Honestly I am super disappointed with this auto group. Bought a car 2012 Jeep for my mom in may and June the car stopped working. The engine was faulty. Engine was fixed through a warranty after 6 weeks, less than 24 hrs the engine light came back on. As i am speaking now the fan belt is faulty as well. Like common, this is not fair and in the sellers words ‘car is a machine and there’s nothing they can do, they can’t predict it” NO YOU CAN! You knew the car wouldn’t last long and yet you sold it to us. This has brought me so much inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

I went to PRNDL and in 30 mints i was out the door with an amazing 2019 impala, they can get anyone approved i am so happy with the experience and amazing customer service i do recommend ALEX he was very knowledge and present to work with. For those who recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer be very careful . Adam showed me a false car fax report and sold me a defective car and I only had it for 6months . Do not trust anything these people say they will give you a run around and sell you a bogus warranty contract that doesn’t cover anything serious and if it does they try to give you used/defective parts.

Ripped off I found myself putting more money into this car than what its worth then come to find out this vehicle have major recall issues. I dont know how they get five stars

Whatever you do, do NOT get a car from these people, ive had nothing but issues with my car and put over 700 in repairs plus the car note in only 2 months ! repairs that i brought to the dealerships attention !they took my car for Two days and fixed NOTHING . i’m beyond disgusted! go to foreign auto imports on Springfield ave instead ! our person Tony was very sweet but aside from that, terrible experience!READ OVER YOUR CONTRACT !!!! Taking them to court for forgery and LYING ON A LEGAL DOCUMENT . they will lie and say you put down a bigger down payment to make the sale . it will affect you in the long run . ALSO PAY ATTENTION TO THE INTEREST RATE . ANYTHING IN THE 20S I.E 20% INTEREST WILL HURT YOU. BEWARE

This place is a joke! Sold me a 2016 BMW that had 20 reads on the engine. Come back to dealer to return it for the service manager saying that they put another engine in the car. STOP SELLING BS!!!

Avoid these crooks at all costs. First, they raised the price of the car by $6000 when I arrived and then tried to get me to put down $10,000 as a down payment on a loan with a 25% APR after seeing how much money I had in my account.
