Good one. You will find almost everything you need for your home. The associates are very helpful in guiding you to pick correct items based on dimensions. Their garden center is awesome with great quality plants - flowers and fruits. Whenever I go to home depot,.I just want to spend the whole day there.
This visit to Home Depot was successful. We found what we were looking for and it was where it was supposed to be. That is what I expected, and earns the store a solid three stars.Three stars for meeting my expectations is my starting point. Stars will be added when Im pleasantly surprised by the quality, variety or some other aspect of my visit. When Im disappointed, stars are lost.
The staff was very helpful in gathering a large amount of flooring for me and assisting me in checkout as well as loading my car. Will, who was the staff member who helped load my car, was very friendly and enthusiastic. My experience today was very positive!
We would like a shout out to Alex W who gave us superb service when we ordered a BBQ grill to be delivered to our son for his birthday.Alex was knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. He got us all items we ordered and agreat delivery date!Thank you Alex W. !!!However, when we first went to customer service, the employee could barely speak English. We changed employees and went to Alex W who was great!!Also, when we had come in the day before to see what was available, another customer service person told us that delivery would be free. But it wasn’t. We were not expecting to pay the $79.00 delivery fee.

We went to Issaquah HD to purchase retaining wall stone caps and received great customer service from Jacob at the Gardening Department. He answered our questions patiently and offered to help load 132 pieces of stone cap to our cart then unload them to our car. He was very friendly throughout the entire process and asked/addressed us by our names. Thank you Jacob for a great shopping experience!
Frequent this store a lot while working on home improvement projects. If its not in-store, check on line. You can order, charge it to your credit card and quickly pick it up. Fast and efficient.

Needed to buy a whole bunch of stuff for some home redecorations and a whole carpet was needed. Asked for assistance in the carpet section, employee said they would send someone over that knew how to operate the machine to cut the carpet. Waited 30 minutes, nobody showed up. Went to go ask someone again, got the same reply and waited again. Another 30 minutes pass and Im annoyed by this point so I go ask again. Turns out the only TWO that could operate it...were not working, they were on their day off. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO WASTE AN HOUR OF MY LIFE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Then they had the gal to ask if I needed anymore help. Told them to go F themselves and left with what I had.
I went there to buy a new refrigerator I knew they would not have it so I asked a sales person for help. She asked where to ship it I told her and she said we dont ship to there. I said ok send it to the store she said we dont do that anymore you can only buy it if you can have it shipped to an address they will deliver to. Thats the most stupid thing I have ever heard of especially for a $3000. Refrigerator.

Pretty easy to find stuff. All the staff were busy but I was able to find what I needed. The self checkout computer is great and fast, plus it has a scan gun to use which makes self checkout much easier.

In keeping with the times, I did a curbside pickup service from this Home Depot. Three separate orders, all at the same time. Perfect job all the way around. Staff who brought everything out were friendly and professional, stuff was exactly as ordered, and all happened to completion within 8 minutes of pulling into the spot. Very nice job, totally happy customer.

Had a frustrating experience with Window Treatment Department. The promotion sign is misleading. There was apparently bad coordination between the staff and the installation contractor. Staff was rude. Also, a good, standardized ordering process was not in place. I would not recommend using the installation service from Home Depot.
Never install carpet in Homedepot. I bought carpet from Homedepot a few weeks ago. The installation service is bad. They just put carpet on floor/stair and they dont care the appearance at all. They just stapled every corner. I am not satisfy with their installation during the work, but the worker continue his work and he said he will fix it. But they didnt do anything with it. I refused to sign the paperwork, but homedepot insist I agreed to their job. Homedepot even refused to provide a document of their installation guild or standard. They can decide the installation standard as they want. The store manager keep calling you, but there isnt any actual solution for refund or fixing the problem.Check the photo to see how bad the installation is.1. Every steps of the stair arent consistent.2. They make a few scratches without any fixing or refund.3. Paid much more material than the my actual usage.
Had to pick up over a dozen bags of concrete and had fantastic support, from the greeter who advised me on where to park, the cashier who sent me where I needed to go and above all Kellen, who was friendly, quick and efficient as he loaded my cart and then my truck. Worth the extra five minute drive from the other guys!
Yes really the staff is very rude and speaks indulgently. I had a serious conflict with the store employees. Apparently, they did not understand me. And in addition, they told me : “youre a THIEF” . I will probably have to complain to the court.

Bad experience the worst service in my Life. I bought 5 yr protect plan for my washer machine on 01/24/21 and the washer machine is broken. I called to customer service and thy said I should to call to whirpool and in their customer service no answer. Never buy in this store and never buy protect plan.
Absolute worst customer service on the planet. Just calling the store to speak to someone is painful and exhausting. I dealt with someone directly from customer service and they were exceptional rude and had no interest in helping me whatsoever. People like that should be removed from working with the public!
I really do love this Home Depot. My only qualm with this location is they are busy to the point where stock is always low or out of the hottest most desirable items. So what I have done is spoken with department managers found out when shipments come in and deliveries are made and correlate my shopping day with those delivery days so I can get the newest best stuff before its gone off the shelves. Other than that this is a great place I love the Home Depot Ill keep coming back.

Service desk people are excellent and handled returns efficiently. Unfortunately the store has changed all self check stations to use gun scanners instead of flat bed. No one is sanitizing and Im nervous about that. The two cashiers refused to help scan and said I need to wait for the single manned check out line. Of course he had a problem with his order and I have up waiting after ten minutes. Fortunately the pro lines were not too long. The problem here is that it depends who is on duty. Some team members would have helped me scan.
Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill in Issaquah. It seems very few employees know what to do or how to locate anything. On another note, management needs to have a meeting with all their employees and explain. To them how to properly wear a mask. I’ve seen numerous employees with their noses exposed. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mask. Cover your noses!
The women at the Pro desk was completely unprofessional and rude. When I tried to reach a manager I was unable. Home Depot has failed in every way as far as customer service is concerned. If I was able I would rate the Issaquah store as negative 1 star I would 👎👎👎
After 5-10 min waiting for someone to come assist me ( was called over speaker already) I just left and did my Purchase over by Lowe and someone assist me without me asking. There something consumer can appreciate.
I would like to give a huge thanks to John H. I went in looking for a tamper proof 5 point star bit that I just could not find anywhere and John searched up and down the isles and went to the computer to check if it was there. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help. After searching store after store for this seemingly non-existent bit, John was the only person to help me to the best of his ability to find it. Although Home Depot ended up not having it, I was so grateful for his excellent customer service. This man deserves a raise!

Good service and knowledgeable associates made it easy. We bought paint, plants and some tools. Spend over an hour and was pleasant time. Learned few tricks from an associate who walked 100 yards to show me a small part that I would never have found. These are young kids who worked hard and are helpful. Everyone was wearing masks and felt safe there.

Beware of credibility of this specific location. lack of ownership and responsibility. Store manager does not keep his words. do not purchase flooring or carpet from this location. for a 7 day delivery carpet, its been month and no delivery. upon calling found out, schedule has been cancelled without any communication. and there is no future date.I have to chase down home depot vendor, and home depot manager many times to get new date which is 45 days apart, like total 75 days for delivery, not acceptable at all, I can get it faster than that even if i order it from china directly. words are not kept, promises are not kept. even when I cancelled the order with store manger, it was a lie again, when I called another associate and she located the order as an active order.Dont take me wrong, home depot is good company in general, sometime irresponsible employees put bad name on the company. if the store manager himself fails to be responsible, this is not acceptable at all. if he says sir some one will call you back or sir your order is cancelled as requested. Do not trust him because he has not done anything for you. Do your due diligence and dont get trapped.

I was looking for a product and 7 folks that work there walked right by me without offering to help. One gentleman did stop, ask and said they do not carry the item anymore. I did thank him. I wonder if they are trained to walk by customers without engaging them.

Business must be great! was in there for 26 minutes. Not one associate greeted me, asked if I needed help, or even acknowledged I was there. I made it a point to clearly look confused as to where and what I was looking for. When I did ask they pointed in the direction I could find it instead of walking me to it.I was looking for a moisture meter, the old guy in the electrical department said Lawn and garden. I found one three feet from where he was standing and none in Lawn and garden. They made it a point to enforce the face coverings even though several associates werent wearing them, instead they were hanging off their face.It will be a VERY long time before I return

Wouldn’t recommend renting any trucks from here, I’ve rented quite a bit of trucks from different Home Depot’s and none of them ever complained that the “tank wasn’t full enough” even though the gas needle was on the F like when I picked it up? Definitely need to train your associates better and train Scot in the pros section better on customer service and try not to argue with a customer about a tank not being full when it clearly is, I’ll make sure to drive out to Bellevue or Renton next time.Edit- after putting a dollar in the gas tank I let ginger in the pros section know what had happened and she said he didn’t even check me in so I would have been late the second time inside and charged a late fee so she waived the fee for me and she gave me a $35 refund for the way he acted and seeing I clearly had a full tank before going to get more (I took a picture of the gas gauge before getting more gas). Gingers customer service is amazing and she deserves 5 stars for how amazing she was!

Your standard Home Depot, has a nice Garden Center, large parking lot, and friendly staff like most stores I have visited. This is a good location in Issaquah right by the I-90 and not far from Coscto.
On saturday we went to Home Depot to buy a kitchen appliances package. Got to meet Vinnie @ appliances at homedepot issaquah wa. He did an absolutely wonderful job of clearly explaining the process, disclosed everything before the purchase, was thorough in capturing all delivery information, set expectations for us. They dont keep their posted hours in the parking lot updated. Announcing they are open at 6, when thats not the case every day. Parking lot doesnt have any visible security presence...making it a great place for thieves looking for an easy place to steal tools while you shop. Home Depots should always have a security presence with criminals everywhere.

Typical home depot.. lots of employees that are too busy doing nothing to help, of course when you do find someone who has knowledge and is willing to help, he be or she will be told to get back to work. So i guess they just keep it stocked and you should know what you are looking for and where it is when you go to home Depot. Overall, its clean, things are in order, and employees are busy keeping it that way.

Its a home depot. The reason it doesnt get more stars is that the customers here for whatever reason do not all wear masks, or take them off as soon as they enter the store. Better to just order what you need here and get curbside delivery.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot. I was worried the shopping experience would be stressful or difficult with COVID-19 restrictions in place, but Home Depot has it all under control! The line to get in had plenty of shade, the staff was all wearing masks and social distancing, and best of all - everyone was helpful and cheerful. It was such a pleasant shopping trip. Thank you Home Depot!

The Issaquah Home Depot was.great. I found everything I needed and the service was fast and friendly. I ran in for just two small items.and was reminded about five other things I needed by the great signage along the isle.

Want to spend your time trying to find a product (that they dont carry) or even better yet a sales associate (one without an attitude) then this is the place for you. Even when speaking with management I was talked down to like I didnt belong there.So feeling that way after being spoken to in that manner, I took my business to Lowes right down the street.Lowes took care of my needs pronto AND at a much more affordable price 👍

This is probably the nicest, most well kept and well stocked home depot Ive ever been to. Cant wait to come back for more stuff to be honest.Everything I wanted was in stock and they had a good selection, there were plenty of employees available and they were all cool and helpful. Their prices are pretty good as well. I especially liked the self checkout, it was easy and efficient and I was in n out without hassle.
In Issaquah, I prefer going to The Home Depot versus going to Lowes. Despite going through a period of time between 5 to 15 years ago in which Home Depot didnt seem to have experienced retail employees any more, Ive noticed in the past several years, that I seem to be able to find some Home Depot employees that are knowledgeable. I do have to caveat this by stating this doesnt apply to the entire Home Depot staff though.The real decision for me is whether to shop on Amazon or through Home Depot. Home Depots product selection is generally of higher quality than that at Amazon, but I tend to trust Amazon more for on-time delivery. I just ordered an item from Home Depot 13 days before Christmas that was delivered 2 days after Christmas. Returns, however, are easier through Home Depot than via Amazon.I encourage Home Depot to continue paying the higher wages necessary to keep at least some experienced employees in their retail stores as that is what keeps me coming to Home Depot rather than just buying online.
I had purchased a weed eater on OfferUp and didnt know much about it. When I went to this store I was helped by a store employed who went out of his way tell me about which fluids I needed and the various attachments I could use. Great customer service!

Except for the fact that the guy cleaning the carts had his mask covering his CHIN ONLY.....all was good! Found what I needed and the guys helped me load and tie down my load.

I worked with a very knowledgeable and kind sales person when a person rudely interrupted to ask for masks. The sales person kindly said they were sold out and the person said something extremely rude in a foreign language. I like this sales mans cool handling of the situation.
