As a fellow shop manager in the local area I can appreciate and admirer a business that runs solely on integrity and honesty. When your vehicle is in need or has problems the last thing you need is a headache. I have witness and been involved with several events were the staff and mechanics at Jackson Tire have exceeded expectations. One of my clients front-end work was a little extensive then my shops expertise. The customer then bragged about a prior visit with Jackson Tire, and how they provided them with an amazing care to their vehicle complication, we then both agree to take it back for this issue as well. Once the customer return, they were beyond satisfied with their experience at Jackson Tire. Which then, made my job a lot easier to provide the service that was originally intended. In this industry you cant control many things but one thing you can control is the way you treat your customers Jackson Tire does a phenomenal job with a service and care.

I like to set a tires I got this time that good tread design just hope they last longer than the last ones I got 40000 mile tires only lasted 25000 miles

I spent 2 hours and over 50dollars on one tire this past Friday. Woke up to a flat on the other tire they couldnt find anything wrong with.

Just a PLEASANT experience. Needed a used tire and they went OUT OF THEIR WAY to get me what I needed. They hustled my truck tire, I didnt have to touch it. Will reccomend them to ALL my friends when they need tires. ALWAYS like to deal with PLEASANT folks when shopping.

Ordered a matching spare tire through them. They put a different tire on same brand different model. When confronted about it they said that the brand didnt make that model anymore, which was a lie and incorrect. I looked it up from the brands actual site the tire is still made today, but either way if they didnt make them anymore tell the customer on the phone dont put a random tire on there and then lie to cover up a mistake. The tire is a completely different ply and will not wear the same.

I have gone there for over 10 years. Last time I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I had run the car out of oil and needed my engine flushed. My oil was checked 2 days before and was good. I was also told I needed new tires which quickly changed after I pointed out the tires had been purchased brand new from them 6 months before. After I left I had to put air in the right rear tire, the same one that was low when I took it in. I will not go back.

I have been using Jackson Tire for about the last 4 years. They have always done a great job. The prices are great, but their customer service is outstanding.

While admittedly I did not make a purchase, I am very pleased with how they treated my son. He was involved in an accident in front of their shop. My son was on his way to sign paperwork to be able to work. The owners son gave my boy a ride to be able to complete his business needs. Even allowed him to park his damaged pickup overnight to save from a tow bill. Thank you.

Great service. Everyone is very helpful and personable. Staff are knowledgeable. I had two emergencies in one day and they were very helpful in getting me back on the road and back to work.

These guys have always treated me right! My wife called them yesterday and made an appointment to have a tire patched on her SUV at 1:30 today. I woke up and realized my vehicular tire was flat. I called them to see if I could bring them both in early and was told we are busy but bring them in and we will get to the as soon as possible. Needless to say I no more than made it home and they called and had both fixed!!! You guys saved the day! Thank you!

A money grab!! Tried selling me brakes I didnt need! Then took three hours longer than they said while I waited for them to put my car back together. They tried suggesting work I had done two weeks earlier at a different shop. Not family friendly for the vile music pouring out of their tire repair area. This place is a complete scam!! Go somewhere else and save your money!!

These guys can handle big mud tires folks...had them mount n balance a couple 38s for me...no problem...ask for ole Dusty Rhodes if u want true results round the place..lol..the other guys are decent too...so if your tire is flat or your motor isnt running,dony cuss call Russ...he will see you through too....

From start to finish, the folks at Charlies Fast Lube (oil change dept of Jackson Tire Center) were top notch. While youre waiting, Dexter BBQ, Wings Etc, Teen Challenge Thrift, and the library (to name a few) are close by. $5 off your first oil change if you text their 5digit # for text offers. Coffee in the waiting room.

Fast, friendly, and affordable.Great commercials on the radio, which is why I drove 45 minutes the first time to check them out. Glad I did.

I purchased a new set of tires from this location but experienced some exceptionally loud noise at interstate speeds. I expected some noise since they were all season tires, but it was loud enough to drown out my radio at even high volumes.After taking my car back to have them check it out, they confirmed the unnatural noise coming from the tires and proceeded to troubleshoot to make sure things were alright. They ended up warranting out the tires and now there is no more noise. I appreciate the time they took to make sure everything was all right. 10/10 would buy tires again.

Took a car to get something very simple fixed and was told it would be 2 hours. After 6 hours and no phone call I went up there right before closing time and was told it would be ready the next day sometime. They also spent time that couldve been used fixing what I asked diagnosing other unrelated issues so they could fix all that as well, an obvious money grab. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful service! I took my car in to get checked out for a noise, and while they couldnt find anything wrong, they did not charge me ANYTHING for taking apart some of my car and checking it out. They said that if they couldnt find anything wrong with it, they cant justify charging me. Most car repair shops/dealer service areas will charge lots just to look at it. After they looked at my car, it actually stopped making the noise! Since then I have been back many times and have purchased tires as well. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

They gave me the worst service I have ever gotten before. I was told after dropping my car off for a simple oil change at 8am, it would be ready by 10, since I had to work at 10:30 and let the employees know that. I came at 10 and still had the wait 30 mins to get my car. So, evidently I was late for work. Later I saw they had my car parked over on the side and it had been done for those 30 minutes I waited.... First experience there and I will never go back!!!

Broke bushing on my lawnmower wheel and didnt say a thing. When I went back they wouldnt replace the bushing. Very much of a RIP off
