Went in order parts for a Husqvarna because well ktm and husky are the same bike. Before I moved to Jackson I contacted the shop and told them what I rode and asked if they could work on the bike if I needed it because well the FC250 SXF250 are the same and they can get parts. Lady said they could. When I went in it turned into a small argument and all she would say is “I’d never say that I can’t look up husqvarna parts” I decided to leave. (Little bit about my background Ive been riding since I was 5 I’ve been inside many many motorcycle shops I know of a shop wants a pet for any kind of make and model they can get it) I ordered the parts online and sure enough compatible for both ktm and husky. Not that 1 person deciding to not shop there anymore will do any damage to their business but the shop doesn’t seem knowledgeable of the product they sell when it comes to moto.

My apologies! My earlier review was absolutely incorrectly direct at KTM Jackson. It should have been directed at KTM Rock Springs, WY. KTM Jackson provided excellent advice regarding leaking a seal on my new KTM 790 Adventure. KTM Jackson was great! I will go them again in a heart beat if necessary. KTM Rock Springs is terrible! Never again would I go to them for any service!

This is as much a review of Jackson Hole, as it is for Cycle & Saw. Everything in Jackson comes with the Jackson Tax, meaning, its gonna cost you more here in the bubble, than anywhere else. I bought some tires for my M/C, and had one shop owner make an appointment with me, only to tell me he couldnt do the job when I showed up at his shop a week later, with the excuse: Im just too busy. No phone call, no email, no nothing. So I called JH Cycle and Saw, dropped off my bike and the two tires, and waited another week. When I went to pick up the bike, it hadnt been test-ridden, but otherwise seemed fine. They did good work, and ive had no problems... but I was charged as much for the tire installation, ($222.00) as I paid for the tires. Someday, someones going to have to tell me why I can get tires installed on my Sierra 3500 for $30 a tire... But a pair of M/C tires costs $222! Do yourself a favor, get your maintenance and parts taken care of in another town. I live on the road, and work in Jackson seasonally... I know of which I speak.

I beg to differ.....Ill never go back! Stopped in on my new KTM 790A while touring to get the chain checked and tightened if necessary, a 5-minute job! I was charged for a 1/2 hr labor and a $10 environmental disposal fee; all toll about $75 for 5-minutes of poor workmanship. Owner had some teenager do it, yelled to the teenager the supposedly proper chain deflection, and didnt check if it was done properly. When I got home about 1,000 miles later I had it checked by a local, large KTM dealer who tested it properly and in accordance w/ KTM recommendations and said it was way too tight. Showed me the actual chain deflection vs KTMs recommendations. Local shop properly adjusted the chain at no cost. Ill never go back to JH Cycle & Saw! If they treat locals like travelers I dont know how they stay in business!

I came in looking to have tires I ordered mounted on my Yamaha FJR just after the busy Fourth of July holiday weekend. I had scheduled the service but they were so busy and behind it didnt look like a technician was going to have time. The owner, Adam, said theyll get done even if he had to do them himself. Well, he did. Despite the busy schedule they had he was even able to do an unscheduled oil change for me as well. Service and customer satisfaction was spot on. In addition, they looked to be a mainly off-road place but still had the motorcycle oil I wanted and the right filter. I was very happy with the whole situation.

Terrible customer service and product offering. Other than picking up some oil for your machine, you are much better to go elsewhere, even an hour plus away. 1 star.

BEWARE, WOMEN AND THOES IN NEED.you will be taken advantage of.Outrages prices.Horrible customer service. They charge to use their lift, and then try to bill you after letting you leave with nothing, not even a nod. They are discriminatory towards women. If you are female, do not expect to get an honest quote or be treated as a human. You will be treated inferior. And to boot they are spiteful and revengeful.Trying to call all across the country every bike shop in the nation, trying to make it so you cant get your bike worked on by using vengeful tacticts and lies to try to demonize you as a their. For using their lift they let you go on.A real eye opener and questionable how they got good reviews.Skip the joint at ALL costs!

Adam took me in right away for a new rear tire on my 2016 cvo street glide. Had me in and out in less than 2hrs. Considering there are not a lot of places in Jackson that does Harley work, he goes out of his way if he can help you.

Last week in Jackson Hole I discovered that after 4000 miles of my 5000 mile harley ride that I was into the second set of cords on my rear tire. Jamie and the crew were able to get me back on the road in half a day.Definitely, if you need bike help while on a trip dont listen to anybody that doesnt know what they are talking about, or tries to send you to Idaho Falls. Stop here, these guys will take care of you!

While passing through town I have noticed that my BMW K1600 motorcycle was in desperate need of new tires. While JHC&S specializes in KTM and Yamaha, they were able to get me back on the road in a couple of days.

August 14: Adam is fantastic. I had a perfect sales experience with him. Im looking forward to a long and happy relationship with JH Cycle & Saw.May 15: Just had Carl put new tires on my bike and work on some warranty issues. Jamie is fantastic to work with, and Carl is very talented and attentive, making sure he solves your issues. Adam checked on me to make sure I was happy. JH Cycle & Saw continues to absolutely rock as a dealer and service center for my KTM.

If you have a vagina do not go here.Gotta love the eye roll and sigh when you walk in the door. Mechanic wouldnt listen or talk just full of his uneducated opinion about my life. He seemed to do a good job talking to males but not to me. Mansplaining, misogynistic. Stupid excuses as to why they wouldnt help me. They didnt have the tools... there is a NAPA next door... I have borrowed tools from NAPA many times and even offered to buy the tools as I was stranded. Then he said he didnt know how. I have worked on my bike extensively, have a digital copy of the service manual for my bike and offered to help. (Unfortunately passing thru so I dont have the space to work on it myself) Then the mechanic seemed quite butt hurt that a woman thought she could help him.I asked him to check my front tire and he refused multiple times and then out of the blue he came back and said he would.I went in twice after they finished looking to see what was wrong.... (took off the primary cover and glanced in then said he couldnt do anything.) Once to give my card so they could make a copy as I thought I needed to use the ramps to get my bike on the back of a truck picking me up. Then came in and told the owner I didnt need the ramps. No one ever gave me a bill. I was stuck in their parking lot all day waiting for my help to arrive... no bill. Told them I would be leaving that evening after the shop closed... no bill. So I left. The next morning they started calling wanting money. Sorry dude, it isnt my job to do your billing and if you cant get it together to bill while the customer is there it is your loss. Thought maybe a human part came out and they werent going to charge because they couldnt or wouldnt help me. I was just going to forget they existed and move on.I went to Idaho Falls and found a great mechanic who knows how to do what is needed, has tools and lets me help. This mechanic found out that Jackson Hole Cycle was calling Biker mechanics in Idaho Falls saying I stiffed them hundreds of dollars. If they had their billing together it wouldnt of been over $70 since their 30 minute billing is $56 I believe, was on the sign behind the register.Worst experience ever and I have dealt with misogynistic mechanics all over the US as I live on the road.Jackson isnt a place I would spend my money because the employees dont make enough to live in the town they work...but it was an emergency and I needed help. These people were not helpful except Anthony. He brainstormed on options to get me to where I could get help. Anthony would be a great lead mechanic there!I recommend if stranded in Jackson get in contact with the North American Biker Rescue and they will help you get where you need. There are some really great mechanics and people in Idaho Falls.

I went in asking a question about service for my motorcycle. A simple rebuild on a part I had removed from the bike myself. The guys that run the parts and service for the store werent there. I was greeted by an unpleasant women who treated me like I was an idiot for asking to have a part rebuilt. Quote so you started to fix it and now you want us to finish it? It amazes me that a motorcycle dealer and service center would employ someone that knows so little about parts that require specialized tools to rebuild. Not impressed with customer service. I will be driving to Idaho falls to have my repair done as Jackson hole cycle and saw is unproffesional and immature.

Refused to service the bike of a friend claiming they didnt have the tools. They ended up having to have another bike pick them up and haul the bike to another location.
