Unfortunately, the staff I interacted with had no personality and was poor in the customer service. I asked him to keep eye one very heavy package and will come back in few minutes (needed special packaging from U-haul), and he couldnt because of liability. I had to put the stuff into my car back and bring it back after my trip. Hurt my lower back... Thank you

Customer service is really top notch. They might only have one or two people working so just be patient if you come in and they’re busy, but the wait is worth it. Really liked that they have an email address to send your shipping labels to as a backup in case there is an issue with your barcode.

While they are friendly enough, the manager ignores when the only person working at the desk is busy. Multiple times I have come in when the clerk is busy with another customer and the manager (each time) has walked out of his office, came to the front desk with his eyes down and completely ignored the line of customers waiting to be helped. Im not saying the clerk should stop helping the first customer, no matter how complicated the project, but if the manager isnt going to engage with customers, hire more than one clerk to take over when one is engaged in complicated tasks.

Good printing if you use the machines to print from a flash drive or from your cloud account. Actual computers are very slow to load sites in the browser. Multiple times Google drive takes over 5 minutes to load. Several others have reported this as well. Staff is friendly.

Rejected sending a package that met the requirements; Had to go to another Fedex store to ship the package. The other fedex was way better (Go to the one by the airport! way better!)

I ordered online from the parking lot and when i went in my order wasnt ready yet. The guy simply printed it out. Total 5 min ordeal. Cost about $2 for 4 pages. Worth it since I was an hour from home but needed the papers notorized at my bank across the street.

I requested that my package be held at this location. They never bothered to notify me of the delivery, as was advertised, and my package was sent back. Very disappointing. I wont trust them to hold a package again.

I use this business a lot, for printing and shipping. They are helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.
