I spoke with Big Boyz Toys weeks in advance to see if they could install a secondary gear reduction on my 2018 rancher DCT. I asked them if they could have it done in time for Labor Day which they made out to be no problem at all. When it came time to pick up my bike I learned they had not finished due to a part accidentally being broken. No problem at all. Things happen. They paid for the replacement part without charging me for the 240$ sensor. The customer service was top notch. They assured me it would be ready for pick up the next day ( the day before Labor Day) when I went to pick up my bike they were finishing up. After gettin my bike home and looking to see what kind of job they did i learned they left out multiple rivets/ gas tank was not mounted back correctly/ 12 screws were missing( that I have seen so far)/ the new speedhealers they installed were dangling and not tied down with anything. Many pieces of plastic were not correctly put back together or completely left incorrectly put back together. I feel like if I didn’t go behind the and finish the job I would have been left with a unreliable bike. I never went to them looking for cheap labor or a deal. I wanted good solid mechanical work and that is not what I received. I took my bike to them after a lot of looking around but ultimately regret my decision. Hope this helps.

Took ATV for exhaust leak (frontage rd location in Jackson)....three weeks later, I was told the part was still on order and unsure on parts arrival. Which would have been fine if these guys could have given an ETA or at least an idea when the part was going to arrive. Last week I was told Monday. I called Tuesday and told something different by the same person with no explanations to why the story changed. Plus the new ETA of parts arrival was unknown ———— who orders a part with no ETA?I would bring ATV here unless you have plenty of time to wait.Not sure how well they do on their repairs but customer services and giving updates 👎👎👎👎Thanks 🙏

Terrible. Missing parts, when asked about it they made excuses and said it was on its way. Never saw it. Hope the money they got from me was used to buy a book on how to be a good business owner and a man of your word...if such a book exists
