Had to get my part from a different store and that came in the next day. The only thing is they didnt call me when the part came in, I had to call them to check. It all worked out though so its all good!
One of the 5 places that didnt know how to identify a brake line for my truck. I asked can ya look it up and they said no. Rude and un unfriendly

Rapid and successful identification of the problem, friendly and professional service, fixed the issue (battery replacement) within the hour, and they also accommodated a last minute add-on request (windshield wiper replacement). All in all, excellent service - thank you guys!

I went to buy some parts from them and they said theyd hold it for 9 days and if I didnt come back theyd sell it to someone else and I wouldnt get charged. Well I didnt come back and they charged me the $90 for the parts and caused a chain reaction putting my bank balance in the negatives. They took the parts and then used my credit card number to pay for it for themselves
Many positive experiences here in the past, and today no exception as they helped me with wiper replacements that a garage said they couldnt perform. Installed the correct new blades politely, pleasantly, and promptly despite obviously being understaffed on a cold day in the freezing rain and sleet.
Would rate this store negative stars if possible, one of the worst advance autos Ive been to. The staff wasnt knowledgeable and quite indifferent to my needs, when they couldnt help me with my parts they just ignored me and started helping other customers. I will be buying my auto parts somewhere else from now on
The young lady today was a great help!Had visited Auto Zone for a brake light and they said they didnt have it, not questioning my impreza type. Said it was an led bulb.I visited your store, and the sales person asked for my VIN to be sure. Even took time to look at my vehicle. They had the bulb. And it wasnt an led one!
Out battery died Memorial Day weekend while on a camping trip. Brian helped us out with a positive attitude and great service. Made an otherwise stressful situation smooth sailing!
Both stores have friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy in, easy out! They install wiper blades, antifreeze,and a few other quick services for FREE!

Not happy! Went in and some guy was putting stickers on something, he looked at me and said I will be with you in a moment so I wait and wait . I could see the other workers where on the phone helping customers. One of the guys hung up the phone and I walked over to him and I said is that guy a manager? He said yes . I told him that his manager sucks in stead of stopping what he was doing. mind you he was just putting stickers up, and helping me he blew me off. I told his worker that was bull or maybe it had to do with I was a woman in a auto parts store . The worker which his name is Kevin was very nice and apologies . As far as Im concern if some one walks in and your workers are busy, you as a manager should step in and help. You should be showing them what leadership is about. Not give more attention to some stickers.

I do not like the new store manager, as a women, I felt like a bother when I went in and asked for help. I couldnt tell what light was blown and hold down the break peddle at the same time.

I shredded a wiper blade trying to remove it from the frozen windshield. The nice guy at Advanced helped me pick out blades, replaced the damaged blade in freezing cold weather and helped me with a rebate form.
