Bridal dress fitting went great... lots of wonderful, beautiful selections to choose for your most special wedding day!

Samantha Woo was absolutely AMAZING!! I picked my wedding dress at House of Woo around a year before my wedding. I ended up loosing a significant amount of weight prior to the wedding and my gown required 3 rounds of alteration and Samantha Woo did all of it. She was so lovely to work with and on my wedding day, I felt beautiful. I looked better than I could have imagined and my husband loved it! If you want your dress to fit as if it were made for you and work with the kindest and most patient people, I highly recommend the House of Woo for your gown. Went in there at 4pm Friday and was able to find a beautiful dress by 5 as well as fitted. Picked it up Saturday after alterations and Got married the next morning. Absolutely friendly people and the owner is very kind.

Samantha and her team totally saved the day. Long story short, but I originally bought another dress at a different shop that was sold to me by someone who did not know what they were talking about and then the dress got destroyed in the alternations process. I found myself 2 weeks out from my wedding with a dress that made me want to cry for all the wrong reasons. I originally went to Samantha out of desperation hoping she could fix the dress but she ended up doing something even better. Samantha and her team took a dress she already had and tailored it into my dream dress IN EIGHT DAYS. I’m not recommending doing things this way at all, but I cannot praise Samantha and her team enough. Their set up is great because not only are they a dress shop, but Samantha is also a seamstress and creates many of her own dresses, so she really knows what she’s doing.The whole team clearly enjoy what they do, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and their attention to detail is mind blowing. Plus they are kind, cheerful people who are fun to be around. They literally saved my wedding. I am so grateful for their work and I can’t recommend them enough. I am going to be telling people to go to them every time anyone I know gets engaged. If you are anywhere near Jackson, it’s worth the trip to go there and get your dress from someone who is excellent at what they do.

This was honestly the best experience I could have asked for!!!! I went in not even expecting to buy a dress or even find what I imagined seeing myself wear for my wedding. As soon as I walked in, I was offered something to drink. She asked me what style of dress I had in mind and what was my price range. Based off of the information I gave her, they were able to find pull out a selection of dresses for me to try on. I went in at 11:00am and had found and purchased my dream dress at 12:00pm!!! I highly recommend this place! The environment is friendly and the shop is absolutely beautiful, organized, and clean......the upkeep is just beautiful. The process was quick easy and helpful. I thought the process of me finding a dress would be so stressful but they made it so easy and so worth it. Thank you so much!

I would recommend Bridal House by Woo to anyone and everyone. I had a pretty hard time picking a dress, and I was looking for something more my style. I couldnt seem to find that in other stores without going way over our budget. When I first went to bridal house, I found several dresses that were my style. I was really impressed with their selection, and I found my dress that day. Samantha and her staff have been awesome. They walked me from purchase right up to my wedding, and at my last fitting I asked for a recommendation for dress cleaning and storing, and they do that too! My wedding is this Saturday, and I am very grateful to have had Bridal House walk me right up to the day.

We had a magical experience and said yes to the dress. They went above and beyond to make sure the dress was exactly what the bride wanted. It was a private appointment and they made her feel as special as a bride should feel. This was not the only dress appointment we went to, but it was far and above the best. I would absolutely recommend a bride look no further than this shop for her dream dress.

I just picked up my dress today. I am so grateful I found them on Facebook & booked an appointment. I got the dress of my dream & it actually came faster than expected. Samantha and her staff accommodated me when I had no where to put my dress. I won a free pair of shoes through their giveaway & I was super excited. Awesome. Shopping wedding dresses with my new daughter. All the ladies made it a very pleasant experience. They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!

The worse. The bridesmaid dresses my girls tried on & ordered was NOT the dresses they received. Was a thinner material and lacked detail in the back. My matron of honor was suppose to have a navy dress, in which the dress she received in the mail was yellow like the others, after clarifying multiple times that it was to be navy. By the time she received it (She lives in another state), it was too late to do anything about it (other than choose another style for her), because they initially sent it to the wrong address. She was issued a partial refund, however, that does not excuse the fact that she had the wrong colored dress! I do not recommend.

The ladies greeted me at the door they where so nice and took their time with me after trying on 4 different dresses . This store has a lot of different styles and type of designer dresses kind of pricey but worth it ‼️‼️
