Had a great experience with another employee but one in particular was incredibly rude and condescending. Interupted midsentence to tell us we were wrong. Also refused to sell to us as homeowners (which is fine) but was also supremely unhelpful in finding someone who could help.
Wont sell a part to a homeowner. Rude on the phone. Dont waste your time. And this policy will not make me call a HVAC contractor. My money will go to an online vendor instead of buying local.EDIT: I see they responded below. The part in question was a blower motor controller. But, the person on the phone would not even let me get that far. I said I needed a part for a Heil furnace and that was the end of the conversation. I knew exactly what I needed. I had the part #. I wasnt asking for repair advice. I would have gladly paid 2x list price to have it that day.
I wanted to heat my hunting stand with a jet turbine, and needed the hardware to get the project started. IRR had everything I needed to get my project under way.
