I came to this store at 730, it says they close at 8 . i was knocking the man finally came to open the door to let one of the workers out and i was trying to talk to him and he shut the door in my face, didn’t even say anything . it was giving rude

I couldn’t return an item that I never used even though I was told by the store associate the day before that I could return the item “so long as I don’t use it” verbatim. Even with its full packaging and every piece intact, I wasn’t helped at all. Will not be shopping here again, as they clearly do not value honesty.

Store lies and say they have real human hair. It is BARELY human hair (very small amount and rest is NOT REAL). Paid upwards of 300$ for hair that lasted for TWO WEEKS. AVOID AND USE A REPUTABLE SHOP

Prices was just a little more than the other beauty shops but the atmosphere and the staff make up for it. It was clean well organized no one walking behind you and watching you and the staffs were friendly.
