Had a employee with green long hair confront me over not wearing a mask. She was instantly disrespectful so i told her that if she felt like reasking me more respectfully I wouldnt mind complying with her wishes. She told me that she was a few seconds away from a panic attack and she shouldnt have to wipe my a$$ for me. I then told her if she wanted to contact a manager she was more then welcome too. She stormed off and returned without a manager as I was walking away she yelled for my attention and starting screaming at me in front of customers about how I was disrespecting her. I calmly let her know she had a duty to treat her customers with more respect and some decency and it was her duty to do so as an employee. She was so loud and disrespectful she scared the people around me. Before leaving a manager approached me and asked me if was yelled at which wasnt suprising due to the severity of the situation that took place. He let me know that her actions were not appropriate and were under review. I do think the manager did an amazing job with damage control and making sure customers were okay. However this is not the kind of behavior from the green hair employee that I would expect fredmeyers to employ especially if it isnt the first time. I will not be returning to this location unless necessary to do so.
Absolutely the worst customer service today from the lady working at the customer service stand. I had bought a pair of boots for my mom about 2 weeks ago. They did not fit so I exchanged them for another size. Unfortunately those did not fit my mom either who is 81 with Parkinson’s disease and severely handicapped. I went in today to return the second pair and apparently the receipt I had was for the original pair not the exchanged pair. She literally threw my receipt at me and told me there’s nothing she could do for me. No store credit offered, nothing. These boots were $80. I like most work hard for every cent I have. Now I am out $80 and my mom doesn’t have any boots to wear. Horrible horrible woman . She should definitely not be working there . ESPECIALLY at the customer service stand.
Cant believe how disorganized the Issaquah store is. Waited in line to make a return for over 30 minutes while I watched three checkout clerks, with nothing to do, talk and visit with eachother. They only had one person atthe return station.Crazy
I feel like everything in this store is just so unorganized I can never find anything here
Everything you need at good prices, especially the produce.
Well I am happy to say I was screamed at by a checker for not standing on the 6 feet square on the floor! Hope you feel real good about your self glad to see your empowerment is in full form! Boy you sure showed me who is boss. Because treating people poorly is always the best way to get your point across! You are a class act.
If you like to wait so long in line that your groceries go bad while still in the store this is for you
We asked to talked to the store manager about an incident in the store but instead we were threatened to get shot in the head by Susan Camire, she said that she did not like our complaint and we were asked to leave the store without being allowed to purchase any items. We then asked to talk to the store manager, Olena Gimbernat informed us that she can’t do anything about the death threat by the staff or our complaint. We made a store complaint, and reached out to the store manager Nicolas Strenberg who hung up the phone us. We then discussed the matter with the police.
Its not Trader Joes deli-feeling not does it compare with Wholefoods: Fred Meyer is an Oregon-based chain, FYI.Located in Issaquah, right across from the lake Sammamish. Fred Meyer doesnt look that big from the outside but make no mistake: its huge!Hence the fact they sell everything one needs on a daily basis. Extension cables? Plungers? Big orchid? Organic fresh produce? A pastry brush? Just to name a few items I had on my list: I found it all in this store.Certain items are less expensive than Trader Joes and others are not. Overall Id say its good value for money with excellent customer service and experience from 7am till late at night.Theres a sushi-conveyor-belt so one can sit down and enjoy freshly made sushi after grocery shopping. Truth being said: dont expect the quality of Bamboo Sushi, but also dont expect to pay much. Its all about the balance and for the money I paid, I enjoyed a little bit of sushi.Olympia Provisions products are being sold here, great pate and salami. The bread department offers a huge variety of every single carb one can wish for. Grilled chicken and ribs for those days you dont feel like cooking.I will have to divide my shopping time between Trader Joes, Zupan Market and Fred Meyer: each offers their own good stuff. Im definitely coming back to this store!! 🏂🏂🏂🏂
Excellent lunch today, some kind of Italian dish with very good meatballs. Sauce was perfect and spicy. We need more Italian food.
This has been my go to grocery pick-up spot after trying Amazon fresh delivery, qfc and Safeway curbside. Fred Meyer has better prices, a bigger selection, and a great selection of non grocery items. As for the curbside service Ive been really happy with their substitutes, great communication about order changes, accurate orders, and fast pick up all but one time.
Best customer service through out the store. Good produce and meat Dept. Prices are very reasonable.
Customer service at self checkout is much worse than before.
This is a very clean, well stocked and organized store.Theres plenty of parking and friendly staff.
I went to the bank inside the store, but it was closed. Lucky there was a Chase Bank on the other side of the parking lot, so I was able to get some cash out for the farmacy.
7/21/20 - my husband, our 19mo old, and I went on our first family bike ride together to sammamish state park, pulling our kiddo on our new trailer. As soon as we got to the park, my tire, which was pulling the bike trailer, went flat. All the bike shops were closed so we walked to Fred Meyer for a new tube. I was trying to get the tire off of the wheel to release the tube & for the life of me I could not get it off the wheel. My husband & I were tired, frustrated, & our kid was tired & restless, too. Without having to even ask anyone, a Fred Meyer employee, from the parking lot, named Anthony, sees me struggling to get this tire off. He asks us if we needed any help. Immediately we are like “HECK YES”.Dude not only helps me get the tire off, but he completely went above and beyond and changed the tube and everything for us!! He was so kind and helpful. He literally turned our day completely around with his act of kindness. We cannot thank him enough! Outstanding customer service 🙌
Wait in line as long as it takes to be checked out by Sarah. Shes hilarious! Or ask Cynthia about her grandkids. If youve got that lady that yells at you to leave heavy items in the cart and makes you hand her certain items so her bagging is more efficient, she likes you. Thats just her way.
Exceptional Array of Choices .. From Orchids to Styles and cuts of bacon & fresh meats to Freshest of Produce to Automotive Necessities and Dairy .. Pricing is excellent .. Displays are Thought out ..By far .. Better then that SuperCenter place .. Customer Service in my eyes is Top Shelf . Always courteous friendly and communicative .. Allows me to feel #1 .. Welcome .. #2 As though I belong .. TY Fred Meyer
Took someone there to get a phone. I stayed in car, nice parkinglot.
I be getting off at work around 9:30pm and like every 3 weeks I have to go buy my sons baby formula after work the person who is in charge of opening the baby formula section takes for ever I’m always waiting up to 30 minutes.. or don’t even show up there’s a button that you press on that gets you assistance but no one showed up so I left !!! And had to go to another store for my sons formula...
Good neighborhood Fred Meyer. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and other groceries to stack for the week. Bakery section has fresh bread which you can ask to cut in slices as you desire.

They have payment terminals that support contactless cards and mobile (nfc) payments, but they disabled the feature so that you have to use their own app to pay.

Great experience today at Fred Meyer. Patrick Yep was my cashier and was incredibly helpful. Even though it was crazy busy all day, his attitude was awesome.
This place is just amazing. It is simply a one-stop place where you will find every basic thing
The place is clean and modern, I would recommend people to go there. the customer service is good too.
Really bad customer service! I asked for help finding an item and was told I dont know thats not my department. Then I called for customer service and after waiting a long time they answered and told me they didnt know Ill transfer you. I then realized he just hung up on me. Lines are long too. Hire better staff please and thank you.
The pre ordering of groceries saves alot of time and all we do is go pick them up. Helpful during times of covid
This is a nice and organized Fred Meyer and the staff did their best to help me find a specialized product. I was pretty happy at their attempt to help me find what I was looking for by a combination of looking online, walking down the aisles and asking another employee.I used to love FM in college and have found that other locations are a bit chaotic where I did not want to return. I did not feel this way about this location and would definitely visit again. Check out stands were fast and was able to self check out very quickly.
Very clean. Excellent produce & love the variety in this store in particular as opposed to others I have been to. The have amazing sale prices & a lot to look at & shop for. I have been in many times & seems I end up staying much longer than intended shopping. The employees are extremely friendly & helpful & always nice. This is probably my favorite “Freddy’s” in Washington.
Friendly and helpful staff with reasonable price
Exceptional Array of Choices .. From Orchids to Styles and cuts of bacon & fresh meats to Freshest of Produce to Automotive Necessities and Dairy
I shop here on a regular basis. The staff is kind and helpful. The store is always clean. The only thing I hate about this store is their vendors do not keep some items stocked well.
Guy is very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions without making me feel like he was in a hurry. Meg is a very outgoing and helpful as well. Keep them both around please.

I regularly grocery shop here. Its got home goods to the right and grocery to the left. Really quick customer service, in terms of getting a money order or processing a return. They do charge 5c for a paper bag, theyre large and they are trained in how to stack a lot in there. That said, dont trust the handles for any snap-strain. Ive lost some groceries to my apartments stairs.(Angeli, my cashier today, was able to stack my cat food in such a way that it stayed all the way to my counter. Thats a talent, felt she earned praise)Faced well, their arent many gaps. People are always stocking. Their apparel section is better than wal-mart but worse than Target. Couldnt find plain polos, but they have some quality clothes.
Great store always great customer service and usually clean
This is just regarding the Electronic department. I went in today to buy an HDTV antenna. I asked the guy before I buy what the return policy was. I wanted to know if this doesn’t pick up the channels if I could return it. He basically said if it was opened I can’t return it for a refund. Lol. I walked (literally) to Best Buy and asked the person the same question. He said there would be no issue. The guy at Fred Meyer explained he was protecting me as a consumer. Fair enough, at least he was honest. But I will be sticking to Best Buy or Amazon for electronic purchases instead of Fred Meyer.
Cashier Helen is friendly talkative and bags the food beautifully!! 5 starts because the store is well organized and stocked as well
People constantly bring in their pet dogs (not service animals, they sit in the carts) and management does nothing. Ive seen this happen nearly every time I shop here. Its extremely unhygienic and not even legal. Dogs that arent service animals shouldnt be allowed anywhere near a place that sells food.
Great day in the Garden Center! Once a year event: you bring in empty pot(s), they put in free soil and they plant whatever plant(s) you buy! Free snacks: coffee, bars, water! Great selection of plants!
Fred Meyer is cool but don’t buy a tv from this place. They only do returns before 30 days unlike Costco who’ll take your return after 3 months. Electronics are tricky Because they can go out whenever so make sure you buy from someone who has extended tome on returns.
Gross place. I watched as a dog owner walked around with a cute pet dog in the shopping basket. Pass lots of employees and they said and did nothing. I approached the owner and saying it was a cute dog and asked what its it was trained to do. The owner said its just a pet. When he got to checkout that i asked an employee to contact a manager. The employee just stared at me. I repeated my request pointing out that there was non-service animal here and that is against the law. An assistant manger eventually showed up and said the store manager would be here. The female manager eventually showed up along with a large man who might have been incompetent store security. The staff talked to one another and i just watched. The big guy then said something to the pet owner and and i was told that the pet owner was told not to return with the dog. But they were going to let the customer continue to give them money in a transaction.I am long time pet owner and have multiple dogs. Trained service dogs are the only ones that are allowed in food service entities.
Easy to find, excellent parking. Four stars instead of 5 because they keep discontinuing items and are often low on stock for routine items. Checkers are friendly but need to pay attention when requested to keep bags light. My neighborhood store, so Ill be back.
Had a very unpleasant experience with an attendant.
They dont move stuff around for no reason too often, I can shop in my sleep. Boring is good for the neighborhood grocery. Staff here is unusually friendly
Used to be my favorite store. I was told that no one in the entire store had a key to unlock any locked items on the store shelves until 10am the following day...Seriously? At 5:30pm you have no one in the entire store that can unlock an item? Im talking magnetic lock too not something in a case. . . I cant believe that to be true, and if it is, thats absolutely horrible management of a store. I will not be returning
Fred Meyer is great because they have everything in one store which makes shopping trips much easier and faster. I go there frequently. They always have sales going on and have pretty reasonable prices. Also, they have the BEST, produce, especially jalapenos. The only gripe I have is that their home decor is ridiculously expensive.
Super beautiful women at self-check out help me and was super accommodating. Unfortunately her name so was pretty and unique I did not remember it. But over all my trip to Fred Myers was good
This store has the best grocery employees around, especially this super awesome guy named Kyle. The store is 10/10 in its wine selection, and 11/10 when Kyle is in the building.
Its a fairly large store. The shelves are full and staff is friendly. Theres a good variety in each dept. The deli always looks appetizing and the prices are right. How could you go wrong?
Great place for all kinds of needs. The service is great there, however there does seem to be a wait for everything (customer care, self checkout, normal checkout). This place provides for basically everything I may quickly need, be it crafting supplies, deodorant, or a quick milk run. Its great like that, and I appreciate Fred Meyer being here for that.
This is one of the nicer stores in the chain. They seem to have higher end products and the staff is amazing. This store is also cleaner and has a better layout than other Freddys.
If you are just looking for groceries, this is a good place. Not that expensive. Customer service is so so.
At Fred Meyer the staff are very friendly and helpful but the lines are very long and help is hard to find.
If youre from out of town, Fred Meyer is the local version of a Meijer if youre from Michigan or a Target if youre from other parts of the US. Its one of those stores where nothing is an after thought. Its a full on grocery story and a full on household good store. They sell kids toys, clothes, space heaters, wine, produce, really anything. If you need something quick, its a great option. At times, weve had to return items since it was cheaply made (Like the space heater we just bought). For basic goods, its a great place. For more expensive items like a space heater, go to a store like Home Depot.
I shop here on a regular basis. The staff is kind and helpful. The store is always clean. The only thing I hate about this store is their vendors do not keep some items stocked well.
Its exactly what you expect at a Fred Meyer. Competitive prices for the food, a well lit store, and plenty of checkout lanes. I dont live in the direct area so I cant say how a weekly shopping trip goes, but I do come by at lunch and after work for a few items on occasion.
Its a normal grocery store with good people and they sell everything from guns to camping to fishing to electronics to high end jewelry to furniture and home goods. Its everything you could want a grocery store to be and more. The bathrooms are kept in good conditions. just a side note, the lines are massive on holidays and i mean big even with all their registers open so plan ahead.
Overall this location is pretty good. I have received good customer service most of the time and can usually find what I need. Im not a big fan of their meats except the boars head lunch meat. Overall its a good clean store with good customer services but is not perfect.I am amazed by the review from Casey P. Now this Fred Meyer is not perfect but he lists two specific items that floor me. A) He states he couldnt find an electronics section. Its very clearly at the front of the store. Additionally couldnt he just as someone where it was? B) He whines about them selling guns. He also says they are unsecured which if you look at the size of the locks on them it should have been obvious they were quite secure. He ends his erroneous diatribe with a statement that makes it clear he is speaking ideologically instead of writing a review.
I wish I could do negative 5 stars because I’ve never had worst service. I was standing at the deli for a good 8 minutes, and no one would help me. I was on my lunch break, so I could not stand there too long.I had plenty of time to get something for my lunch, that is until the employees deliberately ignored me. I will not be returning to this location.
Good sales. Big store. Would be 5 stars if they stocked the camping outdoor type stuff better. Coolers and refrigerated bags are never stocked.
Issaquah was my only store for along time but it is no more. The store was not stocked, produce was lacking in quality and the womens bathroom was GROSS!!!!! Very gross!!!!!In the store from 1:30pm till 3:00pm on Saturday, October 27, 2018. The only redeeming aspect was the person who was my checker - friendly and pleasant and efficient.
Can’t return shoes, but you can try on all you want, thanks for the athletes foot guys, way to stop communicable diseases!!
Filled with covid19 sheeple... Done shopping here!!!!
I come into this Fred Meyer all the time. They have almost everything in stock. The store is bright and clean. The produce department has basically everything I could ever want, even for the somewhat obscure recipes. #letsguide #foodie
Amazing shopping experience, the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Boo in the seafood department was especially helpful and went out of her way to deliver exceptional service.
Great prices and awesome selections of high quality products. The store is neatly arranged and very affordable too...
You can find almost anything youre looking for at Fred Meyer.Food is always fresh.Great selection of food and household items.Staff is always helpful and pleasant
They have everything, like all super stores, but the plants were dead and not many left. I wht for clothes and their sales werent the greatest but I did find a t-shirt for $10. The only reason I didnt grade it as 4 starts is because it was warm in there. I had to end up leaving from sweating.
The variety within this store is great.Always happy with end resultsHowever 1 thing that gets my Goat the shoppers R the rudest.Maybe its the day u hit the store, but honestly this store has the uppity head up the butt people. So Im no longer going to say sorry if I cut u off, my heart says yes but gut says run u down. Still have hope u people realize Im just like u smile say hello stop pretending ur better then the nextPs dairy dude today at 2pm outstanding job
Alot of storage cages in the back.. hard to get around in the back..
Huge. Well stocked. Everything from groceries to plants. As big as this is, parking is always congested and scarce.
They sold turkey for 30 cents a pound said reheat fully cooked. It was not fully cooked it was rancid.
This Fred Meyer is huge, it has everything you could need at good quality and reasonable prices. The staff was also super nice and helpful.
I came here to look for some amiibo figurines. I didnt end up finding an electronics section, which is a strange omission.I thought Fred Meyer was a family-friendly store. Unfortunately, this location stocks a variety of deadly firearms. When I went there was no one stocking the counter, leaving dozens of rifles open and unsecured. I dont feel comfortable providing my business to a store thats so cavalier about the safety of its customers, and of society as a whole.
Best one stop shop on the planet! Great Selection and value. The best fresh produce department on the eastside!
Wide variety of products. Price are fair and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend.
Great staff, great selection of about everything
My Favorite Freddys in the area. Always well stocked with good service. Im always satisfied with the produce section. The Bellevue store could learn from this location.
This is a large grocery store in Issaquah, Washington. It has food, clothing, home furnishings, paint, outdoor and sporting goods departments. At peak hours, check out lines are long, even self-serve. There is a large wine selection and a big deli counter.
Good selection of items with reasonable prices relative to location. Ive always had good customer service from the employees at the meat counter and registers. I like the ability to use self-checkout for a few items. Visted weekly for over year. I wish they carried butternut squash ravioli and truffle oil. -mcl
Pretty good store. Lines a tad slow.
Large selection, convenient hours, competitive pricing on everything except electronics. Good source for consumables and budget goods but I would not go here for high end products.
Im not sure if its just the staff today but the female employee at the deli counter was very rude to me. I can say with confidence I will never shop at this store again
We live close and have been to all the supermarkets in Issaquah over the last 25 years. This is by far our favorite and not just because the prices are the best. It is not only a grocery store but clothing, hardware, electronics, bank and also the very best pharmacy in Issaquah! The employees are most often very friendly and helpful. Many of the them recognize us as frequent customers and we feel at home at this store. Even the guys and gals outside handling the shopping carts are friendly and polite. 5 stars for best bang for the buck supermarket in this area!
I enjoyed shopping FM. Employees were usually very helpful, and the lines easy and quick because FM has the sense to hire enough people so customers dont have to wait long to check out. Good selection of earrings, clothes and Sketchers!
This place is always kept up neat and clean, is huge, and has everything you might have needed to go to a store for. The produce is good, for those that care.
I got here at 10:15 pm. I do get its late at night and you guys were closing but the way i was treated was extremely rude. I was shopping for my grandmother for mothers day and wanted to get her a Keurig and a new mixer attachment for her kitchen aid standup mixer. I decided to take a quick look at their womans apparel before i checked out. While i was looking at what they had, the womans apparel employee came up to me and in an angry tone and say hi miss let me ring up your items for u. I then tell her im not ready and she proceeds to tell me they are about to close so she needs to ring me up now. I then pull out my phone to check the time. I then say i thought you close at 11 its 1030. She responds yes but i need to focus on closing down my area. I then tell her im not ready so im sorry. She then insists i stop looking at clothed and her ring me up now.She then walks away and i call my grandmother to tell her what happened and she told me to hand the employee the cart and make her put the stuff away. I put the items away myself but the way she was acting i shoud have done that.I dont know if i was being paranoid but based on what happened i think maybe the employee thought maybe i was trying to steal maybe due to the fact i was wearing a black jacket and leggings and have a monroe piercing. I think this because with 30 minutes to spare it made no sence they were rushing my purchase. Its a lot of money i was about to spend their so i very much dont appreciate being treated like a theif or even being rushed if thats what she was actually doing.Once i put my cart back a very kind employee offered to put it back for me so luckily this place still has some employees with good customer service. Its just too bad for the employees they have that actually sell their stuff. The guy putting their carts away should be the one selling the clothes because he atleast knows the correct way to treat customers.
When I was a student, I always come to here. This store is open until midnight. I can buy many things here. Staffs are so nice.
