I am really happy with my recent visit to Ortho mattress at Alton pkwy. They have a very good collection of mattresses of all sizes and comfort type. Jon helped me find the right mattress for me. Shopping becomes easy when you get all the information you need and not being forced to buy. Jon gave me a good deal on the mattress I bought, it is worth visiting the store. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quality mattress.

Great Service.....We bought a mattress but then decided to upgrade. We were able to exchange to the other mattress without any restocking fee. We paid the difference for the upgrade and only had to pay for another $99 delivery and pickup fee.

I bought a mattress there today and the experience was great. Maria, the saleslady, was fantastic. We went to three other stores for comparison and Ortho was the best, both in service and in price. We had a very specific needs and Maria was able to take care of us. (An elderly relative was seriously injured while on vacation and cannot fly, so will have special needs after hospital while staying with us until recovered enough to fly.) I highly recommend the Ortho Mattress in Irvine.

We were in the the store weekend before Thanksgiving checking things out, not exactly sure if we were going to purchase that day or not. At the end of the day, we ended up buying a great mattress and an adjustable base for a great price. The items were delivered and installed with no issues, and we have been enjoying our new bed for the past week. We tried on the few that made sense to us and left to conduct more research online and in other stores.Well, we returned back to Ortho and to Woo, and finally bought the Aireloom set that worked best for us.Woo worked with us on an immediate delivery in time for Thanksgiving family visiting, recommended the correct bed frame as well as the correct frame post for our precious hardwood floors!Mattress came in on time, looked grand in the bedroom...Visiting family loved the comfort and feel of the new mattress and all is well!This review reflects my appreciation of working with a really nice person, Woo Kim. We just bought a Serra mattress from their Irvine store. Our experience with their sales person Adam was very good. His approach was very professional and he was very knowledgeable on mattresses.

My mom went there too look for a bed frame. She left a deposit for it to be ordered. Nine days later received a call from Ortho mattress. Was told Ortho mattress cant order it unless paid in full. Told her mom was told by sales person only deposit needed. Told her cancel the order about 10 times. Now getting herasing phones calls. Will never buy anything from Ortho mattress

I bought a very expensive mattress and I purchased guaranteed mattress protector. They tell you if you have the protector on and it leaks they will replace your mattress or fix the damages. My first protector ripped. I went and got another mattress cover and they assured me it was still guaranteed. Well my little one had an accident on my bed and it leaked right through the cover. I called up they said without the original receipt they would not be able to help me. I found the receipt sent in the protector and they call me to tell me this was not the original mattress cover that came with my original purchase that they could tell it was there newer mattress cover. I told her how the first one ripped and she tells me that because its not the original cover that came with the mattress they wont cover the mattress at all. No one ever explained that to me . Its still their mattress cover that didnt work and all their mattress cover are supposed to be guaranteed but they are not. Be careful this place is shady and not helpful at all. I will never buy from them again.

We -- my wife and I -- do not purchase a new mattress very often. I doubt that many of us do. It was refreshing to walk into this establishment and be greeted as we walked in. First look around is a shocking sea of mattresses. This original lost at sea feeling was quickly put behind us as Candee answered all of our questions and then continued to answer questions that we had not thought to ask. Before long both my wife and I had a good understanding of what we were looking at, and more specifically, what we were looking for in the way of a new mattress. Candee continued to guide us through the now charted sea, stopping at one mattress island and then another based upon what we wanted in a mattress. She took in all of our needs, covered all of our questions, provided explanations of each of the islands that we visited. The sales process was not hard sell. It was all based upon facts and the responses to her questions. There was no rush. Plenty of time to take a nap. One must test the islands, err... mattresses. My wife and I are looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress this coming week on a schedule of our choosing. Overall, a very comforting experience. Also a very friendly and professional experience.

I am moving to Irvine and in the market for a mattress and box spring. I had the unfortunate event of working with a man name Jon located at the Irvine store. Jon was lazy, unfriendly, rude, and dishonest.Jon gave me his sales pitch of two options and said the MATTRESS are priced at $500 and $700 respectively. I told Jon that I also need a box spring. Jon said we are running a deal where the box spring will come with the mattress. I even said oh okay, thats good, so I wont have to pay for the box spring. Jon said CORRECT. Then he asked for a $50 deposit to hold the price and I politely asked him to write down the 2 options and I will think about it. I still have the card where he wrote down the 2 different MATTRESS priced at $500-ish and $700-ish.A few weeks later, I am ready to make the purchase over the phone. I asked Jon to e-mail me the invoice. The invoice priced the Mattress at $495 and $210 for the box spring. I called Jon and simply asked him why the mattress and box spring was itemized this way? Jon said this is how we do it but the total is still $705. I response by saying Jon, I understand the bottom price is still the same price you told me but my impression from your sales pitch is the MATTRESS is $700 and the Box Spring is free. Jon was caught in a lie and became defensive.The phone call became more and more unprofessional in the most unimaginable way. While I stayed calm, Jon became so upset that I caught him in a lie that he yelled I never said anything was free, so say whatever you want, Ill deny it. I wanted Jon to acknowledge that he was not upfront about the true price of the mattress and the box spring.The truth it that he TOLD me in-person and WROTE down on paper the price of the mattress is at a higher price and pitched the box spring as free.The call ended with Jon saying see, now youre just calling me a liar (which I never did, however I did say Jon, I remember what I heard and what you told me). Never have I ever had such a crazy interaction with another professional.I asked to speak and work with another sales professional and Jon downright refused to pass me on to another person. Jon also refused several times to provide the name and number of the store manager.Finally he did and without hesitation I called Christina. Bottom line. The mattress is not $700 like Jon said or wrote down. The mattress is $495. The box spring is not free or even included like Jon said or wrote down; the box spring cost $210. Jon told a little white sales lie and got caught.I encourage management as well as HR to review the call made on 9/20 around 4:00 PM EST at the Irvine store.

Wanted to give a higher rating, but the salesman flat out lied to me. He scheduled me a delivery for the 15th of June (Saturday), which is when I will be moving. However, the company called me and acted as if I had never scheduled a delivery before informing me that they dont even diver on weekends. Its not the fact that I have to sleep on the wood ground for a few nights that bothers me. Its the idea that this salesman blatantly lied to my face in order to make a sale. Shady practice.

Great and quick recommendation for a pillow-top mattress for a side and stomach sleeper from Candee. Was also able to use Labor Day discounts for delivery included.
