Find another dealership this dealership is grimy they will give you a car for about 9 months to a year soon as your late one payment theyre repossessing your vehicle they wont accept your money theyre going to resell your car and have someone else start all the way over from the beginning thats how they keep their cars is to keep reselling the same car over and over and over again to different customers I wish I can give this dealership a negative five stars
Been paying on my car 9 months and Im late 7 days they repossessed my vehicle and refuse to take payment for fees. Ive payed over 4,000 dollars in car payments just so they can refuse payment and repossessed my car. JENNIFER AT the front desk is unsympathetic. Wouldnt give me written letter of payment refusal and sent me on a wild goose chase for the letter. Nobody will return my phone call or send me letter of payment refusal. The manager Rolando and Jennifer are shady, unprofessional and have no integrity or respect to even answer the phone. Dont do business here!

O...MG! So I never do reviews but I always read them. When I tell you this place is an entire blessing! And Jose Lopez is an angel! He was great! Very upfront and honest about everything!!! My credit score is like 590 and I have two reps on my name. He accepted $800 and got me into a very good and reliable car! Im referring EVERYONE here!! Looove my experience even better than some dealerships Ive been to! If you ever go, tell them Ms. Scott sent you so you can get a discount for being referred. Good customer service is very hard to find these days! And I found it!! I wish I had more words!! 🧡

Rolando is amazing!! When dealing with challenged credit it is unusual to find the kind of honesty and fairness in a dealership and a Sales Manager that I found in Rolando and Big Shoe Auto Sales. I think its probably difficult even without the credit challenges I have!! Having said that I was so impressed with Rolando in every way! He treated me with complete respect and was upfront and honest with me. He also gave me the best deal I had found at any other dealership in regards to price of the vehicle, down payment, interest rate and term!! I know he is the real deal because I shopped and shopped and shopped trying to make sure that I got the best possible car at the best possible price. As a single mom, with a credit score that is just bad all the way around I was use to dealing with embarrassing and stressful experiences at every dealership I shopped at so many of them within a couple of weeks, so it was refreshing to have Rolando be such an enjoyable person to buy a car from!! I cant say enough about how much I appreciate him. If you need a car, credit challenged or not CALL ROLANDO!! :) :) I love my Corolla too!!

Heads up. They require a full coverage $250 deductible auto insurance. Trash. The insurance they provide in house is not real. You cant register your car with it. And police do not accept it as insurance. They call it collateral liability insurance. SCAM
I searched for a car for 2 days and all I got was the run around. Stopped here as my last stop. And Im sad I wasted 2 days everywhere else! My process was smooth hassle free Rolando and Big Shoe. Rolando even worked with me during a hardship! I would refer others here anytime. Be cool to them and they are just as cool to you. Both of his secretary’s are rude but if you can cut past them and get to Rolando you’re in good hands!
I absolutely love this place! After I’ve been turned down SO many times by different companies this place said yes and gave me hope again. I was approved for a car within an hour and the next day walked out with my new car! The people are such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to everyone. I would definitely go there again.
This place does not get the recognition it deserves!! After several failed (and I mean numerous) attempts at car buying, God sent this angel in the form of BSAS! Trina White was amazing and made me feel like family. No haggle, no pressure, no BS. Just straight to the point and an hour later (yes..not all day) I was a car owner. I would definitely recommend everyone check them out. No regrets here!!
Do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction of this car lot. All of their processes are out of date and inconvenient. Something as simple as a due date change cant be done over the phone or online. You must go into the physical location. And God forbid you have an ailment or a financial hardship. They show no empathy and offer nothing to assist with the car loan. Im looking to trade out of this car ASAP purely because I cant stand dealing with this company. One of the worst decisions Ive ever made in life is financing a car through them . Also, the vehicles are overpriced so dont go into it thinking youll keep the vehicle a year and trade it out. Your upside down as soon as the ink dries on the contract.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is very unprofessional. The cars are overpriced and the manager is rude and arrogant. 12 grand for a 12 Civic with 100k miles in it. All of this after I specifically asked for the price of the vehicle on the phone and they told me to come down to the dealership and make an offer. What a big f**king joke.

Worst car buying experience ever! I bought a Ford Ranger from them 3 years ago, I didnt even get home from the dealership before I started to have problems. It had suspension issues before I even purchased it and when they told me they would fix the issues but after three visits to their shop it still had the same problems until I spent my own money at goodyear which fixed the issue in just a few hours. they then sold the lean to another company without telling anyone and that was the only company on this Earth I hate more than big shoe auto! I could go on and on about the issues I had with them, if you can go somewhere else there are other dealerships that help with credit issues DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Purchased my 2009 Jetta. First week of having the vehicle I was stranded in Austin due to the throttle body and the fact that the vehicle was not even given a simple tune-up. My engine coils were GONE. There was no oil in the car. I called to inform them of the problem and was laughed at as if my mechanic (who did a diagnostic check) told me everything that was wrong with my car was lying. Before I purchased the vehicle those were questions my mother and myself asked our sales lady Cheryl (if thats her name) . I didnt receive any help at all with the vehicle even though I had just purchased the vehicle a week prior to the problems. Ive had my car for almost 7 months now. Recently I lost what I was I later informed the ONlY key to my vehicle. Who did I call for some type of assistance?.. My dealer. I know that Im repsonsibke for maintinence to the vehicle however, you would think the dealer would have either a spare key or reccommened a dealer of some sort for assistance, NOPE. I missed work and class because of this and my dealer did not seem to care, well until I left a voicemail for someone to call me back or I would file a priority complaint against the dealer and its workers. I received a call from Johana who takes all my payments each time I call. She told me that she spoke with Renaldo and that he wanted to help me out and that the dealer would pay for half of key I wold just need to get my vehicle to a dealer. With me already being irritated for missing work and class, I told her I can pay for the key, I just cant find anyone who can make the key so I dont have to continue to miss work she said well thats your only option?..? No recommendation of a dealer or anything. She even told me the reason they dont have a spare key is because it was too expensive and would be at the companys expense... Great.Fast forward to my vehicle being at the dealer, the guys at the Volkswagen dealer kept trying to call to get half of the payment from the dealer and guess what, no answer. His calls kept getting directed to the fax. My mother called in place of myself because Ive decided to no longer speak with the people who work there because anytime I have an issue, I get a run-around. She informed them that the guy had been calling and guess who was rude to mother?... Johana. She told my mother that they were not aware of the situation...? Wait, I call you, my dealer about my key about a week ago, you call me back on a Thursday and by Monday you have NO knowledge of my vehicle situation??. My mother told her that she had the number of POA at the Volkswagen dealer, Johana told my mother, no he can call us.My mother then repeated herself and said well, hes tried and he cant make contact. So we hung up with them and called the Volkswagen dealer, advised the POA what we were informed. We get to the dealer and it went from we will pay half to she pays, shows proof of payment well go from there. Thank God the dealer provided me with two discounts bc as expected my dealer whom I pay early (except 1x) opted out. So guess who has filed her complaints against this dealer and has her proof of payment?..ME. I cannot wait to be able to refi on my vehicle with a different company bc these people are a pain. Anytime I call to and leave a voicemail, my calls never get returned. Recently went in to make a payment and when I stated my name and vehicle it was a OHHHHH...Okay followed..what that was in reference to, I dont know.Plus every time I make a payment I have to callback the next day for my receipt, Johana if youre reading, send me my receipt for my recent payment made on 9/7/16 to my email on file- a very annoyed paying customer

I started my job February 2nd of this year, and I was on the job for a week and one of my pts told me about Big Shoe because I was having a hard time with just moving here, even with just a week on the job he allowed me to get a car and it was the one that I wanted. If I can give this place Zero stars I would my wife bought a car from this place last year She had the car for a year and a half now we already had to over $2000 in repairers in this car Still having problems to this day they still will not let her trade the car in or anything But they will turn the car off if you are three days late on the payment because you have to get repaired and if they fix it you can’t get the car back until you pay for the repair in full really bad place Bad customer service would not recommend this place to anyone we are stuck With this car because we don’t want to mass up our Credit
