Amazing service from Fernando

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the amazing customer service at this location.I’ve been there a couple of times and every time the employees make me feel welcome. The manager I believe her name was Noemi was very polite and caring she help me with my problem and was very patients! I would definitely recommend this place!

I love this store I really recommend this location dianna and Noemi were awesome they were so helpful and were very nice they actually made us feel welcome we felt right at home you can tell they are good at what they do and enjoy helping others. I will definitely continue to come to this store were you are going to be treated good with happy friendly faces and good customer service .

Where do I even start Karime is super sweet and so patient took her time with me and made sure I made the right choice in phone I picked !!!! Fantastic customer service and willing to make ends meet so you’re comfortable by the time you leave!!! Highly recommend her if you ever need a new phone !!! Definitely dont recommend this store. They have terrible customer service and they will try to force you to buy accessories packages. Ill give my business to a different store.

Switched from sprint to cricket, the ladies at this store made us feel welcome .Their customer service was great, they explained everything to us and told us the promotion they had going on.We have been with cricket for over a year now and we do not regret it at all 🙂
