Excellent customer service, incredibly friendly, and helpful. They were able to fix my car so I was able to move on time. If i were back in Jackson, I’d go back there again!

Very grateful for these guys at Valley. My van over-heated leaving town going up the pass, and I was pretty concerned. They made time to look things over and it turned out not to be anything serious. Rick seems like an honest guy, and Tyler was cool too and recommended a better route for my van driving out. Good place to know about around Jackson

Just. Amazing.We lit up our brakes🍊🔥 coming down the pass on a Thursday night.....Rick got us in at 8am the next morning. After 3 hours we were on our way into the mountains again with new rotors, calipers and pads. Btw, if you ever get your rotors glowing hot, its always best to replace all of those and at least have the lines inspected.Being in such a remote and wealthy location I fully expected to get hosed on price...it was no more than it would have been back in NY.Thanks Rick and Roger for keeping us right on schedule.Million stars.

Fantastic service. My car was leaking antifreeze and they were the closest shop to my location. Went in and was told they were booked out awhile. I informed them I was over 400 miles from home and here for work for a short time. They got me in and fixed up in no time. Back on the road with peace of mind again. Would definitely recommend.

My first time there... without knowing me from Adam, I was immediately welcomed as a new customer when I called. Last minute breakdown on my way to Casper.. caught them late in the day... incredibly thorough and professional repairs made to my truck.. gone in just over 90 minutes from start to finish. Respectable rates, fantastic service... as a former mechanic, I was extremely impressed and can’t recommend them enough.. Kudos... We had some car trouble while on vacation and this business was very good to us. It was a fairly quick fix so the owner took care of it right away, even pulling a mechanic off another job to help us out. He filled the transmission fluid, got us extra for our drive home and shower us how to check it so we could get home safely. We were very grateful!

Well, I fully trust these guys. Being mechanically challenged, one must wonder if the place you go to is simply fixing what needs to be done, or are they trying to sell you something else that isnt necessary. With Valley Cars, Ive never felt inclined to get a second opinion. I drive an older vehicle (1998) and sure, it does need things here and there. I trust them. They keep me going. The service time is quite good, the prices are very fair as far as I know. There are bigger shops, but Rick, Reuben, etc. I can trust.

Hands down the best mechanics in town and probably the best mechanics on the planet. Ruben and Rick are great guys and they always go the extra mile to make certain that my Chevy Celebrity is running right!

Had an issue with our van on our cross country trip and it seemed like nobody else in town could get the part or get us in in a timely manner.
