False advertising on prices and trying to sell vehicles three time more to scam the consumer in financial car payments. Stay away from this dealer.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! This is definitely not the place to come if you are careful about your sensitive information such as social security. We came to check a car to see if we liked it and right away we were asked for our social security number to see if we were approved without even seeing the car. They kept saying that they needed to perform a soft credit pull but why would I provide my jobs information, social security before even seeing the car. They are not willing to show you the car if they don’t have you social security, definitely fishy. And the manager is no help at all, he was sitting there the whole time and didn’t even stepped in, we had to ask for him. I definitely don’t feel safe providing my SS number to random people just to see a car. Save your time and don’t deal with this clowns.

This place is a SCAM I went there with the intent to buy a car they had on there website I had the full amount to pay off the car n they refused to sell me the car but was forcing me to finance it why the hell will I finance if i have the full amount in cash smh this is poor business handling.... n I will tell everyone about how bad this place is all they want to do is RIP people off who either dont have credit or have problems buying a car not me I know what is right n wrong n this place is all wrong n mind u I have excellent credit smh

There super unprofessional can’t say this enough I decided to look else where it your approved for a vehicle you should be sent an approval letter as well as what your estimate payment would Be like.Going back in forth with assistant not being very knowledgeable it made Total confusion as I live a few states away. I want to be sure what the walk out price is included with sales takes etc and couldn’t get a professional response just a text saying“ I already told you “when I never spoke to anyone about payments since I been approved waste of time go check out car rite there all over the state.

IM financing a car there, And is not even one month Yet Since then, and the car doesn’t want to start after a car wash, Has electricity problems. Don’t even have navegation its a 2016 suv, they tell you by the phone that everybody is approve and when u got there to get the car that you already speak with them about, they said Ohh the car that You want you don’t qualify for it. After they said yes to me by phone, beside that, they charge u 500.00 on Dealer fees I don’t for what. I do not recommend this place. Don’t go there. When you call them for a problem they busy o don’t pick up the phone or they just hung up on you
