Due to my challenged credit situation I ventured from New York to Jersey in search of a vehicle after discovering Magnum auto sales online. I completely understood I was not going to get a brand New unblemished car but hoping to find one that was well maintained and fairly presentable inside and out. Unfortunately the BMW I wanted had been sold but I stumbled upon a 2016 Hyundai Sonata 4 door sport model that was too good to pass on. It even had an up to date car fax detailing all the service since day one up until the present which reassured me even more about my decision in financing this particular car. I was even allowed to test drive it first and make sure that it drove and performed normally without any problem. I must emphatically state that the professional service I was given by Anthony and Emmy was extremely thorough and customer oriented. Despite the amount of prospective buyers that arrived on the lot they managed to conduct business very smoothly making sure they assisted everyone to the best of their abilities. I didn’t see them only as sales personnel but also as genuine trustworthy individuals who desired to help me finance a top notch used vehicle and help me to re-establish my poor credit. I was given copies of every single page of paperwork that I signed and nothing was sketchy or shady about the whole process from start to finish. Overall I would recommend this used automobile establishment to those seeking to finance a car who might have difficulty in regards to their credit, income, or stubborn lender type institutions. I was sold more than just a car but sold that Magnum auto sales really cares about its customers and gives people like myself a chance when I had no hope at all.

I have less than perfect credit so it was impossible for me to finance without a considerably large down payment. These guys were super helpful, they explained everything so there were no surprises, they warned me about the high interest to give me the change to walk away should I choose to then worked very hard to give me the best deal possible. After all was said and done they shared a few pointers to get my credit score up, ma apr down to be able to get my payments down in a year plus they told me they’d help get it done when the time comes. If you have less than perfect credit and need a good car in great shape, don’t wait, Go see these guys.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Purchased a car from them last week and asked about a light on the dashboard. Was told that this was a sensor and they would fix it. Left the car there to pick it up the next day, light was off only to have it return with 4 other lights on the dashboard during my drive home. Have called several times to question them about this only to get the run around from the salesperson and to be told to go to the dealership because it could be a recall. Duh genius, there are no recalls. You get cars and dont inspect them before you turn them over to sell them. They look good on the outside but the condition of the cars are less then fair quality. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!! PS if you go looking for Darius, he doesnt exist.

Found this dealership on Facebook. I traveled from Brooklyn to jersey to visit this location. I def recommend visiting this dealership. They are about business but yet still friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with everyone Abraham, Sammie, Moe... pretty much the whole staff. I def felt like family which made the experience enjoyable. They were always reachable when I needed answers or had questions. They also have very nice cars that are affordable but most importantly they treat you like family. Thank you guys at Magnum! On top of false advertisement Mohammed sold me a car that didn’t have the miles he said it had there was more damages on the car then reported on the post and to top everything off he lied saying my title was already sent to the DMV when in reality he never received the title when he bought the car it’s been 2 months now without the title now he says he doesn’t work for magnum anymore and sent me to a different dealership for them to deal with my title!

Willy was a very excellent sales man and so helpful and polite. Soon as we got to the shop he was on point and helped us right away. We are very satisfied customers and look forward to doing business again real soon.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! Me and my wife brought 2 cars from here. After testing driving her my wife notice a warning sign in the dash. We were told the computer just needed to be reset. The next day she took it to a nissan dealership and was told the car was in an accident and needed over 1400 dollars worth of work. Of course magnum said no to paying for the work. My car was also an in accident where they just put the bumper back on to hide the damage. My car needes over 2600 dollars worth of work. So they told us to bring the cars back and we would be refunded. They didnt even have to money in the account to refund us our down payment. After a hour of arguing and them calling about 5 times to their boss my wife got her down payment back and I didnt!!!!

Worst place ever, no communication between employees. One said we would be able to finish the process of getting a car when we arrived. The other guy said they were closed. One guy tried to rush us out and not help out. Told us to come another day midway process after typing information in the system. Never coming here again nor recommending anyone here!

When we got there the place looked shady. The only dealership with no lights on, in their lot. They didnt have the car we went to see and we were in constant contact with them. Its not really $500 down... Youll be asked to pay tags, tax and title. You also are still asked for a co-signer with more than $1500 in income. Explained my ENTIRE situation, was told they could help. Was texted an address for Magnum, then sent to Liberty and both told me they couldnt help when nothing was different from what I told them before I made the 2 hour drive. Def reporting both to BBB for false advertisement because website fails to put disclaimer for 100%

I got all the paperwork done, and after asking several times if the car was available and the condition of the vehicle I was interested in, I was assured it was in available and in excellent condition only to drive 2.5 hours and find the car was in an accident and the engine was smoking. This company does not check credit before you purchase a vehicle. I purchased a car in April 2018. I had a 723 credit score and I was unfairly placed in a 22.99% interest rate car loan with Credit Acceptance. The owner, Mohammad Ibrahim, told be directly to my face “ we do not check credit”. In addition, the interest rate was not disclose to me at the time of signing and I did not know the rate until the paperwork came in the mail. I am a 19 year old part time employee making $9 and I was approved for a $13,000 car loan with interest $25,000 ($399.50 per month for 54 months) .As of right now I returned the car (June 2018) and my credit has dropped severely.I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Ive never had this much trouble with anything in my life nor have i ever felt like a mistake as big as this. The cars check engine light came on maybe 48 hrs after I gave them $1500 yes $1500 down... The AD says $500 but when i get the they said because of my credit (blah blah blah blah) I knew i shouldnt trust a fast talker... They promised free detailing, didnt happen as they said their guy was closed. The car didnt have the proper jack so i went back the next day they said car was sold as is... Stay away from Magnum Auto Sales.

Drove over a hour and a half for a 2016 Honda Accord that I was told was still available only to get there and be told that it was just sold. The goofy, skinny salesman then says first come first serve. So my phone call to them assuring them that I was on my way for this particular car meant nothing to them! 1 star because I had to give it one.

The process started out fairly easy. Unfortunately, I was sold a vehicle that has many issues. I’ve contacted all the people who should be contacted within the dealship. The integrity is not there. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone that I know.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, please don’t waste your time going here. I drove and hour two separate times to try to buy a vehicle they supposedly had. They’ll tell you they have the vehicle that is advertised on their website and when you get there they won’t have it. They will try to sell you something else. While I was waiting to look at another vehicle that they supposedly had at another lot, there were several people that had recently purchased a vehicle coming in to complain about a problem with the vehicle. I abruptly left when I asked a girl there if she would recommend purchasing a vehicle there she shook her head no.
