OR try to grab one that is in the parking lot already and push it in to store a little loophole I guess.I do this all the time, when people are finishing up loading their groceries, Ill ask, are you finished with your cart? And always respond with, yes thank you. Ill return it for you. Its 👌 nice simple gesture. I would like to see more of. Men if see a women finishing loading her 🚗, ask to return her cart. This is a nice grocery store. It is well maintained and has excellent fresh product. I went to the one in Irvine expecting it to have rediculous high prices like the other boutique grocers, but they were actually fairly priced. This will be my grocery store of choice as I recently moved to the area.

So clean in this store that it looks like it is the first day it opened. MUCH better selection of quality produce, sauces, canned goods, etc. than Ralphs. Meat at the meat counter is high quality stuff. Its the perfect blend of premium grocery options with basic stuff like Coke and Oreos. Goodbye Whole Foods.

Really love this store! Very close to home and the staff, including Starbucks staff, are very friendly and helpful! Always clean and never crowded.

Be careful if you buy any of the MANAGERS SPECIAL TAKE ADDITIONAL % OFF items. The cashier who checked me out this morning did not take the % off. I understand that it is only a few dollars difference and everybody makes mistakes. Yes,, the service lady gave the difference back to me when I drove back to the store again, but there was No words of Apology at all that makes me wonder.

Shout out to my girl Tamir who makes an amazing breakfast burrito at the hot food counter. I was having a bad morning and didn’t get my coffee yet... she was so sweet and courteous and of course made some bomb burritos. Woman deserves a raise for going above and beyond to make a customer feel special.

Nice super market in Irvine city, fair price and friendly employee with a Starbucks inside the store, I like to shop in Albertsons Vons and pavilions because they all got a good employee training(I believe they r all the same company) and fresher food than others super market and pavilions has a higher price and better item.

My new favorite grocery and bakery store! Great customer service and clean. The bakery is amazing ... CHEAP and surprisingly good, not too sweet like other American cakes. We have ditched the popular bakeries to buy party cakes from here onward.

Sherry is the most helpful person in the world. She shows great management, customer service and leadership. There was a gingerbread house making event today, I believe theres one next weekend also. Its fun for the kids and sherry helps out a lot. Ive never made a gingerbread house before... and I dont think i will again, but my kids can build one so easily

This store is gorgeous. They have a spot where you can custom order a pizza, they have a deli and bakery that serves amazing food, and you can get a full roast smoked for you in under 2 hours. Their wines and spirits section has an amazing selection with lots of high end goods. It really is an amazing store.

Last night was my first time being an Instacart shopper. The staff at this store is very kind. I can’t find on the app all the names but there were 3 specific employees who were incredibly helpful to me. Miguel in seafood was so patient with me. I was having connectivity issues with my phone so I couldn’t communicate with my customer. He let me use his hotspot so I could finish my order and we very helpful in making sure I got the right items in my he meat and seafood department. He even followed with me to make sure I was able to finish my shopping and get to the register without more interruptions.The man that was working in produce with organics. He was also amazing. Miguel told his name but I don’t remember but he was also very patient and helpful.My cashier was Alissa. She was super sweet and helpful. She let me know there was another new Instacart shopper in her line earlier. That was comforting.Pavilions you’ve got good people and you’ve trained them well. Really good supermarket. They have a poke store there that is very solid. I can see this place becoming a frequent eatery for my wife and I.

This review is purely for the food service section. Pavilions makes pizzas and sandwiches, which are both excellent. However, walking in and finding no one around to help you is the norm. Managers will help you if you track them down, but will not come over to help otherwise. I hope they improve this, as the food itself is solid.Update: There has been a slight improvement in the food service, but service in general is bad. I live very close to Pavilions, so I often come to pick something up. I have never had an experience where the staff have been friendly and helpful. At best you are ignored, and at worst the staff will be rude. Their selection and products are good, including some unique items in their bakery, and fun items like kombucha on tap. However, their service drags them down.

This store just reopened on 2017-06-28. So far everyone is very helpful and the quality of the food is really good, while keeping prices more down to earth than when it was Haggen for a short period of time. Its smaller than some of the larger Vons or Pavilions in Anaheim Hills. They have a great wine selection. The bakery, deli, and meat selections are fresh as well.

BUYER BEWARE !If you shop here, you need to check the expiration dates, because they dont.I purchased a container of mixed greens, but I didnt check the dates. When I got home, I saw the greens were rotting. It was THREE DAYS past expiration. When I returned to exchange it, there were SEVERAL other packages also expired.I will not shop there again.
