Very good experience at Gray-Daniels, I had a service appointment and someone helped me immediately. I was expecting a longer wait time and of course that depends on what has to be done. The wait was much shorter than I thought and the problem was fixed. I have always had good experience with the service department.

Daniel C. was very professional and helpful. I was able to get my oil change within an hour which worked with my busy schedule.

I called Tammy in the service department and explained I am working out of town and stressed the importance of being able to get my truck assessed due to would not be able to drive home in its condition. Tammy scheduled me to come in right away. They were able to identify the problem and fixed it with in hours. Lance and his team were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to their great customer service I was able to keep on schedule with servicing my customers. I am a business owner and this was crucial to my business.

Everything went very smoothly, necessary repairs were done, and car was delivered back to me faster than I had expected.

I made my appointment online. The price posted online was less than what I was charged. I mentioned it to the service advisor and he said it was probably because I have a 2500 truck. There were a list of items they were supposed to have checked out. I really don’t think they did. I saw them rotate the tires and put oil in the truck. I mentioned about the steering had a knock while driving. They didn’t do a test drive to check it. I am very disappointed. I will not be back. I bought this truck from them in 2015.

The service man that helped me was friendly, kind and courteous. Everything was good until I went to check to see how much longer it would be for my truck to be done and it was already done, just sitting there. The service man said he called me but I didnt have a missed call. I told him that he know that I didnt leave so why didnt he come to the waiting room and get me but he claimed that he did but I didnt hear nor did I see him and he could have came while I was nodding, if that was the case why didnt he get closer and call my name a little louder. There was only three other people in the waiting room but he claimed he didnt see me.

Tammy and the whole team was great! Listened to my concerns, scheduled time to bring it in, and fixed the problem quickly with no other unsolicited diagnoses. Quick, easy, and knowledgeable. Will go back there again if/when needed.

The customer service provided by Cory Henson is excellent. He listens and communicates very well. I went in for an alignment today. The car came back with the steering wheel not centered. Not his fault and Ill update the review when its resolved.

Gray- Daniels Chevy is by far the best in customer service (in the service department) of the various Chevrolet dealerships Ive had to deal with between Meridian, Hattiesburg and Jackson.I live in Meridian and will be utilizing Gray Daniels Chevy for any future car repairs etc.Doug is the best!! After 9months of dealing with a car issue and dealing with GM corporate. Doug found the issue and communicated it back to GM. Like I told him.I truly appreciate the simple fact that he didnt dismiss my concerns..he validated them and treated me with respect. True customer service!!Something Ive not experienced before, in Meridian.

Mr. Zach Harris was a professional, patient, and knowledgeable sales representative during our encounter at Grey-Daniels Chevrolet on 10/11/2021. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle that day. However, Zach and his manager were willing to work with my husband & me, and within a few hours, I was driving away in a beautiful red new Camaro.

Poor service. Had a balance & rotation & a scre was still lodged in my tire. Still waiting for czr parts on a 2021 Silverado after ordering 2 weeks ago. Find another dealership. You will be disappointed with this one!!!

Only only hang up I had, the tech that was servicing my truck was on the his phone which delayed me being there for an extra 30-45 mins. I was at the window the whole time just watching him scroll through his phone! Other than that, it was a good experience.

Great experience with the staff. They took good care of me and answered all my questions and kept me up to date which was very important because I was coming in from out of town. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

This place has very poor customer service and it is the rudest place for a business. On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, I had gone in to see if I could get a mechanic to look at my vehicle because of some issues. I walked in the door and stood there 8 minutes and none recognized me. I stood waiting patiently for someone to say, how may I help you or someone will be with you shortly. Not once did one of the three service members say anything. I purchased my vehicle from them and I have been faithfully supporting them by taking my car to them for my services. Not anymore!! Until they get better with customer service, I will go elsewhere. Dont waste your time there.

Doug is the best service writer I have ever met. He explained to me everything my truck needed and made me feel I could trust him. My truck is running better than ever thanks to Doug. I highly recommend this dealership to everybody that needs to purchase or have their vehicle worked on.

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from here in March, 5 months later the engine goes out. I have called the dealership several times and they have given me the run around. The sales manager is very nonchalant. We asked for the general manager he never responded to any calls or returned any of my calls. I had to call another dealership to even get help. Keep in mind the car is still under warranty and extended warranty. Thanks to Luncinda at the other dealership who called and got us a rental and had it ready when we arrived. I tried to purchase another car next door and they only offer $400 off. Gray Daniel Chevrolet will NEVER get any of my business anymore. I’ve never been this humiliated in my life. They do not honor their customers at all. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!’

Gray Daniels Chevrolet service department is so great. I have never had an issue. Lance, Tammy, and Cory are always so helpful. I got my Tahoe from there and haven’t been anywhere else. The customer service there is always over and beyond my expectations.

If you want good service, DO NOT go to Gray Daniels Chevrolet. I called their service department last week to schedule an appointment to take in my 2001 Camaro because it had a multiple cylinder misfire. I even told them what code the computer said was causing the fault. I was told to bring it in at 9:00 this morning. I arrived at 8:30 and had the car checked in for repair. At 1:00 I was asked if I wanted to leave it with them. I told them for the second time it was an hour and 20 minute drive and I had no other way home. They told me they were trying to find the adapter so they could plug it into there computer. Forgive me if I’m wrong but it shouldn’t take more than four and a half hours to find an adapter for their computer. They knew I was coming this morning and they knew what year car I had so it shouldn’t have been a surprise. Most good shops keep the adapters either with the computer or in the tool room. Way to go Gray Daniels. That’s the way to treat a 33 year disabled combat veteran!

Salesman was awesome. The guy behind the counter who actually sells the vehicle is very unprofessional and very rude. Sure wish they had a more people friendly general manager. Was going to spend another 50$$ on a truck. I honestly would pay more somewhere else than having to deal with this guy.

I took my truck in to be service at Gray Daniels with major damage to it and wen they call an said it was ready I pick it up drove it an I were very satisfied with the time an work there professional team put in so I would highly recommend Gray Daniels Chevrolet to service ur next vehicle

I typically have a good experience, today was busier than expected so I waited longer than usual to be seen, but once they let me know I wasnt forgotten or overlooked, my car was serviced and returned promptly. They dont cover the seats or put mat protectors down anymore, thats a bummer, but I keep wipes and disinfectant spray in my car so I wasnt too disappointed. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the service is pretty good too.

Doug is always very helpful and he takes care of my vehicle like it was his! Service was quick and efficient.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My salesman Isaiah was amazing. Very helpful, very personable, truly a delight to have had him as a salesman. However, the person who had to give us a price was horrible. Aside from his apparent dislike for colored folks, the attitude was unnecessary.I dont understand how someone can have cash in hand and you turn it down. A $3,200 difference is nothing compared to what you would have made afterwards. Like it was a demo vehicle one used to showcase and let customers hold when their car is in for repairs. That guy could have gave us the best deal but nope.I really wanted to work with Isaiah and drive home in my new vehicle. I was truly upset and disappointed. I would highly recommend a customer training.

When I started looking for a new truck Gray Daniels had the exact truck I wanted. I ultimately signed with another dealer closer to home but NEIL NOVACK was a rock star. He was so patient, and helpful, I actually have buyers remorse from using another dealer closer to home. You can guarantee, I will use Gray Daniels for every truck purchase, and my company (located in Jackson) will remain a faithful customer of Neil and Gray Daniels. They have my recommendation, my thanks, and all future business I can throw their way.

The service writer was very friendly and accommodating. They did an air bag safety campaign. I was a few minutes early. The writer got my truck in immediately. The campaign was supposed to be completed in and hour. It was finished and I was on my way before the hour was up. I could see no visible evidence the truck had been repaired.In summary, I was treated courteously, the service was completed promptly and I left a satisfied customer.

The young guy Isiah is legit.. this was my 4th car purchasing and the best experience so far. NO PRESSURE and he tells you everything upfront

I live in Crystal Springs MS and I drive about 40 minutes just to get my oil changed in my car serviced because I get the best service and fast at Gray Daniel I love it they have an option to they walk in or make an appointment this morning I had no appointment there at 7 o’clock six point or change and the oil change was done by 7:45 AM they are always kind and polite in there visitor area it’s very nice !!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, they are not loyal to their customers. I bought a vehicle from them 5 months ago and the motor went out, keep in mind this vehicle is still under warranty, full warranty and we just asked for a vehicle to drive until it get repaired which could take up to 4 to 6 weeks!! Not our problem the motor went out we just need a vehicle until it gets repaired. Gray Daniels refused to help we had to come out of pocket with money to get a rental for a weekend, now we are only allowed 10 days for a rental which Gray Daniels has said it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to have ours repaired. We were just asking for a vehicle to drive no matter what it was we just needed a vehicle and they will not help at all!!! We drove the vehicle to them on a hope and prayer and they left us unsatisfied and hoping to make it to another dealership for help because Gray Daniels Chev didn’t care if we made it back home or to another dealership.

Daniel Cartwright made a very difficult situation work well for us. It was certainly more money than we wanted to pay but there was no way we could get along without air conditioning in this weather and we need the work done today. Daniel made what we needed happen as painlessly as possible.

I am very upset with Gray Daniels Chevrolet. I called and told them I needed to bring my truck, because my air wasnt working, they told me to bring it in. I told them I needed it back the next day to travel back to work. Well needless to say, my truck sat there 2 days untouched and without a phone call to even say they couldnt get to it. Not good business at all.

Jelon was such a JOY to work with. He didn’t make us feel like he was pushing us into anything. He has a wonderful personality and GREAT people skills. I will definitely send everyone I know to him. Every dealership should have more employees like him!!!

I was told my service would take about a hour. Well I was there for 4 hours!! I also called and asked how much a tire rotation and balance would be prior to going and I was told $59.95. I get to the cashier and pay $69.95.Upon arriving I asked them to look at my left signal light and let me know what the issue is. Well not only did they look, they also fixed the issue. Which normally would not have been a problem if I would have approved them to fix it. Because they decided to fix the minor issue without consulting me 1st, I had to pay an additional $82. The issue that was fixed would have cost me maybe $20 to fix at home.I was highly dissatisfied!

Upon meeting to complete the financial paperwork, The gentlemen in finance provided several tips on how to improve my credit score, provided some restaurants to dine at and further reinforced this was an amazing dealership. When I got home and discovered a couple things I really didn’t wish to be part of the deal, Brian was very flexible in walking me through my options and finally making the changes I wanted to my deal. Daniel Cartwright in Service at Gray Daniels did an awesome job of helping me. We went back and forth with OSI bumper to bumper warranty. After buying the warranty (which isnt cheap) they were going to leave me hanging with $900 to pay (supposed to be Fully covered). Never buy an OSI extended warranty, always use Gray Daniels.

The service was quick and good for the price.

I scheduled an appointment for 0745 this morning for an oil change. They finished the oil change at 1103. Nothing worst than waisting a customers time. They could have let me know that it would take 3 hours for an appointment. When I went to pay, they charged me for a tire rotation that I didn’t ask for but they did fix it. This will probably be my last time going to Gray Daniels for an oil change.

My truck was in the shop from April to August, when I received it I had to bring it back. I had engin work done on it and they broke a bolt that go in the manifold and did not put bolt in for the power steering to the block, and didnt hook up the cooling temp sensor .I had to check over everything they did and said that I needed a cooling temp sensor 408.56 when I bought it back, but no said anything about it before I paid for the repair I will have to give them one star

Overall, the experience was good. Staff was all courteous and helpful. Doug Eskew was great. Im still having some of the issues that were trying to still resolve. Differential was replaced to stop noise and we have concluded that it maybe a bearing as a well. But will discuss with technician once I take the car back very soon.

Plenty of options to pick time for service. Friendly and efficient. FYI, they add a shop charge on oil changes and of course tax.

Best service ever received! EVER. Engine light came on while traveling during inclement weather. We called ahead and explained our situation and they took us right in! Thank you! We could have been stuck out in the cold and wet, but Tammy ensured we were promptly taken care of. We made a family wedding in Louisiana while they took care of our vehicle. Happy ending. This could have been an absolute disaster, but Tammy and the outstanding service dept. at Grays-Daniels saved the day!

Best to schedule by calling and not through app because they don’t know what you schedule through app when you get there. Need to be more assessable for dealer staff so they will know what is done on app more easily.

Customer service was great. The sales rep were very professional. I went in for a oil change and the service was very fast. But once I pulled off & at the red light with my car I noticed a lot of oil on the inside driver door. so I turned around and went back to the shop for them to clean it. Top that off I found a lot more oil on the outside of the car and under the hood. Other then a oily car I got fast service.

Tammy was really great in the service dept she was really kind and every time I called to check on my car she always was quick and let me know exactly what happened good service is hard to come by these days and Tammy was really sweet

Bad experience, my vehicle wasn’t cleaned, the engine was filthy, the salesman didn’t explain anything on the paperwork that had to be signed and the manager was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle here because they are crooks!!

I prefer bringing my vehicle to Doug at Gray Daniels. He remembers my name, he remembers my cars history, and hes competent and friendly. He doesnt say a lot of words, but he gets it all done with a gentle smile and a pleasant attitude....even in the few times Ive been frustrated with my own vehicle.

Took my Vette in for some scheduled services. All in all I assume everything went ok. Technician gumped the driver mat of my $300+ dollar custom floor mat set with his oily or greasy or whatever it was on his shoes (they didnt put the floor mat paper protectors down). I had to shampoo my mats when I got home. Luckily the stains came out. I normally do my own maintenance but decided to defer the engine coolant and brake fluid, rear diff fluid change to the dealer this time.Small details. Now Im wondering about the work done, hope it was to standard.

Mr. Will Strong and the sales manager made the buying process a breeze. I manage Vans Deer Processing and Sporting Goods (larges stocking gun dealer in the Tri-State area) and our industry has been as busy as the auto industry so my time is very limited. The Gray-Daniels staff made everything fast and easy so I was able to miss minimal work. The customer service was the quality that I expect out of my staff.

This place is EXTREMELY slow. A 15-minute oil change takes at least 2.5 hours. The ONLY reason I go there is because oil changes are included in a monthly insurance/car maintenance fee I pay (which I’m getting ready to cancel because it’s not worth it!). Yes, I trust to car dealership to do it correctly, but the wait til is extremely long and I always have an appointment set.

Everything was great, I had a 8:30 appointment but they told me the online puts people at the same time when they choose a time. I may have a little longer to wait because people was lined up before they open to get serviced. And they would do their best to get me out. I enjoyed the wait, watched Vegas on the TV and a few shows later I saw my truck come around the corner. They treat you well and are always nice, I always have nice conversations with them when they are taking care of you. Good people.

Doug in service was thorough and knowledgeable. He waited for my decision on a questionable license plate bracket mount, and that was appreciated. I will be back.
