This place is a complete scam. First to say they ran my wife’s credit 3 times and she already told them she had a credit score of above 750. The owner is the worst person to speak to he will disrespect you in a heart beat. They also said we would be paying 20,000 for a 2014 Honda Accord with 77,000 miles and we were charged almost 27,000. He also said if west lake financial called to ignore their call and my wife ended up picking up the phone which is how we found out he over charged us almost 4000 dollars. They add bogus dealer fees. This place is corrupt and will be filing with bbb. It seems like litsa was the only reasonable person their.

The people who work here are RUDE! They kept giving my mother and I attitude for no reason. If I’m spending thousands of dollars on a car and giving YOU business, then they should expect for a ton of questions to be asked especially if they are unclear about their policies and financing. The one salesperson Mike was okay. He was the only sane and calm one. Everyone else who worked there just gave attitude. The car I got was good though, it’s just the customer service and the lying they do I’m not a fan of.

I purchased a car from this place 6 months ago but only 1 week after my purchase, the car was making noise and i took the car back to the dealer and everyone there was acting like they didnt know where the sound was coming from. Every week that went there they kept telling me to come back the next week so thier mechanic could take a look at the car. I kept going to them the very first 6 weeks for the noise, only for them to keep telling me to come back the next week!! Finally i just went to see another machanic and he told me that the alternator is no good and that i needed a new one asap before it giveout on me. When i went back to the dealer and told them what was wrong with the car they acted so clueless which was pure bs!! The whole situation was very annoying because i was definitely getting the run-around from these guys when there was an issue with the car that i purchased from THEM. If you purchase a car from them just make sure that you bring your own mechanic to let you know whats really wrong with the car youre interested in!

Honestly I really hate writing bad reviews, but Auto Haus of Irvington gave me no choice. I recently called in and spoke with Shawn about test driving a truck, he set the appointment for 9 am the following morning. Later on that night I checked the website to show a friend of mine the truck and it had been taken down off the website. A reg flag went off in my head, So I called the dealership to inquire if the truck was still available just so I didn’t waste 3+ hours driving to and home from this dealership, the salesman who had answered the phone assured me that the truck was still available. So I drove out to the dealership. I arrived promptly at 9 am which is when this dealership is supposed to open and when my test drive was scheduled for. The first person didn’t show up to the lot until 920. He then told me that he was the manager and that his salesmen took the truck home for the night and was on his way in with the truck. Salesman after salesman rolled into the lot with no sign of the truck that was advertised in site. My salesman Shawn finally rolled in around 945 ( not in the truck). He walked inside and made a few phone calls and told me that the truck had sold at 930 the night before ( the lot closes at 730 according to there hours of operation). Then he tried to upsell me into a truck that was $15,000 more than the original truck I went in there to test drive. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. He told me to wait until Friday he had more trucks coming in from wholesale and he would personally make sure I was given a deal I couldn’t refuse and that he would take care of me. He said he would get me pictures of trucks sent over to my cell phone.I was really trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but two weeks later I still haven’t heard from Shawn or seen any pictures of these supposed wholesale trucks.

Worst ever. They failed to notify me about all the after market modifications to the electronics. These were wired by an amateur and shorted out in 60 days (too late for lemon law). This resulted in over $2,000 in repairs to replace the entire circuit box, a window motor and left and right switch panels.

These ppl are lairs the smile while stabbing you in the back. Where do I start I finance a vehicle from these untrustworthy ppl and a week later I received a call from the main lair the manager at the Clinton location. He told me he need me to come to sign pappers. Once I reached the dealership I was explain that theyre no longer doing business with the prior financial institution and they switch The bank that provided the Loan for the vehicle. I was Questioned if I made a payment I said yes prior to the situation 3 days before the manager of the dealership called Me Wanting to know if I made a payment and make sure that I make my payment on time.I Was told that my payment will be returned to me but theyll send It to The dealership this was November 16 from November to 16th until now Ive been told that the check wasnt there come to find out they received the check. They do not wanna give me the check they cling they lost a lot of money.the check is in my name .I spoke to credit acceptance I was told Its illegal for them to keep the check the check is in my name its addressed to me the purchaser.so now I have to take legal actions to get a payment that I made thinking I was making a payment for my vehicle. I will report them to motor vehicles if I dont receive my payment.This is one issue out of several that have had with this dealership since I have the vehicle Ive only had the vehicle since October.Save yourself a headache dont deal with these people you could take my word will you go learn the hard way and experience the torment Im going through.

They are a joker and lies they told me that I was approved for the car I want over the phone with just using my car as a down payment and they have the car on Facebook for 75$ a week So I drove two an half hours down there to wait for an hour while I sat at the dealer desk while he try to find someone else paperwork and tell that it would be 565$a month I would not go back they was the last car dealer on the planet

Best dealer ever ..if you dont want to get ripped off this is the place ....just got a white Caddi ATS 2013 ...the car runs like new super clean payment were i wanted to be ...Omar & mike will make sure ur happy ....they gave me good money for the trade and also gave me 1 year warranty!!!! Not 1 week not 30 days ....1 whole year!!!!!!!Every other place i go they say yea well the price is 15k & u have to add thia fee that fee & this fee before u know it its 20k. Not these guys ...the price is the price and that what i respect!!! Dont make me drive all the way just to get my foot in thw door n think i have no other option.....its really hard to find a dealer honest like these guys

Thanks to the Darrenator for getting me the exact car I wanted for the price I could afford and for rebuilding my life. I met Darren 2 years ago when he was the finance manager at Rt 46 Automall. At that time I had a credit score of 372. With his knowledge of the banks and convincing me to be sensible and practical I was able to purchase a brand new Toyota Corolla with $1100 down. What he did was incredible by showing me how to the banks view my credit and me as an individual which was very informative and he presented it in a ay so I understood what I needed to do to take possession of my new vehicle, raise my credit score and trade out to get what I really wanted today. I am a single mother of 3 and have 2 daughters in college. I cant say enough for what he did for me to get . new BMX x 5. I hope I can be a testimonial for the dealership . I had been in search for a new vehicle lately; preferably a Nissan Murano. I wanted an upgrade from my 2004 Ford Taurus & while I visited a few used car lots on Saturday prior to Auto Haus in Irvington, the other places prices werent decent, the customer service was terrible, or they just didnt have what I wanted. The very minute I drove into Auto Haus I spotted a few Nissan Muranos & I was welcomed by Mohammed who approached me & let me take a look at the Muranos & told me which one was best. As I explored the one I wanted Darren came up to my family & I & immediately suggested to go for a test drive. None of the other lots suggested it at all! Before we even drove off he told me more about the suv, showed us inside & outside of it & that it was actually receiving a discounted price ...so I got more excited! Darren was VERY friendly & open in conversation & made me comfortable. After we got back to the lot, I had already gathered all my paperwork needed to purchase the car & Darren & his team worked quick & efficiently to get me through my application, down payment, & loan process. I walked out the same day with a clean & nice 2009 Nissan Murano LE! I was treated well & so were the other customers there. Darren even placed $10 gas in it since it was on E. As I finished up I was told about the next steps & all the ways to contact them if needed. As I drove the car on the highway Monday I noticed the steering wheel needed an alignment & as soon as I told them I was given their mechanics info to get it fixed on them. No problem. Auto Haus also offers up to $300 for customer referrals so I will gladly recommend them to anyone searching for great customer service & quality used vehicles. They are doing great for only being at that location for 6 months & they deserve praise for helping me get the vehicle I wanted for a good deal & for answering all of my questions.
