Excellent service and friendly staff. Repairs took longer than anticipated, but the fault for that lies more with Covid and my warranty company than the dealership itself. Overall pleasant experience.
Poor service. Technician did not want to perform work that was promised. Did not attempt to perform work in a timely manner. Never got the service I was promised and wasted my time, money, and efforts. I will never take my vehicle back for servicing here let alone purchase a vehicle from here. If this is their service then I doubt they could maintain my investmest after the sale.

My experience with my Ionic is beyond my expectations.My experience with some staff who do NOT wear masks in a business that deals with the public with a pandemic going on I will NEVER appreciate, especially when you consider that there are signs on every entrance that state masks are required.I am sorry that it seems like the health & safety of your customers is not more of a concern for some of your staff.
I will not go back! The financial person was so rude and belittling. The service department is limited and will send even minor problems to Memphis. The warranty that is suppose to so good is useless if you can’t even get them to work on your vehicle! They will not ever get my business again!
I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona this past Saturday and I am very pleased! The staff is very friendly and made me feel so at ease with this being the first time I have ever bought a car. I bought a Palisade Calligraphy with Lukas last week, he was just great. He showed me the vehicle in detail, explained me all features, then I went for a test drive. They allowed me to drive the car home to show to my wife that was not available to came with me at that time.The staff is very respectful and helpful. I would consider check them out before you buy your next car.

Was terrified to go to a dealership because I keep hearing that theyll do their best to suck my wallet dry and do unnecessary repairs and procedures. Glad to find out that I was very wrong. :) Very professional and friendly staff. Mr. Allen let me know what was going on every step of the way and nothing was done that I didnt approve first (unlike the random car shops around where I live). I always have a good experience at Allen Samuels Hyundai service department. Trusting the people who service my automobile is of utmost importance to us. Allen Sims, Service Manager, and his service team are super. When we leave we feel that our auto has been serviced properly. Allen Sims always treats us with respect, answers all our questions and I know that we can trust him.

Outstanding service!! I highly recommend this place for all your repair needs!! Most places you go to you dread sitting and waiting but it wasnt that way at all here! They make you feel like youre at home! I had some recalls and some routine maintenance repairs to have taken care of yesterday while my daughter was at drill and I told Chris in and advance that she would be getting out early for prom. He made sure I had a ride to pick her up if my car wasnt ready. As soon as we got back all the repairs were done. Thank you so much Chris! My car is running like new again!!

Chris in the Hyundai Service department takes care of me every time I come in. Oil changes, warranty services, you name it. They keep me updated while my car is being serviced too so if anything needs to be adjusted I’m not left in the dark. I recommend them to anyone.
Such a wonderful dealership! Lukas Garner greeted me when I came in for service and is the most genuine salesman Ive ever met! They had my oil changed, new filter installed, and car ready to go in 20 minutes! Im so excited to buy my next car from Lukas and for the future of Allen Samuels.
I took a test drive last year with Lawrence. You did not have the color I wanted (black only). Filled out the paper work for the $50. gift certificate for the test drive. Never received the $50.00. Ask two or three times where it was. No positive response. Hope it was not because I did not buy a car from Lawrence.
Great and helpful people. The first time I was there a worker tried to tell me I needed all four new tires, and alignment, and a balance. I did not need any of those I just bought the car 2 days before and all of that was taken care of. I only came here for a recall on my seatbelt. The second time my car was there they were extremely helpful.
I had a great experience at Allen Samuels. A gentleman named Earnest took care of me in the service department. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Waiting room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with coffee bar and TV. Wait time was less than one hour.
It was a pretty good experience despite all the paperwork and all that comes with trading your car. The salesman was new so it probably took a little more time than if he had been more experienced, but he was very cordial when discussing options. Im guessing the manager was the one who frequently dropped in during paperwork and he was just as nice. The financing guy that we worked with was able to fully explain the process as well.
Chris and the service department are amazing. My Santa Fe and I just relocated to Jackson and were in need of a routine maintenance. I booked my appointment online and got in and out quickly. Chris called to tell me updates on the maintenance and explained everything to me prior to check out.A few weeks ago my car was dropped my car off, unscheduled, to get a car battery. Chris, again, took great care of me and spoke to my father in my absence in regards of my car. After that, I had to stop through after work to get my car looked at due to unknown lights and noise issues. Chris and his crew took care of me again- getting me in and out. Lucky to have this maintenance team at AV Hyundai. Thank you.

I have my vehicle serviced here. The Hyundai dealer service dept has a good staff. Theyre cordial, and explain what your vehicle needs and why. However, unlike a lot of other dealerships, they do not vacuum your vehicle out when you take it in for an oil change. Since I bought my vehicle here, I feel vacuuming should be part of the service they provide.
Another successful trip to their service department for an oil change and tire rotation. They have always been easy to schedule an appointment with and Ive always gotten my car back when I expected. Im reviewing service not cost. No reference for costs at other shops because Ive always taken my Hyundais here.

Had to have a recall repaired, and looked at a pick up while I was there. Preston was great, and very helpful. The service team got me in and out. It was great.
Took my car in for recall work. When i called and spoke to Jessica, I explained that i lost all my brake lights and noticed there was some sort of brake recall. She looked up my VIN to find out if the recall applied to my car and it turned out there were actually 2 open recalls on my car. Scheduled my service appointment, took my car in for the recall work to be done. Upon completion of the work, was given a form explaining the 24 point safety inspection that was done, showing the tech checked my interior/exterior bulbs and lights and all Internal/External bulbs and lights were operational. I got home only to find out1. The brake recall didnt apply to the brake lights like I had been told.2. My lights were never checked, because my passenger side lowbeam bulb had been blown for app. 3 weeks at the time of my service and the new bulbs were still sitting in my passenger side door panel.3. I still had NO BRAKE LIGHTS!!! I was absolutely lied to, AND allowed to leave under the assumption that my vehicle was safe to drive, when in fact it was NOT!!I contacted the dealership in regards to my concerns/complaint and was told it was a simple oversight, and they would replace my headlamp bulb to make up for the oversight...When a tech says they checked all lights and they mark them as operational, when in fact they are not operational (Biggest reason i contacted the dealership to begin with) it is a complete lie, and absolutely unacceptable service. Especially considering the safety factor. Not to mention, the dealership refused to even acknowledge my complaint regarding my brake lights. Only acknowledged the complaint questioning why the tech marked lights operational when headlamp bulb was blown!DRIVERS BEWARE..... Had i not been aware of the issues with my headlilamp and brake lights beforehand, I would have never known I was lied to. And what if I had been involved in an accident because another driver rearended me due to no brake lights???DRIVERS BEWARE!*** Yall offered to install a headlamp bulb I had already purchased elsewhere... Yall never acknowledged or addressed the no brake light situation. And I still have screenshots of the entire conversation, so!

Absolutely an excellent experience. The staff could not have been better, service personal excellent. I had taken my Sonata to another Hyundia dealer who not only misdiagnosed the problem but had managed to leave parts off my car. The technician at Alan Vines immediately recognized the problem, dealership had all the necessary parts in stock and my car was repaired properly. The previous dealership I had used for every service and repair for 12 years has seen the last of me, in future I will take my car to Alan Vines Hyundai without hesitation.

This has to be one of the worst experiences i have ever had. Before when it was Alan Vines the staff was extremely helpful. I bought a Brand new car from them back in 2018 and referred everyone i knew. I decided i needed a truck instead so of course i went back to them being how i was treat so well... big mistake. Since the change of ownership, it has went down hill. I went over there twice not to be even greeted on the lot. One day i took my wife by to see the truck and stood in the rain for 10 mins not to even be approached. Finally someone called me to set an appointment. We ran to application and started talking numbers. I had a set number, and stated if its not possible just tell me. I had to call them multiple times to follow up. Finally they called me back and said they are working on it, to give them a day. Here we are about a week and a half and still nothing, not even a call. Customers do not deserve to be treated this way! I work in customer service and show respect to all my customers whether or not i can do something or not, i communicate. And im sure the response on here will be sorry about your experience, we will follow up. But as you see my previous review of alan vines, 5 stars.

My wife Ann had brakes put on 8 months ago, never were right, around 300 dollars, told them 3 times, they keep saying they were right, they were better before we had them worked on, one time they said they would drive it down the road, but never pulled it out of the shop entrance, we act like we were leaving and watched and it never left the shop, the second time I came in, they wanted us to put a100 dollars worth of air filters, I pulled them out of the car and cleaned them, they looked brand new only had small debri on them, we have been coming there for years, but Everytime we go now, there is a constant problem,
Too over priced. DO NOT BUY their windshield wiper blades.Last visit was to check brakes.... Had to go somewhere else to have brakes and ended up need rotors as well. Discussed the problem with general manager.
