*****DO NOT GO HERE************ THIS HAPPENED AT ONE OF AUTO PLUS’S LOCAL STORE)This man in this picture represented Auto Plus Auto parts as the “Assistant manager” of their store in such a horrifying manner. “Junior” so he said his name was, got into a physical fight with a customer and also physically damaged that customers property as well. As an employee of Auto plus Auto parts whose mission statement states “INTEGRITY through accountabilityPASSION for world-class customer servicePRIDE in our commitment to our team and to a clean, safe environment”As a manager, he is a a disgrace to Auto Plus auto parts and what the company as a whole stands for. This should not be tolerated nor allowed under no situation nor circumstances.NOT only prior to this situation, after almost a year of purchasing serval items from this place, when called to inquire about a part that had life time warranty I was told “we only sale to shops”, yet I am not a shop. I had my physical receipt, that was flat out a lie. The CUSTOMER SERVICE, communication and how Auto parts allows their “ASSISTANT MANAGERS” to run business is unacceptable. Hopefully no other customer will ever have to go through this with this guy.
