Issaquah Big O Tires deserves your business. They helped me change my tire to my spare free of charge when I punctured it and was in a pinch. Then, when I hired them to do new tires/rims on my Jeep Wrangler, they were fair, quick, and very communicative. I will absolutely continue using them for all auto needs.

Big O Tires went above and beyond for us! Had a huge bolt embedded in our tire. They were so professional with their response! They fit us into their schedule immediately and worked with us to find the best tire replacement. We realized all of our tires needed replacement, and they offered an amazing deal with a comprehensive warranty. They were friendly, fast, and competent. Highly recommend! This place has always provided me with great service and care. Ive been going to them for everything from tire repairs and getting new tires and they always take care of my needs promptly. Today, I came to them because I had a tire blowout on the freeway and needed a new tire. I got all 4 tires replaced by them 4 months ago so my tires are practically brand new. I came to check to see if they have the same tire and they quickly checked and told me they do and that if I dont mind waiting theyll get right on it and replace my tire. I didnt have an appointment and they were very busy, but they fit me in and took care of me. Once done, they charged me a small install fee of $20 as my tire has warranty. Im thankful for them being able to do this so quickly. These guys are pretty much like your neighborhood shop and take care of you...

Ive been going here for almost 15 years. They always have good tire prices, best all around services (alignment, flat fix, oil, breaks) they have always been prompt and quick for a full garage- I havent been left waiting 5hrs for a flat tire. They do appointments which are easy to book online. And they also do roll up/no notice stuff too. Both of the main head guys at this shop are kind and honest people.

Got winter tires on and had an alignment and Im very impressed with them. They were very quick to help me. I didnt have an appointment for either of the services preformed and I got a call that they were done within about an hour and a half to two hours that they were done. I will be coming back in the spring to put my summer tires back on and for any other future work I need.

I forgot the name of the young man that helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile for me. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It is refreshing to work with folks like them.

Excellent service with a smile. Tires pressure gauge was showing low pressure. Technician checked it and found all but one tire with correct pressure. Checked the low pressure tire for a leak. Found a nail; repaired the tire - 45 minutes. We bought the tire in ‘16 - no charge for the repair. Thank you.

Great experience as usual. Were able to fit me in at short notice and had everything on hand, new tires out the door quicker than promised (less than two hours from initial call). Same guys in there every time and they’ve dealt with issues various on all my cars efficiently and with the best prices. I sound like a paid review but honestly these guys have always been able to help every time I’ve called them!!

I believe James Madison said something to the effect that in a large enough country, those who feel disaffected will never realize their actual numbers, and if you abstract that sentiment to the modern age, then what you get is a complete disconnect between customer and seller in the auto industry. I used to frequent my car dealer for all things maintenance until I was told that doing so is what bookworms playfully regard as a bad move. But the reality is that, while I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Big O Tires, someone with my knowledge of cars (read as zero) may still very well be ripped off entirely and be none the wiser. Still, I am inclined to trust Big O Tires because the man helping me was such a winner and salt-of-the-earth type that if I allow myself to become any more skeptical then I may as well submit defeat to our present corporatocracy.

I made an appointment online, and got there an hr early. They fit me in and got me done in less then a half an hour. Always had good service.

Told them I needed my car back with in 2 hours, they told me it was plenty of time to do everything and they would definitely have it done in time. I told them j need to get to Seattle children’s by a certain time and again the manger promised me it would work. 5 hours later and the car was still not done and all the manager said was “well it was a big job”, even after he confirmed it could be done in time. No urgency in the garage to get it done faster and I had to stand outside for almost an additional hour waiting for everything to get done. No one checked in with me for a status update or even tried to hurry up. I am sure the mechanics are good, but their office management and customer service is terrible. Don’t promise things you can’t deliver on and then cover it up with excuses.

My. visits to Big O in Issaquah have always turned out great. I’m a frequent flyer there It is convenient for me and I like the friendly guys behind the counter. Prompt and very capable. I said I was headed to Bellingham for a wedding the next day and was told they would do everything to make sure I didn’t miss it. I had a flat Friday that was damaged beyond repair. I drove my car to Big O. They checked my tire and tried to find another one comparable to the old one. They ordered it and said it would be there by Monday. So, I was resigned to miss the wedding. They called me a few hours later and said they found a tire for me! I was so pleased. Now I can go to Bellingham, thanks to Big O! I am very appreciative and you have a lifetime customer who will recommend Big O every chance I get.

Did a great job at repairing my exhaust system. I got an estimate elsewhere and that place just told me to replace the whole exhaust unit (including the catalytic converter!) for over $1,000. Came to Big O and they said that there was no need to replace everything. They purchased some parts and repaired it for a FRACTION of the cost! Great people... honest and understanding about people living on a budget!

This place is great. The workers are respectful and move with purpose. And nothing unnecessary was pushed on me. They made recommendations but only did what I asked them to do. I will definitely come back here.

Dont take a Tesla here. They had great difficultly even understanding how to use my key card to unlock and drive the car into the garage. Also, they charged me $420 just to replace one single tire that had a flat (I have standard non-performance factory tires, not modified or anything), and messed up the AlloyGator that was on the wheel and now I have to have that replaced too.

Quick service. Very polite and helpful. Almost did all the work I asked for. Was told to come back to get the rest done later. New tires, alignment, oil change done but not the new lug stud.

First visit was for a tire repair, second visit a week later for an oil change. Personable customer service and fast.

Our Jeep Liberty died several blocks from this shop and Jordan ran over to check things out and make sure I could drive it over safely instead of having to get it towed. Once there, service was prompt and professional, Jordan made sure we had plenty of information (including photos) on the fixes needed to get the Jeep running safely again, and we felt so comfortable we ended up getting a large number of our other needed repairs and services done as well. Work was done swiftly (EOD next day) and they helped us get a rental car until the Jeep was ready. Excellent service. Will be return customers.

Hey all! To start, I hate fake reviews and this is not one. Ray was great! I got a 2-tire quote from Costco and the lowest price b4 tax was $460 (kinda rude too). Ray set me up with great tires for $262.02 out the door. I was bringing only the rims in and Ray said I could bring the car in after for free alignment and brake check. Screw Costco, go to Big-O!

Big O Tires is trash. I went in asking for change my rear tires and I was told they can also check my alignment for free, and if the alignment was off, they could fix it for me. So I told them that they could check it but not to fix it. When I came back to pick up my car I had been charged for the tires and alignment. Big O Tires made the decision to fix my alignment for me so I ended up paying $393 for 2 tires and an alignment that I didnt want. The tires were also way over priced. I am NEVER coming back here for any services. If you need anything done with your car dont do it here.

After getting some ridiculous price at another tire place, I came here frustrated and not really knowing what to expect. First of all, I was immediately reassured that I would get the right information and different pricing. I was not let down, the staff was friendly, quick and even got a laugh out of me. I was totally impressed with Jordan’s level of professionalism and in-depth knowledge of my car. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations and couldn’t believe the extra work he did to help drive down costs on some critical repairs. I have had great customer service from this location and this was the icing on the cake! I trust them 110% to work with my best interest in mind and to be fully transparent on what and I do and don’t need to take care of. It is important to have a safe vehicle for my family to drive!

Fast, good work with reasonable prices. Worth driving from Seattle if you need tires NOW. Reserve a spot online and get a call from them. They ordered my tires in the morning and got them in before 2pm. I think it was only a half an hour to replace 2 tires and balance! (I don’t know for sure—I went walking around the nearby city park while I waited.) The face time I spent with staff was a little brusque and hurried, but that’s because they’re good and busy, methinks. I’d go here again—even if I have to drive 20 miles on a donut tire.

My go to place for all the important services I need for my car. The first time I came to this place, I needed tires and needed them ASAP. They were very accommodating and took care of my car right away. Customer service here is superb and the staff always knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward.

The sales manager was able to work the price within my budget and I was in and out faster than I have ever been in my life.

Like most people going to Big O Tires, I needed new tires and I needed them IMMEDIATELY! Not a problem for them. They had tires, tires, tires to choose from and there was virtually no wait to have them installed.The only thing that made my visit less than a five star visit was a recommendation from one of their technicians. I dont know very much about the various different tires and he pushed me to purchase high-end (very expensive) tires, which I imagine would have been great tires but not what I needed. Fortunately, the store manager stepped in and pointed me in the right direction and I now have 4 new tires that fit my needs and price range, stop on a dime, grip, have a long warranty and do all the good things tires are supposed to do.

Went in to have tires replaced on my company vehicle, they got the approval authorization quickly. And they had tires in stock that fit. Happy up to this point. My satisfaction deflated when they were unable to figure out how to put the spare tire back up under the truck. The truck is only a few years old. The tire winch appeared to not work and they told me it was broken and to take it to the dealer for a new one. Seemed odd to me, so I went home, sprayed the winch with WD-40 and worked the cable out and put my spare back up at home. After 10 min of work I went inside for dinner wishing someone had the commitment to finish the job at the tire shop. Glad I am mechanically inclined to manage, and feel bad for those who would have paid for tires and then went to another shop and paid someone else to finish the job.

I have been buying tires and auto services from the Issaquah location of Big O Tires for at least 15 years, maybe longer. They have consistently exceeded my expectations for quality of service, ease of getting my car into the shop, and excellent replacement tires whenever I’ve needed to buy one. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire services.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED. My Daughter took her car in to get new tires and they took advantage of a girl. They ended up doing a way more expensive tires than she asked for. They also said she needed new front brakes for $350. Today I checked the brakes and they are still at 80%. BE AWARE of this place they are trying to take advantage of you.

I was there this evening. The service was great. The guy who took care of me was really nice and aware of the constraint that Covid and the holidays can have on a budget. I’m giving three stars because several employees wandered through without masks attached to their face. One employee didn’t wear his mask the last half or more that I was in the store. They also let a mask less customer remain in the lobby for quite a while. I would have appreciated it if they would have sent him out to get a mask. Getting news shouldn’t be life or death. It would have been a five star visit if it wasn’t for the mask situation.

The owner, Steve, helped us after we waited over 32 hours for Firestone to get our tires in, only for them to tell us they didn’t have credit at their warehouse and couldn’t help us. Steve had his son pick them up and we were on our way the next morning. He let us park our 5th wheel in his parking lot too as we’d had a blow out in our truck while on vacation. We will use him now for all our cars and make the trek down to Issaquah. Customer service is everything! He personally called me and texted me several times too as it was 113 degree heat and we’d been broken down on an asphalt paring lot with two animals while we thought Firestone would be able to help us. He did more for us in 10 minutes than they did for us in 32 hours. Can’t express enough what amazing customer service this was in a super stressful (ridiculously hot/heatwave).

The Issaqauh staff was very friendly, helpfully, fast, and knowledgeable of their product. I highly recommend them and I will continue to be a customer.

Brought by a loose wheel and tire. Apparently this angered the Big O. $60 labor charge. Well played, BIg O. Lost another customer.

Posting my itemized receipt with fees. I asked for the cheapest they had because I ended up having to buy a whole new set for my 2011 Subaru Impreza, which I want prepared for. The salesman told me that there was two options ten dollars apart but that the more expensive had $40 rebate on each, so those would end up being much cheaper. Add $100 for alignment. Add $70 for Premium Premium Package? Total was $800. Checked their site later to fill out that rebate and it was $40 for the whole set AND that they had cheaper options in stock. Im not real upset about it but if youre researching because youre broke or dont know much about the process, try somewhere else.

After years of taking my trailer tires there to be mounted and balanced, they all of a sudden decided to raise the price from 20$ per tire to $40. I guess they decided profit is more important than goodcgood service and keeping a long time customer. We wont be going there anymore. There are too many other options that appreciate the business and will help load the tires once done.

I cancelled with Discount Tire because they wouldnt give me an appointment before the tires arrived, then expected me to sit in the lobby for 3 hours waiting for a standby opening at the end of the day. Big O listened, understood, and had me in/out in record time. Ill drive out of my way for customer service like that.

I took my car in for tires- they did a good job as I was a walk in-- with the exception of it took more than an hour longer than they initially told me. While my car was there they called me to tell me that I need a new brakes and rotors. They made it sound urgent and like I would be unsafe driving my car any distance.I just took my car to a shop that Ive used before who measured my brakes at 40% remaining and safe for several thousand more miles. Pretty disappointing. Do your homework and get a second opinion.I wont be checking this so dont bother commenting.

I don’t usually post reviews. I have a lowered sports car with very low profile tires and I am always extremely cautious of letting anyone else work on it. I brought in a new set of Volk gloss white wheels to put on my car and I was going crazy worrying that they would get scratched/marred/damaged during the install.In my experience, watching tire mounting is a lot like watching sausage get made. Especially when your wheels are expensive. But these guys totally nailed it. Absolutely no damage on any of the wheels and they were super careful driving it onto and off of their lift. Not a scratch on my front lip, and they torqued everything to spec in the correct pattern.Very impressed. Even got to talk with Jermaine about Evos and it’s clear they are car people here.

To Expensive for alignment!Just cause I didn’t want to wait until next week to go to Les Schwab, and need it my truck to commute to work! Yes they did it in 1/2 hour that means the alignment it wasn’t bad but they still said it a was special alignment!To expensive!!!!
