When we arrived to see the car, there was a pretty nice sized dent on the car that wasnt shared to us over the phone. We were told that it was captured in the listing and pictures. It clearly was NOT described in the listing, or focused on or detectable in the pictures. The response received was less than empathetic regarding this dent, and again they stated to us that everything is as is.The second event came in right before signing the papers. We asked for the second set of keys and the sales associate said they would go get it. It appears they were discussing something on the side. AFTER signing the paperwork, they came back and said theres only one key on hand. When asked, the sales manager said he is confident he could get the second key but if not, there is nothing he can do about it since the car is sold as is. Instead of offering anything, he proceeded to argue that most cars only come with one key and there were no margins in the price to even make a key. We brought up that he didnt disclose the dent, or the fact that there was only key, and he sarcastically responded what else should I disclose? He was very unpleasant. sarcastic, and rude.In the end the key came in the mail, but we didnt prefer the mannerism of the sales manager. For such a beautiful facility and brand, we didnt feel the service was up to par. We did not feel appreciated as a customer, and apparently money meant way more to this dealer than doing the right thing. They could have easily said they would help get the dent out, or even offer to make a second key if they couldnt get a hold of it (as they already told us they had one). There were chances to make things right for the customer, and to make them feel proud buying a vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I had lost interest in getting a Porsche again due to a very dissatisfying service experience at a previous dealership. However this place changed everything. You feel treated like a special guest through and through. Service is impeccable. Transparency is par excellence. Communication even better. If I ever think of buying a Porsche again, it is because of this place. If the dealership guys are reading this, do yourself and your customers a favor- DONT change anything!
