The people in this store are AWESOME especially i need to reconize Emily she has help me tremendously and is very profesional and attentive every time i would walk in they are ALL great dont get me wrong but i always look for her upon entering the store High 5 to all staff at this store keep up the great job help people i will always come.

Always a pleasure to shop at AutoZone. Emily has a very pleasant personality. However, I think one person should not be allowed to take up any attendants time for so long a period (over 30 minutes)as what accorded this afternoon in the store.

Always when I want little miscellaneous stuff for my car I come to this location. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and they will share recommendation depending on what mechanical parts/ advice you need.

My daughter needed to order a starter last Sunday so we decided to go to AutoZone on Springfield Ave. There are several locations, but we choose this I one because it was closer.I went on the website to check their hours for Sunday Morning which was 8am. Which was perfect because I had to be at work by 9a.When we arrived at 7:55am several cars were waiting in the lot. 8:05a we tried to enter but no one was there. It was extremely cold too. One of the people waiting outside was an employee! He had been there waiting when we arrived. Needless to say the Manager finally arrived by 820a.Once we all got inside the employee who had been waiting outside took care of our needs and we were on our way. They also give a 10% discount to Veterans. My daughter was happy about that!

My experience at Autozone this morning was Excellent. Even though it was busy, the store manager, Diane C. calmly handled every customers needs in person and over the phone. Her multi-tasking and attentiveness skills are on point.Charles went above and beyond with the battery issue I was having and went on teaching me more about when to change a battery, what signs to look for etc.Very good team, Keep it up!!!

Bad Customer Service! I Called 1Time To Get Prices For My Oil Change, The Guy On The Phone Said Hold On, Left Me On Hold For 8 Minutes. I Hung Up And Called Back. A Lady Picked Up And Said “Hold On “....She Put Me Back On Hold For Another 8 Minutes.....I Hang Up And Call Back Somebody Answers And Says “Hold On”.....And Left Me On Hold For Like 5 Mins Then I Just Hung Up. They Dont Know How To Communicate And Interact With Phone Calls. Not Helpful At All

My husband and I was very thankful for the worker Edwin. He was very patient with us and very helpful. I’ll only come back to this Auto Zone because of him being very helpful and knowledgeable.

Awful. the older black woman with the jerry curl or wig is very rude. she told my cashierafter your done with that you can go on lunch. didnt know customers are addressed as that. if i can help it id never step foot in this horrid place.

Cashier, polite, while I was paying, another guy asked her about, a darn large box lying next to me, (dang if I know. what it was) She was knowledgeable, asked him to open it and check and see, if it was what he could use, all the while, she is ringing up my things. Boom. I paid I left... hats off to her. (it was 80+ degrees outside.)

AutoZone is good for getting parts to old vehicles. I purchased many other items for my old vehicle. It has quick delivery. There are some skilled mechanics outside that can assist in the installation of some if the parts.

They young lady (indian maybe)was very nice and informative she gets five stars the other lady checking people out had an attitude and her tone was sharp.

I always find the best car related things at Auto Zone.

If your check engine light is on they take a diagnostic reading for you and print it out. They are knowledgeable about parts. If they are out of stock on a needed item they can refer you to a sister store that does have the part in stock. They are friendly professional and courteous and efficient.

Oh my God, i went today to purchase a wiper, and a headlight for my car the workers was very helpful to me and very pleasant, that was an excellent experience.

Bought a battery and returned it less than an hour because I didnt need it and was denied my refund.Worker there steals parts and him and this old Caribbean man resells them for a good deal but its annoying because when they arent around and you go to the store it says your parts are in stock but its no where to be found because it was already stolen.

My visit was absolutely HORRIBLE. I had to GET in one line to look up my part, another line to pay for my part .I received the incorrect part . .Back in the long line just to be told Im in the wrong line returns are over there line . I return the part and was told id receive my reinburstment in the next line .So if you have 45 minutes to just waist AUTO ZONE IS A GOOD Place to hang out and just waist time . Now I cant even post until I rate on a 1- 5 scale I rate zero stars but Im forced 2 give them at least a one star

I went there today to get my car battery charged. Unfortunately it wasnt able to receive the charge from the battery charger. However that wasnt the big issue. The big issue is the rude customer service i received from an employee. She tried to belittle my intelligence by catching a nasty attitude while I asked questions regarding the issue with my battery. I will never return to this store again. Btw the same parts are more reasonable at advance auto parts for the price.

They are very helpful, just I bought low beam head light bolb last week from there, some how they gave me wrong one, my mechanic technician said. Then I went there second time they changed then they gave me wrong one again. My mechanic technician had it thank God, he fixed. Finally when I have time I will be there to give back this wrong head light bolb.

Horrible! Staff was on their cell phones or running to and from the back. l waited for a bit the man in front of me gets help and the staff is telling him over and over, Thats not how we do it here in America. The man left and the same staff mber assisted me. Not fun and to drawn out. STAY AWAY!

Had a horrible experience in this shop. The so-called store manager that was on duty today,Lance Boyd, denied my refund ($55 headlights) on the grounds that the item was used. Yes the pack was open, but the headlights inside were still mint. He calls himself trying to point out to me some dust on the bulb to indicate it was opened.Called regional support to get the refund pushed through but to no avail. I think he knew he was wasting his time with me because he laughed in my face once he got back to the register to tell me how I wouldnt be getting my money back, even though I purchased the item less than twelve hours ago. It is absolutely ridiculous that a multinational corporation such as Autozone, which is built on the loyalty of its customers, would refuse to refund an item to the very consumer that has helped it to grow from the ground up. With all the money these people make daily,one would think that the manager of all people would at the least make an effort to provide good customer service, or even at the very very least provide a credit of some sort to make up for my own mistake in purchasing the wrong product, but shopping at the this joke of an establishment to begin with. I have returned other items at this Autozone and different ones in the past. Lets see just how long they keep customers treating them this way. And Tammy Hamilton, as the DISTRICT MANAGER of this establishment should be ashamed at the type of buffoons she employs in her operations. Lance seems like the type of guy who was only promoted because he refused to quit and move on to better work. Guess some people just feel good disrespecting those that are directly responsible for putting money into their paychecks. Shame on autozone.
