It was very busy but worth the wait. Service was efficient and prices are good. Was able to purchase enough meat for two for almost the month. Under $105.00.

They were pretty busy well not busy but steady. But the people who work there was still friendly and would answer your questions without a problem. That was my first time there and Ill go back it was clean. They got people to the line quickly.

A&A their meat selection is great, prices are pretty good, the only issue i have found is they have an employee who only hears what I believe she wants to hear and takes things personal when its a comment to something she herself admitted would have been a reason for her to speak up, of course this was after her taking it personal and interpreting to fit her agenda, then the same woman when she asked the thickness I would like my NY strips cut, ended up cutting them about a quarter inch thick even though I asked for 1/2 inch... oh well I ended up cooking them and the flavor was good, I guess thats what matters ...overall I would give a 4.5 star...

Great food but but the deli needs managed better. No reason should have to stand 10 minutes for a sandwich when theres 3 behind the counter. And only one waiting on customers.

Great tasting meat, probably because its actually very fresh. They have really good tasting beef jerky stick too. Which explains why 99% of the time that go there they are very busy. Even though I live about 20 miles away I will always make the drive to them. I actually pass 2 other meat markets along the way.

Service with a smile and very helpful when i had a question about salt pork. She suggested a smoked shank or a hock. I chose the shank and she cut it in 2 for me. Its for my beans. This is why I come to A&A...thanks, Marty J

This place is OUTSTANDING! This team makes certain that every customer is taken care of and keeps the line moving in the process. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the customers have been friendly. Not to mention (but mentioning anyways) you get a much better quality and cut of meat and at a much better price than WalHell or Meijer.

Flabbergasted.My girlfriend shops here multiple times a week for our meats and today is the first time I have been able to go with her. Never again.While the meats are reasonably priced and of decent quality, the professionalism and customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. It is so terrible in fact that I am contemplating taking over the grocery shopping so that we can start going to Merindorfs in Mason. Sure its further away, as we live 3 blocks away, but Ive never heard a Merindorf employee ask someone Do you know what you want?, Is that all?, or Can I help you? with a rotten condescending tone. No one looks as if they want to be there and they certainly do not sound like they want to do be there. I drive 45 minute to Lansing so that we can go to Horrocks for our vegetables because of the customer service and quality products. Please do better so that I no longer want to drive to Mason for my meats and so that I can change my review of A&A Meats.

I ordered a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving way back in October. They called last week and said I could pick it up this week. I went and they had a bunch of excuses before admitting someone must have pulled the tag off and sold it. All they had were smaller ones.

A little overwhelming. But fantastic.

I went into there today and despite being fully staff I was not acknowledged by anyone. I stood in line, looking at the meats and not one staff member said anything to me. People who were behind me in line came in selected their products and cashed out all before I was acknowledged. I had to GO BACK and stand in line once again. I had patiently waited for over 35 minutes while staff members looked at me before I was helped. Very Disappointed and Upset.

Love this meat market. Ive been coming here for years with my family. We fill our deep freezer every month for about $100 here. They have an excellent selection of deli items as well. My bf tried the beef jalapeno hunters sticks and they were delicious. Well worth the wait. The staff is always polite and helpful.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The best cuts of meat, the best prices, and the most friendly staff there is. Always greeted with a smile and warm friendly service. Fantastic Polish sausage. This is by far the best meat counter Ive seen in southern Michigan. Every cut Ive had from here as turned out great and at a decent price. The snack sticks and sausage are where these guys really shine. Friendly and fast service are a big plus too!

Very bad customer service... went in early for my family’s business to grab a case of bacon and they always say just come in the side door early if you would like so I did so and got treated with NO respect do to an eye rolling and saying “I GUESS” we have a case of bacon already than heard them over talking about it In the back... meanwhile it was already is a case and they just had to hand it to me.. very disappointed and sick of being disrespected down there.. if we could change places we will in a heartbeat!!
