I definitely recommend this place it’s so delicious. The first ice-cream place I tried in Ithaca. Might stick with it as my primary ice-cream provider 😂🤷🏾‍♂️.

My friend is celiac and needs gluten free ice cream. The customer before us ordered cookies and cream ice cream. The man helping us didnt have good English, or pretended not to understand when she asked him to clean the ice cream surface. we explained that she will get sick if he didnt clean it. He would not do it. We asked for a refund. He would not give it. So my friend did not get to eat her ice cream.

Stay away if you have Celiac disease! This place advertises as having *Gluten Free* products but does not train employees about cross-contamination. The worker did not have good enough english skills to understand why we asked him to clean the work surface that had JUST had gluten on it. Very unhappy especially because he refused to give us a refund even though the ice cream had not been made yet.

So good! The server was super fast and it is so yummy and fun to watch!

Ice cream was good, but owner wasn’t that nice. 5 of us got only two ice creams, hoping we could share but we couldn’t. We were asking for a spoon but owner was really angry and snatched the bucket of spoons saying that, there were 2 ice creams which mean only 2 spoons for one. Then we asked why and he said if we wanted on that we had to pay extra. I asked what the price was and he didn’t reply and his bad attitude and manners scared away 2 customers that just came.

One of my favorite ice cream shops in the area. Its always a delight to watch them make it in front of you, and I have yet to get a bad flavor.

Had the boba here, and was a must-miss. They used an artificial powder to make the teas, the pearls were flavorless, and when we asked for 50% sugar, we seemed to get 150%. I dont care if boba isnt your specialty—if you have it in your store, it needs to represent your store. Pure and simple.

Came here a couple years ago with my now fiance and were blown away by the experience. Drove over 2 hours to re-experience this again (based on Google hours showing open until 10pm on Saturdays (its 4pm now). Only to be met at the door with a sign that says closed Monday through Thursday and open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (today is Saturday 01/30/21).... For the door to be locked and the place obviously not open. HUGE disappointment, and an incredible waste of time on our part. Thanks

The most entertaining Ice cream in Ithaca. All the flavors are delicious. Can be a little slow at busy times as each dish is made to order but its worth the wait!

I am so excited to have an ice cream shop like this in Ithaca! I got strawberry ice cream topped with whipped cream, blueberries, kiwi, and mango, and it. was. heavenly. The process is cool to watch, the service was friendly and quick, and I really cant oversell how good the ice cream is. Cant wait to go back!

I love this place. Definitely going again, they have a amazing variety of icecream and it was so cool to see it being made. Nice and cheep for the quality and new trend. Nice ma and pop shop with a variety of desserts. My parents didn’t get any icecream for themselves but they were regretful after trying a bite of mine.

Ice cream was good. Their bubble tea was horrible. He doesnt shake it so its flat and the flavors are weak. The tapioca bubbles are hard and not pleasant like other tea shops.

Unique! Tasted great, and nothing like getting kiwi and pineapple in your ice cream.

I went yesterday to find out that the place is temporarily closed. But I have went before and enjoyed it. Shop won’t be open till the end of February (2019)

The ideas cool but the products wasnt very good, selection is limited, and I did a little weary of how many times the tools are used before being cleaned. Also, the ice cream was a very expensive. I prefer Byrne Dairy still

An original ice cream. A cold iron plate made from eggs and milk by a craftsmans master. I was overwhelmed by the atmosphere of the restaurant, but the taste is delicious. Why dont you try TRY once?
