I Googled Irving Mall and took a trip here just to unwind and happened upon the FYE store. I was able to pick up a great animé hoodie and a few snack items from Japan for my daughter. Sales staff Facundo and Diamond were very pleasant and even helped me with a Veteran’s Discount. I will definitely be returning!!

Nice place with that novelty/old video store feel. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

Really nice store. Employees super friendly. Doesnt really have a whole lot of things of anything specific. Its more of a collection of a little of this and a little of that. Its definitely a go to place if your looking to get funko pops. Always getting new ones in.

I was in line somebody cut me off in front of me!!the worst part about it customer service was horrible the guy didnt even say s*** and also they dont greet you when you enter at the door I dont think you want to do business with these people the way they treat you is horrible youre better off buying online

Is there a reason why your staff is still lying about your card NOT charging people??? First time here and it was actually pretty cool but I budget every cent. Its not that hard to be honest but for you guys to steal from us without our knowledge is screwed. Every other retail place would be required to give a full rundown of that card. Only reason why they get three stars is because the refund is on its way. My fiance has zero urge to return.

Bad customer service... Employees dont know what they have in store. I asked if they had backpacks and she said I dont think so....

FYE is a nice enough store, friendly staff that dont mind having a short conversation and will always offer to call another store for a product. Prices i find are on par with most online stores, so thats nice. Plus they employee a couple hot guys, so that is great!👍

Its been years since Ive been to an FYE since they closed the one at Hulen mall. Disappointed that its become just another novelty store.I thought i walked into a gamestop accidentally

I cant believe I was not told about this place. Havent been inside Irving Mall in 5+years. Great selection of odd stuff for lack of a better word lol... Ill definitely be back!

Super cool employees and very helpful. I was birthday shopping and looking to get some pops and the employee really helped out with finding them, fye membership info, and coupons. I wish I knew his name but hes just this Hispanic dude with glasses thats cool.

Very nice store, good products for the price. You can also sign up for a membership and only pay $11.99 a month which isnt bad. I recommend going if you need tech products, entertainment, and so much more including fun snacks!

They lied to me about their VIP card saying it wouldnt charge me and it did charge me monthly. I tried calling the store to find out when my preordered item would come in and they would never answer the phone. I improved this score to 2 stars because the district manager had to get my issue resolved and said they are making changes to the store staffing which I appreciate and have noticed.

Hurried to get here only to find them close 40 minutes before theyre store closing hours. Hours of operation arent even listed in front of the store if they did change...What a waste of time...

Sunday February 2nd, 2020, I went into FYE to look for a valentines gift. And I wasn’t greeted no big deal. But I’m usually happily greeted by the staff that’s usually there. And as I’m looking around for a certain item I can’t find 2 employees sitting behind the counter just laugh and talk amongst themselves they might’ve been related idk they seemed close the woman looks at me says nothing and continues talking. Then I’m looking for a different item in the Candy/food section I didn’t see it either and usually there’s different staff there that helps and offers to look or to track something down for me but that was not my experience that day. I spend money there I buy something with every check I get. I will say I will not be returning to the store when those two staff members are there.

Nothing like it used to be. More general merchandise and less in movie/tv show discs.

They have good movies and memorabilia but its ridiculously overpriced. I like going in just to see if something I like is there. If I cant get it cheaper or faster on Amazon, then I buy it

The only store in the mall where associates acknowledge you and talk to you like a human! Great service! Awesome and unique items, the store is clean and organized.

Randall is a great manager who really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer always has a great experience. He knows a ton about comic books and is well-versed in a knowledge of Funko Pops. He tries his best to treat all his customers with care and you can always call him to find out if theres a Chase LOL. One of the few managers who does not collect Funko pops and will always tell you if theres a Chase in store. Also helps you save by doing the math and checking to see which sale will benefit you the most. I come by often.

Its a nice concept but I grew up in the Suncoast era and I feel like FYE has a good idea but Id still rather shop at Think Geek, Game Stop or Hot Topic. I find the prices to be high compared to other places.

I had a horrible experience at this FYE! The customer service is disgusting! One of the Managers, took my information to sign me up for their 10% card, well she left out the part that my info n credit card information would be given to a third party Magazine company!! She insisted on using a credit card even though I wanted to pay cash. She was very unprofessional! Now that i look at my reciete she also charged me for something thats was supposed to be free!
