Chip was my point of contact and he is truly a master of his craft. We drove my new 4-Runner multiple times to make sure it was a great fit. He did not rush me in the process and most importantly he worked with me on my budget. Chip knew I wanted that specific car and he made it work with the numbers. I could not be more thankful for his guidance and expertise.When the deal was complete Jackson guided me with the final paperwork and warranty coverage. He gave me a plan that will cover the 4-Runner from A to Z. From a cracked windshield to a spilt drink on the interior he made sure I was good to go. Also, the gap coverage to work with my current insurance was a huge plus. If anything happens the car will be taken care of and with a very low out of pocket payment from me. Super helpful and friendly staff! Needed a new key fob for my car and they got it ordered and programmed for me in a timely manner. One would think that since they are the only Ford dealer in town that they could not try so hard. BUT they do! It makes me want to make my second car a Ford so I will only need to use them for our vehicle needs.
The service department did a great job getting my Edge repaired when the steering gear failed. Rob ordered the part for the repair and had them shipped overnight to get me on my way. Kudos for the prompt service.
Worked with Gage in the service department. He was able to work with their team and diagnosed our issues which ended up not being as serious as we anticipated and they completed the work quickly. It was a rush jib and they worked us around their current appointments. Highly recommend these guys.
After I wrote an unfavorable review about the mechanical service my used truck purchase received, I have had several calls from this company asking what they could do to rectify my problems.Even though I feel strongly about my first review, I just thought it fair to rewrite another one and thank Connor,the salesman, and Dillon, the General Manager at Jackson Hole Ford, for letting me know how important my first review was. They promised to try and prevent what happened to me from happening again.It’s too late to go back and change things now. Had a coolant and transmission flush done here after and replacing a radiator and for as expensive as it was, I still had ATF in my radiator and overflow reservoir which was frustrating. Not only was that disappointing, but I also asked them to fix a transmission cooler line leaking at the radiator fitting and they charged a half hour of labor and the leak was significantly worse than it was before, so that also frustrating. Staff were super helpful and the turn around was very quick which was appreciated, just wish that the coolant flush was done better and the leak was actually fixed

This review is regarding the amazing experience I had with Jackson Hole Fords service department. My family and I were on a road trip in Grand Teton / Jackson area when we had a quite scary incident: my 2017 Ford expedition SUV lost power in the middle of the road during normal driving all of a sudden (we later learned it was due to a faulty electronic throttle body). The sudden breakdown meant my family (with two young kids) were stranded and we wouldnt be able to drive back home in California which was planned just 3 days after the incident unless the SUV could be miraculously fixed before that. Miracle happened at Jackson Hole Ford. Like all of the other car repair shops in Jackson in this busy season, they were also fully booked for a few weeks out. Learning my situation, the gentlemen at Jackson Hole Ford service department Gage and Rob showed great amount of empathy and went above and beyond to help me. On the day of the incident, I first spoke with Gage who patiently learned my situation and gave me some tips they I could try on the spot. After a few unsuccessful attempts, I decided to schedule to tow my vehicle to the shop. Learning this, Rob called me after regular business hours to better understand my situation and asked if I had any questions. The next day morning, my SUV was towed to the shop and I met both gentlemen on that day. Gage greeted me, checked in my car and told me that though there was no guarantee, they would try to prioritize my case should someone cancel their scheduled appointment. During the conversation, Gage was very empathetic about my difficult situation and at the same time set the right expectations with me (normal scheduled appointment slot was weeks out) while trying the best they could to help me. Rob was also there during my check in and I saw the detailed notes he took the day before while talking to me over the phone. Knowing that waiting for a repair would be weeks, I started planning for flying back to California home with my family first and came back again after a fee weeks after the vehicle was fixed. Then, the very same afternoon of the day, Gage called me that they managed to diagnose and fix my SUV! I was beyond thankful and grateful hearing that. I picked up my SUV before the end of day and went on my trip as planned! Being a Ford customer for 15+ years and having experienced half a dozen Ford dealers, Jackson Hold Ford service department is by far the best (not a knock on other Ford dealers at all)! Their level of customer care, empathy and professionalism blew me away!
Great experience with Chad Mitchell at Jackson Hole Ford. I reached out after seeing a listing for a used F-150 on their website. Chad responded right away - turned out it had just in on trade that day, but Chad went out and took a video of the truck for me and answered my questions. When I came down to see it, I got a refreshing no BS experience: Chad gave me a very straightforward walk through of all the minor issues with the truck (a vehicle with 150k miles will have them) and offered an as-is price or offered to have it inspected in the shop first.Chad could tell I was wary of a hometown inspection so he introduced me directly to the service manager who assured me theyd take a real look. In the end, I went with the inspection first. The mechanic did find a part needed replacing, and even though I had agreed to cover the cost of any fixes on top of the as-is price, Chad wound up covering it anyway.This is a standup guy and a standup dealership, Ill definitely be calling Chad next time Im in the market for a vehicle.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. In September I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum. Everything went well until after they got my signature on all the paperwork. The dealership was unable to find the second key and I was told that it would be in the mail to me within a week. We also were told that upgraded floor mats would be on the way to our house within 3-4 weeks.I called the salesperson a month later and was told that they were unable to locate the second key and that one had been ordered and would arrive within a week. Because they lost the second key that was programmed for the vehicle, I will have to take the new key to a Ford dealership when it arrives to have it programmed. I live over 60 miles from the closest Ford dealership, so having to make a 120+ mile round trip to program a key because the dealership that sold me the vehicle lost my second key is quite frustrating. I was also told the floor mats were on the way.Here it is, several weeks later, and we still only have one key to a new vehicle and no sign of any floor mats. The dealership has been of no help in remedying the situation. It is not the type of customer service one expects when purchasing a new, luxury vehicle, and no customer should have to spend their time or money tracking down or correcting items that the dealership has failed to deliver pursuant to the contract.
My girlfriend and I went in to get a new vehicle and the help we received was top notch! Eli was very helpful and professional and throughout the entire process he made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new vehicle!
They are great at taking multiple hours for oil changes and not acknowledging your existence. If thats the service you like then this is the place for you!But seriously, I was excited when this ford location opened to service my 250, but I dont have the patience to deal with the front desks ambivalent attitude combined with the shops pace. Wont ever go again.
We were traveling cross country, pulling our trailer. We noticed radiator leaking. I called 5 different auto shops and explained our situation. They all said they were booked for weeks. We pulled into JHF, explained our situation, and were back on the road in 2 1/2 days (even though they were really busy too). We got home safely! These Arizonians really appreciate JHF!
Excellent treatment by the service staff. 2000 miles away from Home, and I needed an oil change with fuel filter. They fit my F250 Super Duty King Ranch Diesel Into their morning schedule and It was done by 10:00. Thanks again for keeping us on the road safely.

I have taken my ford in twice for service and had so-so results. The first time I had to wait three days on a part. The second the car was not ready until several hours after they told me. For the last three days I have been trying to get ahold of service to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold a total of 4 times on 4 separate calls. Three of these calls were dropped after waiting 8 to 10 minutes. On the fourth I waited on hold about 5 minutes and got transfered back to the operator. She said she would have a service representative call and of couse they never called. I have not been happy with much of anything at Jackson Hole Ford. I am going back to Idaho Falls where I always have gotten fast, knowledgable service. I am sure they get their parts much faster and keep more in stock there also.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Pulled a risky move when I gave my budget and said what I was looking for. And rather than being run over the coals and exploited, I got the exact truck I wanted. The total price came in about 15k lower than my expectations. Everyone I met just seemed to be honest, straightforward, and kind. Sam Nash was a dream to work with. I’ll happily continue to do business with Jackson Ford. I dropped by on a whim and they treated me right; treated me like a human, not a walking commission. Really pleased with my experience and great to know they work on boss plows! Had to take mine to alpine last winter.I really don’t understand any of the bad reviews, perhaps they were circumstantial or before a staff turnover. Or maybe just a salty customer. Not my experience in the least.

My family and I happened upon the dealership as the dreaded check engine light showed up as we’re towing a camper with our F-150 loaded down with our 3 tiny humans. We were about 1/4 of a mile down the road when we saw the Ford sign from the street and pulled in. It was lunch time on a Tuesday and I walked into the dealership and was greeted with a smile and how can we help? Not only did the service advisor bring someone out to the lot across the street with him to do some detective work, but they fit us into their already packed schedule for the day to diagnose the problem. We got back up and running and able to continue on our vacation within 24 hours even though we were over 1,000 miles from home. From Martin, the service advisor, to Tim, the owner, the customer service was beyond compare. Other dealerships should be sending their new associates here for training on how to treat a customer every single day. Amidst all the chaos in the world right now, Yeti Ford is a beacon of hope in the way they treat people. From the top all the way through each and every one of their team members. Tim, it was a blessing to get to work with your team and you now have lifetime customers. When it’s time to upgrade to a diesel, you’d better believe we will be making the trek from Kansas to Wyoming just to buy our next vehicle from y’all.

Drove 8 hours round trip to look at a vehicle. When I got there, there was obvious damage that was not disclosed. Cracked Windshield, broken defroster wire to rear window, cracked rear bumper cover, broken clips on the front bumper cover. To top it off, the rotors were junk, overheated and chewed up by worn out brake pads. When I got in to test drive it one tire was 19 lbs low and another tire was 12 pounds low. When I talked to the sales people I told them I was going to drive home in my own vehicle, as I didnt trust the tires or brakes to get me home through the mtn passes. I let them know to contact me with an offer. There was one follow up phone call the next day, and then I was told they were working on something. A week later I finally called myself only to be told the vehicle just sold. I am very disappointed in their customer service, as despite the undisclosed damage, I was still interested in the vehicle.
Great service. Was visiting the area when I had an electrical issue with my F350 towing an RV. I called them and the service advisor and manager worked to get me scheduled even though they were swamped. Dropped the truck off and they got me going again quickly. The best customer service Ive had after owning Fords for over 20 years.
Brought my car to the service department here for over a year (at least 4 different service appointments) due to an issue I assumed was located within the differential/transfer case/drive train. Ford was unable to help me for 7 months. This was partially due to covid, but I also never received a follow up from the team after they said they were waiting on some unknown part. Finally I brought my car in this summer and begged that they find the issue. I mentioned it could be something with transfer case, which they then replaced. I feel like they had no idea what the issue was and only replaced the transfer case because I had brought that up. After receiving my car I noticed the issue was still there and nothing had been fixed. I brought my vehicle to another ford in Idaho Falls and they found the issue immediately. The ford in jackson wasted months of my time and my truck is in a much worse condition and requires bearings to be replaces and gears due to the extent of time that car continued to have issues. Ford found metallic flake in my differential and the ford jackson never mentioned anything like this. Not to mention, the ford jackson can never find my information: my name or my vehicle in their database despite getting oil changes and the countless service work. Never coming here again.
This dealership is great. Coming from California towing a 5th wheeler needed urgent service. Very nice and caring people. Although they were fully booked they took me right in. That allowed me to continue the vacation with my family. Thank you!!

I have all good to say about the service dept there at Jackson Hole.Ford I purchased my vehicle in Utah (mistake). It had several problems of which all were addressed in a professional timely manner. When the mechanic took my truck for a ride to make sure all was fixed, a new problem arised. The code was read and it was a bad Throttle body. I didn’t have the money to fix it because it was right before Christmas. The dealership decided to give me and my family a Christmas present... they replaced it free of charge! Thank you so much. I’m buying my next vehicle from this dealership. I am 54 years old and have never been treated so well in all my years. Thank you again Melai and the service dept at Jackson Hole Ford.
Add this to the long list of terrible mechanics in the Jackson area. Tired of searching for someone knowledgeable about Ford diesels, I decided the ford dealer would be worth the added expense. Had to wait over a week for an available technician to service my truck. No big deal, I dropped it off the night before and used the after hours key drop. They called 2 days later with a quote, I instructed them to proceed with repairs. 2 weeks later, they still had my truck and would not return my repeated calls to figure out what was going on. Finally they called and said it was ready to be picked up. Truck seemed fine at first, then left my family stranded for 20 hours in the middle of nowhere Idaho, with the same symptoms I had before taking it to the Ford dealer. For the record, they did fix 2 of the 3 problems I reported when dropping the f350 off for service. Having the truck for such an extended period of time, there is no excuse for ignoring a partial repair.

Great service people. We were in the area parks when our F150 started acting up. i dropped in without an appointment to have them check the service codes. They got me in with very little wait time and were able to identify the problem (throttle) and fix the problem and get me back out in a few hours. Greatly appreciated!! Wish I had that good of service at home.
Since over 4 years we are on the Ford Maintenance Plan (a 1 hour service every 8000 km/5000 miles). We travel all over Canada and the US. At every Ford dealer we are always treated really excellent within 24 - 48 hours; everybody friendly and helpful. UNTIL TODAY at Jackson Hole Ford in Jackson Wyoming. Full for the next 4 days and no possibility to help us out and provide a 1 hour maintenance!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I would like to highlight the experience I had with Jackson Hole Ford and Sam Nash.We were on vacation mid-day on a Friday and ran over a rock in the road in our Ford Focus RS. When we pulled over to assess the damage, we were literally right in front of the Jackson Hole Ford Dealership. The tire the RS uses is rare, and not one that you keep in inventory, and not surprisingly they did not have it in stock. The best they could do was to get one in next week. However, Sam worked a miracle with another shop and got us a replacement tire the next morning and we were on our way again.Sam was a delight to work with, and even though I love my Focus RS, offered me a trade on a Mustang that was hard to pass up. Even though we are from Michigan, I am tempted to call Jackson Hole Ford in Wyoming my home dealership. Thanks Sam.
My son and I were up in Jackson chasing powder after a late start to winter here in Colorado. The local dealer in Colorado here had failed to solve a problem for me earlier and I knew I was left with a less than reliable 2013 f150. Sure enough, it stalled 9 times between Jackson and the ski are one morning. I called Jackson Hole Ford, they fit me in the schedule, I got the truck there, they had the parts and expertise to solve the problem. I arrived at 9:15 and was out the door at 11:00. And it was all under a warranty. They have a great team!

They immediately diagnosed the problem, installed the new part and we were on our way in less than an hour. AWFUL! The first annoyance was that they close early every day. And I dont mean earlier than Im used to, I mean earlier than their posted hours. Then they told us the part to fix our car was in stock, covered by our extended warranty and it would be fixed that day...it wasnt fixed that day and when we called for an update they were annoyed that we were calling. Then when it was finally done, a day later, they had swapped out more parts (unnecessarily) without making sure they were covered first or getting it approved by us so they had to argue with the warranty company taking even longer before wd could take our car. They originally said $800 some odd dollars for the one piece and that needed to be replaced (and labor) and when all said and done 3 pieces replaced later they were submitting for over $3k. My receipt even said that 1 piece was found defective, but 3 pieces were replaced. I wonder why the warranty company didnt want to pay? Did I mention we were on vacation amd needed to get back home? It ended up being covered, but it was added frustration because they wanted to get more money!
