My goodness. Where do I even begin??I first purchased my 2021 Kawasaki Ninja Zx6r from this establishment. Right off the bat this place was gorgeous. The showroom is set up wonderfully, everything separated and organized in a way to find everything that you could need, from tires, power sport machines, lawn equipment, and helmets/jackets/accessories. The lighting isn’t blaring and loud, and is just perfectly set up.The guys in the service department are top notch; answering any questions you might have, and providing quick and excellent customer service. Andrew Ellis was especially helpful, and I will continue to do every service with Sappingtons just to know I have such a great guy and crew taking care of my investment and dream bike. It’s good to have that sort of trust and peace of mind when it comes to maintenance on a machine like this.Anyway, back to the purchase. Collin Reimann took care of me every single step of the way. Making sure to get me to the price I was comfortable with, taking care of me with their warranty program they offer; even AFTER Kawasakis short year coverage ends for many years to come. This gets rid of a lot of the anxiety from investing in such a beautiful bikeI had owned this bike for just a couple months; when he called me out of the blue. The bike I was truly wanting, had came in. I had looked for this bike for months before making my purchase. It’s a limited edition motorcycle. Collin did everything he could to get me into this bike. I ended up trading my new bike back in towards it, and honestly wasn’t out as much as I thought. The fact I got the bike I truly wanted just made this experience all the better.I digress though. Purchased a Ferris ride-on spreader/sprayer from Collin. Awesome deal and quick service for how busy they were. This place has about every model of Polaris off road and Ferris, Spartan, and Hustler in stock on their showroom floor. Very impressive. Everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful. Theyre 4 hours from us but it was worth the trip!

Everything was fine until I got home and found out I didn’t get an owner’s manual. They never offered me a test ride or a tutorial and I had difficulty even getting the machine off the trailer.

The handful of times being in, the staff is really professional on helping you with products, where to find the Service/Parts desk.The last visit was on August 20th 2021, was disappointing I walked through the entire store without a single person asking if I needed and help or if they could help me.

You know I was really impressed with their pricing And how friendly Justin was I waited 4 months For a new Polaris General to come in And when it came in it was wrong It was a four seater instead of a two-seater With a $2,000 more price tag I told him that I would go ahead and take it and split the differenceof cost me paying 1000 more than agreed And then go ahead and order the right one And wait another 4 months For the new one to come in And then I would resell the one that I didnt want I did not want to wait 4 months and do without a machine during the hunting season plus there was 2500 in extras that i ordered the owner would not make any attempt to make me happy. So i canceled my order i hope the right person sees this you have my number if you want to make this right and i will change my review i had also bought a new toy hauler camper that the 4 seater wouldnt fit in and i have my ranger sold because they told me mine came in. You see this is a bad deal gone wrong on there end. Not mine.

Avoid being baited by Sappington Pro Outdoors falsely advertised prices and shady sales tactics. Their sales team had clearly posted an item for sale online (multiple of the same model), only to turn around and say that what they listed it for didnt include their overhead fees (assembly, freight, etc.) which accounted for a 30% increase in the price. I read in previous reviews where others claimed the same, but disregarded it as a disgruntled customer; someone from Sappington responded to that review arguing their case. However, I can assure you this must be a common practice for them. I attempted to reach the owner numerous times without success, but saved copies of the messages between the salesman and me for proof that they do, indeed, list at one price and refuse to honor it.EDIT: In reply to Scott Sappingtons response; youre clearly not advertising you sale price if youre not selling them for what youre advertising. How is $1,999 your sale price when you attempt to tack on 30% before selling? Sales tax accounts for less than 10% of the total cost.

I would not recommend you shop at sappington pro outdoor. They post false ads on market place. Horrible customer service. I responded to a ad on market place for a lawn mower that was listed for $4883 . I text the ad and asked for a bid proposal so I can see it on paper before I drive there. . Clint text me a bid for over $13.000 I contacted someone else there. and got a different quote. The same mower thats on market place is now over $5600 . They like to ad hidden fees. Freight .set up. And play games. ...I contacted another dealer that made me a strait forward deal. I paid the exact price the mower was advertised for plus they were so nice and knowledgable of the machine . No games .no hidden fees. No tricks. I will never shop at sappington pro oit door. No time for games or bs. Dont waste your time.

Brought my 2014 Polaris 400 to Sappington early April for axle replacement, charging issues and general tuneup. Display unit did not work either. All issues were done w/in a few months. I was told the display unit was on back order and would be in by July, that turned into August and then September. The only reason I know this is that I kept calling for an update. Not once did Sappington call me to say there was an issue getting parts. Visited the service center yesterday and the part is still on back order. A person, G:&y failed to contact the contact the manufacturer for an update said the person at the service counter. Screw the display unit I’ll just pick up my Polaris. These people need to learn how to talk to their customers

Took a Cub Cadet mower there the last week of June for repair. Fuel from the tank backed up into the engine and the starter solenoid had gone out on it. After they had it for a month they informed me that the engine wouldnt pass a compression test and to replace the engine would cost me over 1700. My repair hill for that visit was a little over 180 dollars. I sold the mower to a friend of mine for 200 and he had the carburetor cleaned on it and drained a gallon of fuel out of the engine. He then ran a compression test on the engine and it was fine. He now has a good running mower and Sappington has my money. Dont waste your time taking anything there to be repaired.
