The staff were very nice and helpful even when we kept asking them to take down some pants for my sister to try. And even when none were her size, they worked with my sister to order some pants she would like and have it be picked up the following week.I try to take my sister there to browse shop when Im off which is only 1 day of the week, and Im glad they dont mind us just browsing. 😁

My kids and I love coming here. We always find what we need and at times something extra. Employees are always helpful

Pretty cool store. Although this location didnt have much to look through it was ok.

I visited this location today (5/1/21), and in top of having a very clean and well faced store, the employee working the door and the (Im assuming) manager both showed admirable grace and politeness dealing with a belligerent customer despite being sworn at. Great store, great employees.

Incredibly rude. We showed up 10 mins before close knowing EXACTLY what we wanted, we were refused entry because it was “less than 10 minutes before close” to which we said we understood we knew exactly what we needed and we were going to be out in less than 5 mins. Incredibly displeased with this store and will not be returning.

Always fun to go look around. Although its a little on the pricey side and depending on what you are looking for its usually a fun place to go. Associates are usually friendly unless that one lonely grumpy employee that every store seems to have is in that day in which case just good luck.

You know if you like this store, its all highly priced junk, likely any zippers attached to clothing with break quickly. 13yo me woulda given this a rave review, and none of them seem to employee hot guys... usually just younger women. A shame

Honestly my favorite Hot topic in the Dallas area. Has the most variety of thing with great discounts. Neater than most hot topics. Nice and friendly service. Highly recomended. Miss some of the original hot topic merch and accessories. But hey new geration I guess.

The worker that I talked with was a friendly cheerful person who was very interested in some of the topics we talked about.
