Caleb was great! Being I was coming from Mississippi to purchase this truck. He was a great communicator. Everything he told me he stuck to it which is hard to find at used car lots. I would deal with them in the future. The paperwork went smooth. I received the title within two days. Caleb even went out of his way to provide the tracking number for the title due to a signature being required.

This is a great place to do business. I was able to buy a new Paddle King PK3000 (pontoon-style paddle boat) using only a cell phone and internet. My honest review, First time buying a car so i get the $1200 warranty they offer. I did not know what it covered but the gentleman helping me told me if anything went wrong itwould be covered. Fast forward 10 months and my radiator busts, i call first auto to see what my next step should be. They told me the first step would be to get my warrantypaper. After searching i come to the conclusion they never gave me the paper. After calling them they find it. So i go in to get the paper and ask Jared to take a look at itto make sure my warranty covers my radiator because if not i would just get the part and do it myself. Jared looks at his computer and tells me my warranty will cover it soI ask where i should take it, he says anywhere. So i take it to a shop, show the guy my warranty, they take it and i leave my car there to be fixed. The shop calls two days laterto tell me my warranty will not cover it and that it would be $900 to fix without the warranty. So I call first auto and they act like i said radiator hose and hoses are normal wearand tear. So I wasted 5 days without my car and $60 for the shop to tell me what i already knew was wrong with the car and for me to end up fixing it myself. They did great sellingme the car though.
