Very good experience at Gray-Daniels, I had a service appointment and someone helped me immediately. I was expecting a longer wait time and of course that depends on what has to be done. The wait was much shorter than I thought and the problem was fixed. I have always had good experience with the service department.

I called Tammy in the service department and explained I am working out of town and stressed the importance of being able to get my truck assessed due to would not be able to drive home in its condition. Tammy scheduled me to come in right away. They were able to identify the problem and fixed it with in hours. Lance and his team were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to their great customer service I was able to keep on schedule with servicing my customers. I am a business owner and this was crucial to my business.

I made my appointment online. The price posted online was less than what I was charged. I mentioned it to the service advisor and he said it was probably because I have a 2500 truck. There were a list of items they were supposed to have checked out. I really don’t think they did. I saw them rotate the tires and put oil in the truck. I mentioned about the steering had a knock while driving. They didn’t do a test drive to check it. I am very disappointed. I will not be back. I bought this truck from them in 2015.

The service man that helped me was friendly, kind and courteous. Everything was good until I went to check to see how much longer it would be for my truck to be done and it was already done, just sitting there. The service man said he called me but I didnt have a missed call. I told him that he know that I didnt leave so why didnt he come to the waiting room and get me but he claimed that he did but I didnt hear nor did I see him and he could have came while I was nodding, if that was the case why didnt he get closer and call my name a little louder. There was only three other people in the waiting room but he claimed he didnt see me.

Gray- Daniels Chevy is by far the best in customer service (in the service department) of the various Chevrolet dealerships Ive had to deal with between Meridian, Hattiesburg and Jackson.I live in Meridian and will be utilizing Gray Daniels Chevy for any future car repairs etc.Doug is the best!! After 9months of dealing with a car issue and dealing with GM corporate. Doug found the issue and communicated it back to GM. Like I told him.I truly appreciate the simple fact that he didnt dismiss my concerns..he validated them and treated me with respect. True customer service!!Something Ive not experienced before, in Meridian.

Only only hang up I had, the tech that was servicing my truck was on the his phone which delayed me being there for an extra 30-45 mins. I was at the window the whole time just watching him scroll through his phone! Other than that, it was a good experience.

This place has very poor customer service and it is the rudest place for a business. On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, I had gone in to see if I could get a mechanic to look at my vehicle because of some issues. I walked in the door and stood there 8 minutes and none recognized me. I stood waiting patiently for someone to say, how may I help you or someone will be with you shortly. Not once did one of the three service members say anything. I purchased my vehicle from them and I have been faithfully supporting them by taking my car to them for my services. Not anymore!! Until they get better with customer service, I will go elsewhere. Dont waste your time there.

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from here in March, 5 months later the engine goes out. I have called the dealership several times and they have given me the run around. The sales manager is very nonchalant. We asked for the general manager he never responded to any calls or returned any of my calls. I had to call another dealership to even get help. Keep in mind the car is still under warranty and extended warranty. Thanks to Luncinda at the other dealership who called and got us a rental and had it ready when we arrived. I tried to purchase another car next door and they only offer $400 off. Gray Daniel Chevrolet will NEVER get any of my business anymore. I’ve never been this humiliated in my life. They do not honor their customers at all. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!’

If you want good service, DO NOT go to Gray Daniels Chevrolet. I called their service department last week to schedule an appointment to take in my 2001 Camaro because it had a multiple cylinder misfire. I even told them what code the computer said was causing the fault. I was told to bring it in at 9:00 this morning. I arrived at 8:30 and had the car checked in for repair. At 1:00 I was asked if I wanted to leave it with them. I told them for the second time it was an hour and 20 minute drive and I had no other way home. They told me they were trying to find the adapter so they could plug it into there computer. Forgive me if I’m wrong but it shouldn’t take more than four and a half hours to find an adapter for their computer. They knew I was coming this morning and they knew what year car I had so it shouldn’t have been a surprise. Most good shops keep the adapters either with the computer or in the tool room. Way to go Gray Daniels. That’s the way to treat a 33 year disabled combat veteran!

I typically have a good experience, today was busier than expected so I waited longer than usual to be seen, but once they let me know I wasnt forgotten or overlooked, my car was serviced and returned promptly. They dont cover the seats or put mat protectors down anymore, thats a bummer, but I keep wipes and disinfectant spray in my car so I wasnt too disappointed. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the service is pretty good too.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My salesman Isaiah was amazing. Very helpful, very personable, truly a delight to have had him as a salesman. However, the person who had to give us a price was horrible. Aside from his apparent dislike for colored folks, the attitude was unnecessary.I dont understand how someone can have cash in hand and you turn it down. A $3,200 difference is nothing compared to what you would have made afterwards. Like it was a demo vehicle one used to showcase and let customers hold when their car is in for repairs. That guy could have gave us the best deal but nope.I really wanted to work with Isaiah and drive home in my new vehicle. I was truly upset and disappointed. I would highly recommend a customer training.

The service writer was very friendly and accommodating. They did an air bag safety campaign. I was a few minutes early. The writer got my truck in immediately. The campaign was supposed to be completed in and hour. It was finished and I was on my way before the hour was up. I could see no visible evidence the truck had been repaired.In summary, I was treated courteously, the service was completed promptly and I left a satisfied customer.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, they are not loyal to their customers. I bought a vehicle from them 5 months ago and the motor went out, keep in mind this vehicle is still under warranty, full warranty and we just asked for a vehicle to drive until it get repaired which could take up to 4 to 6 weeks!! Not our problem the motor went out we just need a vehicle until it gets repaired. Gray Daniels refused to help we had to come out of pocket with money to get a rental for a weekend, now we are only allowed 10 days for a rental which Gray Daniels has said it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to have ours repaired. We were just asking for a vehicle to drive no matter what it was we just needed a vehicle and they will not help at all!!! We drove the vehicle to them on a hope and prayer and they left us unsatisfied and hoping to make it to another dealership for help because Gray Daniels Chev didn’t care if we made it back home or to another dealership.

I am very upset with Gray Daniels Chevrolet. I called and told them I needed to bring my truck, because my air wasnt working, they told me to bring it in. I told them I needed it back the next day to travel back to work. Well needless to say, my truck sat there 2 days untouched and without a phone call to even say they couldnt get to it. I was told my service would take about a hour. Well I was there for 4 hours!! I also called and asked how much a tire rotation and balance would be prior to going and I was told $59.95. I get to the cashier and pay $69.95.Upon arriving I asked them to look at my left signal light and let me know what the issue is. Well not only did they look, they also fixed the issue. Which normally would not have been a problem if I would have approved them to fix it. Because they decided to fix the minor issue without consulting me 1st, I had to pay an additional $82. The issue that was fixed would have cost me maybe $20 to fix at home.I was highly dissatisfied!

Isiah Johnson, my sales assistant, and Brian Kusiak, my finance manager, did an outstanding job helping me through my very first car buying process, something I was dreading for a long time! Isiah was very friendly and helpful in looking through the Silverados I was looking at. When it came down to making a deal I think I knew what I wanted, but not exactly how to express it. When I got home and discovered a couple things I really didn’t wish to be part of the deal, Brian was very flexible in walking me through my options and finally making the changes I wanted to my deal. Daniel Cartwright in Service at Gray Daniels did an awesome job of helping me. We went back and forth with OSI bumper to bumper warranty. After buying the warranty (which isnt cheap) they were going to leave me hanging with $900 to pay (supposed to be Fully covered). Never buy an OSI extended warranty, always use Gray Daniels.

I scheduled an appointment for 0745 this morning for an oil change. They finished the oil change at 1103. Nothing worst than waisting a customers time. They could have let me know that it would take 3 hours for an appointment. When I went to pay, they charged me for a tire rotation that I didn’t ask for but they did fix it. This will probably be my last time going to Gray Daniels for an oil change.

My truck was in the shop from April to August, when I received it I had to bring it back. I had engin work done on it and they broke a bolt that go in the manifold and did not put bolt in for the power steering to the block, and didnt hook up the cooling temp sensor .I had to check over everything they did and said that I needed a cooling temp sensor 408.56 when I bought it back, but no said anything about it before I paid for the repair I will have to give them one star

Overall, the experience was good. Staff was all courteous and helpful. Doug Eskew was great. Im still having some of the issues that were trying to still resolve. Differential was replaced to stop noise and we have concluded that it maybe a bearing as a well. But will discuss with technician once I take the car back very soon.

Best service ever received! EVER. Engine light came on while traveling during inclement weather. We called ahead and explained our situation and they took us right in! Thank you! We could have been stuck out in the cold and wet, but Tammy ensured we were promptly taken care of. We made a family wedding in Louisiana while they took care of our vehicle. Happy ending. Customer service was great. The sales rep were very professional. I went in for a oil change and the service was very fast. But once I pulled off & at the red light with my car I noticed a lot of oil on the inside driver door. so I turned around and went back to the shop for them to clean it. Top that off I found a lot more oil on the outside of the car and under the hood. Other then a oily car I got fast service.

Took my Vette in for some scheduled services. All in all I assume everything went ok. Technician gumped the driver mat of my $300+ dollar custom floor mat set with his oily or greasy or whatever it was on his shoes (they didnt put the floor mat paper protectors down). I had to shampoo my mats when I got home. Luckily the stains came out. I normally do my own maintenance but decided to defer the engine coolant and brake fluid, rear diff fluid change to the dealer this time.Small details. Now Im wondering about the work done, hope it was to standard.

This place is EXTREMELY slow. A 15-minute oil change takes at least 2.5 hours. The ONLY reason I go there is because oil changes are included in a monthly insurance/car maintenance fee I pay (which I’m getting ready to cancel because it’s not worth it!). Yes, I trust to car dealership to do it correctly, but the wait til is extremely long and I always have an appointment set.

I may have a little longer to wait because people was lined up before they open to get serviced. And they would do their best to get me out. I enjoyed the wait, watched Vegas on the TV and a few shows later I saw my truck come around the corner.
