My wife and I purchased several items of furniture from Sara at Cantoni Furniture in Irvine and received excellent service. We had an outstanding experience with Jeff, the general manager, and the delivery team. One of the items we purchased was a Italian leather couch that took nearly six months to get from Italy because of Covid. When Cantoni delivered the couch to our condo building, it would not fit in the elevator. We were so disappointed, but Jeff was very proactive and had his crew make a card board replica of the couch. They came out to our building to see if they could carry the couch up the stair well. We are on the 30th floor. We were skeptical, but Jeff was determined. Fortunately, another option was available. There was a possibility of putting the couch on top of the elevator cab. Jeff sent his crew out with the card board replica and the couch. They were able to get the card board replica on top of the elevator so they knew the actual couch would fit. In no time. the couch was in our condo on the 30th floor. We are so pleased, the couch looks fabulous! This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company of any kind. Thank you to Jeff and his amazing staff.

I was looking for a last minute gift to give my friend for his birthday. The sales assistant was very nice and helpful. They helped me find something nice for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place, their selection is great.

Cantoni, excellent customer service, excellent merchandise!

I always thought that Cantoni was one of the nicest contemporary furniture stores in Orange County and they are even better. When I visited the store a few weeks ago, I noticed that they added a whole new sleep mattress studio on the second floor and also offering modern kitchens now too. I needed a sleeper sofa and ended up getting one by American Leather which is so comfortable and looks great.The most impressive thing I saw at the store that day was a mattress by a company called Vi-spring. Its a British company and supposedly the queen sleeps on one. The mattress was made completely of natural materials. I was sold until I saw the price tag. I guess for that level of quality, you can only expect to pay top dollar. At least I know it lasts for a long time. Its nice to know that I can get a Vi-spring mattress in Orange County and not have to drive all the way to LA. Very happy with the service and products that Cantoni offers.

Italian name and design to its best. You will be able to choose the most relevant pieces of furniture for your villa, here, in one shot. I walked out 21,304 $ lighter but in love with all I bought. The return policy stinks. I tried to return all the furniture hours later and got refused.

Have worked with sales agent, Sarah, and she was very helpful. Purchased a number of pieces at Cantoni. Great products and service. Had a problem of damage in shipping to the local Cantoni. The local manager got involved and resolved the situation right away. Quality products and quality staff. Appreciated and recommend!

For anyone who loves contemporary unique furniture, Cantoni is the place to shop. I havent found another contemporary furniture store that compares to Cantoni. Weve bought numerous pieces of furniture there and have always been impressed with their sales professionals and customer service. I cant say enough about this store. I love it.

My husband and I purchased a very stylish and beautiful color sofa with a queen-sized hide bed about 2 years ago. Every single person who visits overnight in our guest room remarks how comfortable the Temprepuedic mattress is! We received excellent service and the promise of a GREAT sleeping experience -- and they were right!

Very pleased with Cantoni and the quality of the furniture. They are top notch when it comes to quality and service. You can find cheaper sofas - but you cant find better ones.

Cantoni is one of the few stores outside of West Hollywood that carries high quality modern furniture. The OC showroom is much nicer and larger than the LA location. We had a minor issue with bedroom furniture and customer service came out and fixed the problem quickly. We are very happy with our purchase.

This is an awesome store for folks who want the very best furniture. The staff is helpful and you dont have to chase anyone down to get a little help. We love Cantoni!

Truly horrible customer service, I wasnt surprised at all when I saw the other reviews written for Cantoni. I went in as an almost 99% solid client with a sofa already picked out from their website and wasnt even graced with a hello from one of the 30 people they have roaming around the place. If youre going to be spending 10k+ for a sofa might as well go somewhere you enjoy being.

Cantini is mostly very modern furniture, which is not my style. But they were the company who was able to special-order for me a hide or two of a special particular leather, so that I could recover my dining chairs to match my American Leather sofa. They handled my special order perfectly, and the staff was extremely cordial in the process. I think theyre a fine company!

We loved the designer we worked with -- knowledgeable and very helpful. The showroom is full of beautiful, extremely well made furniture -- sorry we couldnt purchase more than we did!!
