Most people were wearing mask. Saw one or 2 that were not . Over all it was good. Cashier was nice.

The produce gentlemen went above and beyond 2 and be on to unload the truck and bring fresh produce that I needed 10-2-2021 9:30 am

The staff here are friendly, professional, and helpful. The prices are reasonable and maintain items well in stock. The store has remained this way for the past few years I have shopped here. They also practice safety following the guidelines of the city and CDC regarding the pandemic. Overall, I have pleasant shopping experiences at this location.

S&F is great for certain must-have items on my list. I always have a good experience when I shop there. The checkout staff is courteous. I couldnt find liverwurst/braunschweiger lunchmeat, but thats a small issue.😉

Get great buys and can buy items in bulk that have long shelf life. Fresh produce and awesome rotisserie chickens. Also first street paper products are as good as national brands.

One of the stores I shop at regularly. Have had great luck getting everything I need and in sizes that make it so I dont have to buy stuff too often. The team is friendly and welcoming here as well. Always very helpful!

They have removed what little safety precautions they were doing. No shopping carts by the door ready for use. Ended up using a basket, and paying the price now with my back. No frrd l I ne into the cashiers just line up at whatever register you want. Once again things moved around so had to walk the store looking for the last item on my list.

I have my worst experience by ordering delivery at smart final.com first they messed up my delivery and they never delivered it when I called them they’re like call our main office and there’s no number to contact the main office so I said so how can I get a refund they like the only ways to talk to the supervisor at the main office and the person I spoke to her name was Anna. I really appreciate her help she was trying so hard to see if she can either refund it or deliver that item but she couldn’t and then today I was trying to order the same items again and My total was $46 but at the end when I checked out it said $60 I don’t know how they came up with the $60 so I canceled my order are usually do my grocery shopping myself I had a hip surgery so I could not do the shopping myself and I thought this would be a great idea but unfortunately it was not.

We have been shopping here for years, many mid-sized products that fit us perfectly. I like it when I come here in the morning, they are open from 6.00 am.

This store is always tidy. They have a lot of restaurant supplies, like carryout containers. The grocery pricing is great on some items, but others are priced higher than other supermarkets.

I have come to love S&F as it is the perfect cross between CostCo, where I have to buy too much, & regular grocery stores, where I have to pay too much. The size is also perfect -- better than Albertsons, for example, which is ginormous, with 8+ checkout lanes and only 2 or 3 open!

Pretty nice. I got chips for my baseball team to eat for snacks today..Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Sometimes doesnt have the things I want though.

......Months later........Follow up. Stopped by again for some usual stuff like water, Hersheys chocolate milk and coffee cups at great prices. This time, another person started a new register and called me over from the other line. Problem solved........old posting.......Thought I would stop in to get sugar and cream real quick and sat in line for 10 to 15 minutes. An assistant manager opened another checkout and just left us there waiting behind a lady who was stuck with checkout problems and had a lot of things that required a lot of help. I jumped over then I also let the assistant manager know (in a normal tone) he should have informed us. To me and the other person in the other line, it sure looked like he opened after we were already waiting. The assistant manager then raised his voice and said I was opened for 20 minutes and said, we can check the video. I thought that was very strange and unprofessional. I think he should go check the video himself because I had to get to work. I was just letting him know out of courtesy, not to argue.

Loss leaders aside, I find most items to be pricier than I can find elsewhere. But the Extra! stores are definitely more pleasant to shop at.

Like purchasing most items, but their meats seem iffy to me, I will not purchase chicken or any other meat here.. I even pointed out to the meat manager that one of the plastic wrap was bulging (which is an indication of it spoiling) and he says its fine... Not for me.

This is my local S&F and I shop here weekly for items not found at Costco, where I do my major shopping, or for smaller item sizes. Its quite well stocked, very clean (including the restrooms), and the associates are super friendly and helpful. My only issue - a minor one - is the somewhat limited selection of my favorite items. For example, V8 Fuzion was initially carried in 3 or 4 flavors, then one, then none. Same for Clif Bars. But overall they can be relied upon for my in-fill and quick pickup items such as buttermilk (for pancakes), coffee creamer, and bananas. One additional note - the house brands are of generally high quality and proceed for savings over major labels.

This place is like in between Costco and a regular supermarket. Good if youre buying in bulk, but dont have a Costco card.

They have anything you need normal or big size. I used to do grocery shopping for my job in these stores, Usually rude customer service and most of their products overpriced.

Very poorly stocked store. I shop at this store at least twice a week and they are always out of at least 1 item I buy on a weekly basis and the manager refuses to stock more even after I have mentioned I buy these items weekly.

Its a supermarket with reasonable prices and a great staff. It is my go-to shop.
