Frank and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They were exceptional in all aspects. They were very honest and upfront with us about everything. He even printed me a list of things that needed to be done to our Mini, and prioritized it for me. The waiting room and restrooms are very clean and welcoming, which is far more important than a lot of people think. Their speed, hospitality, and honesty has definitely made us a permanent customer. And we will gladlly recommend them to anyone.

Jackson Auto Repair is my go to place when it comes to repairing my automobile or servicing my vehicle. Frank and the team are very responsive and quick to take action. Ive been here 3 times now, my first experience at Jackson Auto repair cost a fairly high amount but it was expected for the work done, they replaced a worn out turbo and did an oil change in my 2010 GT which was around 3 grand but as I said thats expected for a turbo Volkswagen after 100k miles, when I went in for a turbo change I didnt stay because it is around a 6 hr job, but the second time I went in was for an oil change which cost me around 120 which isnt bad considering its about the same price at Volkswagen for the same oil change, the waiting room is comfortable and they have free WiFi, I tried to get my transmission fluid changed the same day but they didnt have the fluid in stock though with my car thats reasonably understandable though I was initially quoted at 200 and then requoted at 400 which is what I initially expected to pay for the fluid change so it didnt bother me too much, everything about Jackson Auto repair is extremely professional and they take their time and do honest work I would take any car here especially a euro car because these guys know what theyre doing!-Ivan

Have a VW CC. Very up front about the cost, thorough in their analysis of the auto and its problem. Fair pricing. Main thing, they knew how to work on VWs which beats driving to Memphis and paying probably a lot more, plus they fixed the issue and told me how to avoid future problems for the same issue.

I wont let anyone else work on my Mini! These guys are awesome. I sometimes call in a panic with something that has gone wrong. The immediately put my mind at ease, by coming and getting my car. I know once they have it, we are in good hands. Honest, they never have me fix things that dont need to be fixed and they always help me prioritize the work that needs to be done. That way I can focus on whats important and work my way through the list when funds are tight. And I always know the work is always well done. And they stand behind their work. Very pleased and will recommend them to anyone!

I was driving from Memphis when my check engine icon lit up. As a driver visiting the area I was quite concerned. It was closing time what should I do? I was given the number for Luxury Auto Service. They volunteered to come to me even though it was past closing. They checked the computer and assured me that my car was safe to drive. When I returned home I took the car to my local dealership and was told that my roadside service was diagnosed correctly. The staff was efficient and courteous. Luxury Auto is great!

Absolutely fantastic service!! John and Mark were helpful and the communication regarding the issues with my 335d was timely and informative. John runs a shop that obviously cares about his customers and proves it with his actions. This will forever be my go to shop for my BMW.

My car was in need of service & a tire replacement; John took us to the clinic, serviced my car & replaced the tire, then returned to the clinic to pick us up! Now thats what I call above and beyond service. I dont trust anyone else to repair or service my car!

Jackson Auto Repair did an excellent job on my wifes 2001 VW Passat.They found things wrong that required repair that no one else had found or informed us about. The repair was done quickly while keeping me informed throughout the process. The 2 year warranty on their work is a nice insurance policy that goes along with any of their work. They saved us a possible blown engine for the checks they performed. Now the car is back in top running condition again!

We were heading back from Nashville to Dallas TX when we through a belt, and that lead to no alternator, and finally no battery. We were 15 miles from Jackson. Called AAA and they sent a tow truck. We had been calling around to find a mechanic who could work on a Sprinter (Mercedes engine...specialty required). Freightliner is supposed to handle them, but they were rude and totally uncaring of our stranded condition. Told us to get to Memphis...What, our engine is dead...no battery?! Get to Memphis? But then we called Luxury Auto Service. They were so helpful and kind on the phone--very professional-- and we were towed there. God was watching over us to guide us to this wonderful place. Kind, concerned people who helped us. It wasnt an easy fix, and they had to order parts, but they DID IT RIGHT. We are now back on the road to Dallas, and we feel secure because they checked it all out before sending us off, and with a guarantee for the work. We are in the business of freight delivery and have dealt with many mechanics along the way...none hold a candle to this business. Quality work...quality people.

This is the first time I have used them for service. I think the BEST comment I can make is I will use them on all my cars. The pick-up and drop off service is great.I really like getting a clean car returned.

I was charged a 3 figure sum to diagnose a faulty distributor and given a 4 figure estimate for repairs. I had our car towed to a different shop who got us up and running for half the price (even after having to tow it twice). I can’t speak to the quality of work offered here, but I’m leaving this review so that others might be wary of prices here. I feel that we were taken advantage of.

I was treated with kindness and consideration and taken to and from a hotel after my truck would not start. However, it cost me $1,385.66 to diagnose and replace a fuel pump assembly in my 1999 GMC Sierra 1500 pick up. A $400.00 fuel pump cost me $795.61 while labor for three hours cost $418.00.

I dont give them a 1 this place has the worst technicians i have ever seen but u best believe uare going to charge out the ass...My husband took our Benz there for an oil change and a bulb to b put in the clueless technician said he couldnt put a bulb in becuz of another issue but we were charge almost 300.00 for basically an oil change then the messed up thing about it was when I came to pick up the car those COWARDS was talking about my husband being pissed off n I was listening when I got through given John n whoever his side kick was a piece my mind,while both of them look like a deer in headlights,I left n best believe this is 1 of many issues LUXURY AUTO SUCKS THEIR PROFESSIONALISM N THEIR INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS!!!! I wouldnt take a pinto to luxury auto nothing about the name holds up in my opinion!!!

My father was taken advantage of. They charged him almost a thousand dollars to change a distributor and an oil change. $112 for an oil change on a four cylinder car. They are over priced. I will never go back or send anyone there.

I am deeply indebted to Luxury Auto Service. Our car started to experience transmission trouble, as my daughter and myself traveled from Raleigh, NC to Dallas, TX. After reviewing our repair options in Jackson, and checking with AAA-approved vendors, we were encouraged by the positive reviews on Google for Luxury Auto Service. We drove to their location to meet them at their 7:30 AM start time. John, the fellow who greeted us, took time to understand the problem and what it could mean for our options. They then reviewed the car as we waited in their well-provided customer lounge (yes, with Wi-Fi)One of their top mechanics spent time carefully examining the transmission and driving the car. It was their assessment that we need a transmission specialist to help us, which is where the car is now. Their assessment fee was shockingly inexpensive.I heartily and strongly recommend Luxury Auto Service.

I have been going to Luxury Auto Service, LAS, for almost 4 years now. And they, LAS, hands down are the most honest and trustworthy people in the automotive repair business. They have never, ever, never ever lied to me about what I did and did not need to be done and/or serviced to any of my vehicles. If something major needs to be replaced or something minor that can replaced at a later date and time, they have always been up front about their pricing and policies regarding their repairs and service. I will NEVER, NEVER, go to any other shop for any maintenance needed to my vehicle.

I want to take a minute to thank everyone, especially Mark at LAS for the recent help given my son on his 08 Dodge Avenger. He recently relocated to Jackson from Decatur Illinois to work for the Jackson Generals. He had a check engine light flashing and called me to see what he should do. I had him call AAA and they towed the car to LAS and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of days. I was out-of-town visiting my dad in Jackson and my daughters car was making some awful grinding noise. LAS came and picked up the car and spent time trying to find out the problem. Turns out, we had to leave for home that evening. The car was driveable, but we didnt have time to leave it in the shop to work on the next day. LAS ordered the part to be shipped to our house in Arkansas, brought the car back to us, and didnt charge us a dime.Service like that cant be beat. These guys are awesome!!!
