Horrible customer serviceI went to apple store to because my battery wasn’t working, they told me that my warranty was up, now I just bought this phone in March 2021, apple said this phone was purchased back in 2016 so boost mobile in Irving mall sold me a refurbished phone for retail price,so I went back to boost mobile in mall they telling me they can’t help me, and even tried to sell me another phone for 200 r u crazy. horrible place buy your phone else where. Wasting your money and time.
Rodolf in the Irving mall was very helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us with enrolling us in the family plan. He’s great and a awesome asset to the company. He was extremely patient with us. Thank you again.
Such a stressful experience and needless to say the phone is still not accepting incoming calls. And it was just purchased last night.
