Shout out to Diego! I called him about 30 min prior to their shop closing because I was working all day and wasn’t able to come earlier. He accommodated my needs and didn’t make me feel rushed, or arriving practically right at closing. He replaced my screen quickly and was very friendly.

I went to cell phone genius because it had gotten a lot of great reviews. I met Diego and he was a super nice guy and very helpful. My phone had a broken a screen and broken lcd. Diego told me the price up front and it was very reasonable. He told me it would be 2hrs to fix. Sure enough he had it ready in the 2 hrs. My phone was fixed and ready to go. He also gave me advice to make phone function better. He was not pushy and didnt try to sell me anything i felt that i didnt need. I would highly recommend this store to anybody needing cell phone repair and will be returning if i break my phone again.

I replaced my cracked screen and paid 75$. They put in some cheap glass and broken again with in 1 week. When I went back to ask they said I need to pay again get it fixed. Very bad experience. I will never recommend this place

I cracked the back glass of my Samsung Galaxy S8 and they replaced it quickly! The customer service was great and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

I was so pleased to find staff that were courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products. My cell phone had a crazy amount of problems. They were also very competitively priced compared to the other places in the area that were trying to overcharge me. Diego was very pleasant to work with and very responsive to calls and questions. Great store, and staff. I called the store because the tools I used to fix my phone was broken. he didnt sell the tools for cellphone repair but he gave me his own tool to help me fix my phone. Ill be calling him if I have any issues in the future.

The guys there were cool and you could tell they loved their job. Took my Moto G in there with a broken LCD and had it fixed same day, now its like a new phone!

I got my screen fixed and two days later it got messed up again. When I paid to get it fixed the staff told me I didn’t need a screen protector based off the case They gave me, so two days later my screen shattered and they refuse to fix it after promising warranty.

Diego and Julio were very professional, courteous and pleasantly engaging. They understood the nature of my needs, and told me what was was needed. They got to me quickly and delivered on what they said they would do! I even returned later returned later in the day, on another matter, and though closed, let me in to consult, and remained open as I left and returned with another device needing service. The last word in the name of the store is true. GENIUS. A clean and well maintained shop. I had shopped service I needed, and they were more than reasonably priced. Considering the quick turnaround they provided, I got a bargain.

Was recommended to try this place out and I gotta say I’m very satisfied! Went it got a quote done, and just like that they fixed it like brand new. Plus, a warranty backed by the store? My daughter shattered her hand-me-down I phone 6 and was devastated. This location fixed it for a great price (we violated it with 3 others) they and even had a buy 2 deal on accessories so we got those too. I will be coming her for all my device problems. I got a case for my Galaxy S10, the screen is not pretty, its clear, functional and slim so I love it. I havent dropped my phone yet so hopefully its shock and break resistant too. The guy (Julio) I think was very knowledge able and kind.

Where to start??? I didnt have any hope for my device! But I decided to give these guys a chance! Great decision! They were able to order the parts necessary to fix my device. It was quick service and the screen appears to work beautifully!!! Comes with a 3 month warranty and cost $85 after tax. Best price I have seen for the quality. I have seen others for less but those screens were not raised up or the touch was not as smooth, etc..Thanks for the help and service.

Recently my phone had stopped working, just blacked out and never turned on again. Unfortunately, being the first of the month, I had absolutely 0 money to purchase a new phone. My carrier only provided outdated android phones and would only sell me iPhones at full price. Ive used Cell Phone Genius twice before my visit today. I usually always crack my screen. Their rates are very reasonable. Theyre always nice and respectful. They genuinely care for the customer. Their wifi was out and they couldnt send me my receipt through email, so they gave me a free screen protector! I trust them and thats why I continue to go back.

I broke my iPhone this past weekend, I went to a few places around Irving before deciding to fix my iPhone 8 Plus with Cellphone Genius, although they weren’t the cheapest I’m super happy with the quickness of the repair, the colors look amazing hardly even noticed my screen was replaced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend them!!!

My IPhone 6 plus needed to be unlocked since my sister-in-law gave it to me and out of no where it blacked out. The screen was black and only the apple logo would show up. I took it here since I was looking for a place close to my job and needed it fixed ASAP since I was going out of town the next day and it was better than I expected! They greeted me professionally and the wait wasnt long, I was in an out in less than like 45min the price was very good too! Other places would of charged me way more that this place and taken longer! They have a TV with movies playing so you wont get bored while waiting which Im all about :) Really recommend this place! Brought my iPhone in because it wouldnt charge, figured it needed a new charging port. The woman working (about 20 min before closing time) tried cleaning the port, which didnt fix it, then told me it looked like it needed a new charging port, gave me a fair estimate of cost, and offered to do it while I waited. She then went in the back and came back about a minute later. She told me she had opened the phone and the charging port was just loose, so she tightened it and it worked fine after tightening it. She then declined any payment for services, just saying she didnt really do anything (despite me insisting she took a broken phone and fixed it). She easily could have replaced the port anyway and charged me just to make some money (and I never would have known the difference) but she didnt--and she fixed my phone for free. She was incredibly pleasant and thanks to her I have a fully functional phone again. What a great human being.

Took my Galaxy Tab Pro in to see if they could get it to power up again after I tried a few quick DIY fixes. They took it overnight and it was ready the next day. I wouldnt expect that to be the case for ALL repairs, but they were professional, responsive, and priced competitively. Ill be going back for all similar repairs.

I took my iphone 6s for a screen repair, within 2 hours of leaving screen is going crazy selecting random things I didnt press and hanging up on people and sending random messages. Very nice people offered to fix the issue but I rather not risk it just paid for a new phone since I can not risk having a phone that does not work properly it is how I make my money. Wish it would have been fixed right the first time.

Good cell phone repair place, these guys might get busy @ times but they get the job done correctly. I have brought 5 phones with cracked screens and one with a software issue and they pulled it off most of the time on the same day. Dont listen to the one bad review, I dont trust going anywhere else anymore. Ive sent a couple of my friends and they loved it!
