Typical experience dropping off packages. Nothing really stuck out. The office was clean and well-maintained. And the workers were very friendly and super fast!!

Terrible service. I brought a digital shipping label and they said there were two labels attached to it so they couldn’t print it. Why would they have two labels with the same digital code.

The first woman that helped us was wonderful, helpful and kind. The second was mean and if i saw she was working, Id go to another location.

Dropped off a FedEx Express package and the employee working was extremely rude and dismissive. Woman working there dismissed me so quickly she didn’t even give me the tracking number and receipt for my package; and I was so astonished by her rudeness I left without realizing she didn’t give me the tracking number for a package worth a few thousand dollars. They don’t have a direct phone to that specific location, so the 1-800 customer service was useless. Fingers crossed my package makes it.

The ladies at the store are great they get 5 stars ! They are always friendly and,as helpful as they can be. The delivery drivers however get no stars. Everytime they deliver to us they NEVER knock on the door they just leave the note and leave. We have been home every time they have stopped. Today I could not pick up my package because my last name is different then my fiancee, its a new policy even tho my drivers license had the same address, I now have to wait an extra day. But once again the ladies that work the desk are always friendly, quick and helpful as can be.

Customer service is a joke got someone who barely spoke English it was very broken. The delivery of my daughters medical supplies where not delivered when they where suppose too due to them switching the package from one truck to another truck and she was without her supplies for a week due to them not leaving them on our porch even with a signed door tag and telling them it was ok!!!!!

Sent a package with FedEx on a Tuesday. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday. The recipient never got it until mid week the next week. Fed Ex claimed custom problems. Right away I had provided extensive extra documentation and information and the recipient paid hefty extra fees but I don’t feel FedEx tried enough on their end to expedite things. Very poor service.

Located near the airport it is a highly efficient shipping center staffed by well-trained and friendly people!

They keep sending notifications that they were unable to complete the delivery but Ive been home both times they stated and no one has attempted a delivery or even left one of those notes on the door stating the delivery was attempted. If youre not going to actually deliver the package at least allow me to come and pick it up.

Worst service ever. My fiancé ordered a box spring from target and FedEx lost it. She paid almost $200 dollars and FedEx said they cant do anything about it. You guys are a waste of air learn to do your job right.
