These folks were great! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the customer service was excellent!

I went to the vision center at hours posted as open. Not only did just one person work there but she had called out sick. An hour out of my way and I still have broken glasses !

Avoid this place unless you want to waste money on those rude staffs.I will gave 0 star if I could. I got my contact lenses prescription from Dr. Clark two weeks ago. But, the staff there recorded a wrong prescription. When I called, they said they can do nothing because Dr. Clark does not work there any longer. And they are so rude when they talked on the phone. They said I am free to write any negative reviews and complain to any anyone, and they dont care. Now, I have the right copy of prescription with me, but I can not order the contact lenses in the correct power just because they have the wrong record, and refuse to verify my prescription with other lenses retailers !!!!I have to mention, during my fitting process, they made mistakes as well. And each time they just said they can not fix any mistakes. They are not willing to do anything except taking your money!!!!Sorry, but I have to say they are the rudest staffs Ive ever met.just FYI, their price is not good. I decide to schedule another eye exam somewhere else ( cheaper and better service).

I came here on 5/4 at 11:00- the lady (I wish I remembered her name) was amazing and so helpful! I so so appreciate her help!!
