After we spoke I had the pleasure to meet with Rae agha and this professional just went above and beyond to take cake of me and work with my situation. Every step of the buying process was explained and even found ways to get me the best deal possible. I know where to go for my next purchase which will be for my son.

I saw a vehicle advertised on CarGurus that Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving had posted. I called the number, spoke to Allison, and she assured me the vehicle was available. I informed her I was driving an hour to look at it. She double-checked and again told me the vehicle was available and even gave me the Stock # of the vehicle. I made it there before my scheduled appointment and they brought the new car Sales Manager out to try and sell me a new car (I called about a used one). Then they had the sales lady bring up a completely different vehicle than the one I had called on. When I informed her that was the wrong vehicle she had the used car Sales Manager come out. He “explained” to me the vehicle I called about had not passed inspection and he could not show it to me because it was “locked up” in the Service Dept. I asked if I could at least look at the vehicle and he refused to even let me see it.They had the Nissan Customer Promise on the wall which read:We will respect your time. (They did not).We will market our products and services honestly. (They did not).I could continue but I have wasted enough of my time with Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving, TX.Their customer service was severely lacking.I would NOT recommend them at all.
Big shout out to The director Rich and his team!I had a issue with my vehicle after I had it serviced on April 18th. Rich immediately reached out to me. Gave me his sincerest apologies and got my vehicle back to service department asap. He gave me a free rental while my vehicle was in the service department. Rich and his team fixed the damaged and repairs that my vehicle had free of charge and even gave me a tire free of charge. I am very satisfied with the work thank u! R

Man y’all I’m not tech savvy! This is my second time working with Clay Cooley of Nissan and I learned a lot this second time. We were not an easy case or situation and I didn’t make it easy for them however Alex and The finance manager were very patient, honest and forth coming. They worked their magic and I somehow ended up with something I had only ever dreamed of driving! When they offered the car I was to afraid to test drive it because I knew I’d love it and I thought it would never be possible. But they made it possible! So I am now the proud owner of an Altima! Alex thank you so much for everything cause girl I know I ran you through the ringer but holy cow you were just amazing! I believe our finance guy always Jerimah and he pulled his wand out and gave us an incredible deal! Clay Colley you have my business 100% thank you again!

Got a new car in 2017. Within the first 3 years the ball joints went out and now the AC. I have also been bombarded with calls about trading my car in and everytime Ive gone to get it serviced I have had multiple sales guys trying to get me to trade it in. They are very pushy and dont like to be told no. I just want to pay this car off and get away from clay Cooley as soon as I can.
