I had a lovely time wandering this store on a hot summer afternoon. Everywhere I looked there were beautifully arranged shelves covered in the most adorable items. It was cool and calm and I found so many delightful little things for friends.

I used to be a huge LY fan/shopper. I’d bring all out of town guests there, I was excited about the opening of the sister store- happily spent entirely too much money in both.Wow has it gone downhill. The store is still beautifully merchandised, lots of fun stuff, but the customer service is nonexistent. I’m guessing I don’t look like their ideal client? None of the 3-4 women working- who were chatting behind the counter the entire 25 minutes I was looking around, said ‘hello’, ‘welcome’, ‘how can I help’- my presence wasn’t important to them whatsoever. I placed my handful of items down and walked out. That’s the 3rd time the exact thing has happened in the past 4 months- and last time I’ll go in.Have you been to Snoqualmie and North Bend, I’ll take my business there permanently. Great shops, very friendly people.

So pleased with how helpful and friendly the staff here is! I was looking for a particular item and while they didnt have it they did suggest another shop to try.Meanwhile I found some ridiculous socks and a sticker that I just had to buy for a special someone.Visit Lucky You for all manner of lovely, thoughtful touches or gifts or even necessities! Seasonally they have hats and scarves, then always beautiful soaps and candles, baby gifts, home decor trinkets, sweet costume jewelry to brighten any outfit, and so much more. Easy parking in Gilman Village. Consider lunching nearby and visiting their sister store that has on trend home decor wares as well.

I absolutely love this store me and my mother have gone here for years!!! They have the cutest holiday decor and an amazing selection of high quality candles and soaps! If anyone is on the hunt for unique and cute house decor definitely check this place out!

Fun stuff here, and ultra-friendly, helpful staff who know how not to hover. Eager to see what they bring in when Christmas season comes. Free parking and a sister store in the same complex. I look forward to coming back!

I absolutely love this place! Unique decor objects. Beautiful wooden signs. Their Frasier fir candle smells amazing!!! I just wish it were a little cheaper.

Very UN-Lucky today at Luck Home store Gillman Village. I really like the Bramble furniture. I bought two large pieces. Spent over 1000.00 $ and the Lamp they said looked really nice on a very narrow side board was too fat round I also bought a mirror. I took THE LAMP back today 9-25-17 bought it 9-14- 17. Seems I was 4 days past the time they allow for returns. The women who helped pick it out said oh sorry. Wouldnt even consider any other options. I will no longer do business there! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.YOU HAVE FAILED! I will tell all my friends to never shop there.

I dont think I could like a store more! There is always something unique here to browse through for gifts and for myself. The shop is a delightful gem in the heart of the Gilman Village and I make a point to stop in regularly! Definitely recommended.

Tons of unique knick knacks & artwork. Very fun to visit and see what new items they have. You can always find something fun/cute to get for yourself or a friend. They have a lot of unique items that are relatively cheap so its a fun place to shop.

The WORST. i wish i could give zero stars. i absolutely loved Lucky Home, until we ordered something for delivery. they have had horrible customer service and are stating that they sold something AS-IS (after they promised us that the missing piece was in the back room... but it didnt show up with the delivery). buyer beware... this store and the lady we have spoken with is HORRIBLE.
